Their structures were identified by elemental analysis, IR (HNMR)-H-1, and (CNMR)-C-13. Surface tension experiments showed that these surfactants have higher surface activity than those without hydroxypropyl group. The synthesis and structure-property correlation of poly(N-(2-hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide) (PHPMA) conjugates with various architectures including random, block, branched or star-like structures and compositio...The synthesis and structure-property correlation of poly(N-(2-hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide) (PHPMA) conjugates with various architectures including random, block, branched or star-like structures and compositions have been thoroughly explored. However, related synthesis and structure-property data are still lacking for comb-like PHPMA. In this work, we report the synthesis of comb-like PHPMA copolymer-doxorubicin (DOX) conjugates with different backbone/side-chain lengths and location of drug moieties. Well-defined comb-like PHPMA-DOX conjugates are obtained via the combination of controlled radical polymerization and fractional precipitation techniques. The influences of structural factors on the biological properties such as cellular uptake, blood circulation and tumor accumulation have been investigated. Long blood circulation and efficient tumor accumulation can be achieved by proper control of the comb number, length and location of drug moieties. These facile comb-like structures possess great potentials in future theranostics for brachytherapy or surgical navigation.展开更多

The hydrolytic kinetics of 2-hydroxypropyl p-nitrophenyl phosphate (HPNP) catalyzed by the complexes of L^1 or L^2 with La(Ⅲ) or Gd(Ⅲ) have been studied in aqueous solution at (298.2±0.1) K, I=0.10 mol·dm^-3 KNO3 in pH 7.5-9.1, respectively, finding that the catalytic effect of GdL^1 was the best among the four complexes for hydrolysis of HPNP. Its kLnLH-1, kLnLand pKa are 0.047 mol^-1·L·s^-1, 0.000074 mol^-1·L·s^-1 and 8.90, respectively. This paper expounded the studied result with the structure of the ligands and the properties of the metal ions, and deduced the catalysis mechanism.展开更多
