Effect of Health Management in Raising Awareness Rate of Disease Prevention and Treatment in Patients with Prehypertension

Objective: To analyze the effect of health management on improving the awareness rate of disease prevention and treatment in patients with prehypertension, so as to provide guidance for clinical management of patients with prehypertension. Methods: 108 patients diagnosed with prehypertension in our hospital were divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group was not given management measures, while the experimental group was given health management. The incidence of hypertension and cognition level of hypertension knowledge were compared between the two groups after management. Results: The incidence of hypertension in the experimental group was 7.41% lower than that in the control group 29.63%. The cognitive level of hypertension in the patients (66.54 ± 1.25) was significantly higher than that in the patients without health management (41.45 ± 2.45), and P < 0.05;Conclusion: For patients with prehypertension, the implementation of health management is helpful to improve their cognition of hypertension, master related prevention knowledge, and reduce the incidence of hypertension. 展开更多

Objective:This study aims to explore the impact of personalized education on the awareness rate of protective knowledge among inpatients newly treated for pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:325 initial pulmonary tuberculosis inpatients admitted to our hospital between January 2018 and December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Using the randomized controlled trial method,they were divided into an experimental group of 163 cases and a control group of 162 cases.The experimental group received personalized education,including personalized guidance on patients'disease awareness,treatment compliance,and preventive measures.The control group received routine health education.After the experiment,the awareness rate of protective knowledge of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Results:The total awareness rate of the experimental group was 76.07%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 55.63%,and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.The transmission route,suspicious symptoms,medical institutions,preferential policies,whether it can be cured,and the full awareness rate of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Conclusion:Personalized education positively impacts the awareness rate of protective knowledge among inpatients newly treated for pulmonary tuberculosis.Therefore,when hospitals provide medical services for newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients,they should strengthen personalized education,improve patients'awareness of the disease and self-protection ability,and reduce the risk of infection. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of Project-Based Learning(PBL)teaching method in lung cancer nursing teaching and its influence on knowledge awareness rates.Methods:The research subjects were 50 nursing interns who entered the same hospital for internship in 2020.The numerical ranking method was used for blind-selection and grouping,where 25 nursing interns were divided into the control group and the internship group each.Among them,the nursing interns in the control group adopted routine nursing teaching management,and the nursing interns in the training group used PBL teaching method for teaching management.The teaching satisfaction rate,teaching quality and knowledge awareness rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Nursing interns in the practice group were better than the control group in their nursing knowledge awareness rate and teaching satisfaction rate after adopting the PBL teaching method,and p<0.05.Conclusion:Through the implementation of PBL teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of elderly lung cancer in conjunction with cancer nursing related problems,on-site answering is carried out in the way of nursing internship,so that the knowledge of nursing students in the practicing stage will be more in-depth,and the effects and quality of the nursing internship have been steadily improved,which has certain value of promotion in teaching. 展开更多

This paper presents a mathematical model that analyzes the throughput of the IEEE 802.11b distributed coordination function (DCF) with the collision aware rate adaptation (CARA) algorithm. IEEE 802.11 WLANs provide multiple transmission rates to improve system throughput by adapting the transmission rate to the current channel conditions. The system throughput is determined by some stations using low transmission rates due to bad channel conditions. CARA algorithm does not disturb the existing IEEE 802.11b formats and it can be easily incorporated into the commercial wireless local area networks (WLAN) devices. Aircraft cockpit display interface (CDI) is one of the most important human-machine interfaces for information perceiving. During the process of aircraft design, situation awareness (SA) is frequently considered to improve the design, as the CDI must provide enough SA for the pilot to maintain the flight safety. In order to study the SA in the pilot-aircraft system, a cockpit flight simulation environment is built up, which includes a virtual instrument panel, a flight visual display and the corresponding control system. Based on the simulation environment, a human-in-the-loop experiment is designed to measure the SA by the situation awareness global assessment technique (SAGAT). Through the experiment, the SA degrees and heart rate (HR) data of the subjects are obtained, and the SA levels under different CDI designs are analyzed. The results show that analyzing the SA can serve as an objective way to evaluate the design of CDI, which could be proved from the consistent HR data. With this method, evaluations of the CDI design are performed in the experimental flight simulation environment, and optimizations could be guided through the analysis. 展开更多
