目的对本实验室参加2013-2014年CITIC(China International Transfusion Infection Control)血液成分细菌检测室间质量评价结果进行总结分析,以提高血液成分微生物检测能力。方法按本实验室血液标本常规检测方法、人员、仪器、试剂对CI...目的对本实验室参加2013-2014年CITIC(China International Transfusion Infection Control)血液成分细菌检测室间质量评价结果进行总结分析,以提高血液成分微生物检测能力。方法按本实验室血液标本常规检测方法、人员、仪器、试剂对CITIC质评样本进行接收、储存、检测,上报检测结果并对反馈结果进行分析。根据本试剂组反馈结果的检出时间均值(x珋)、标准差(SD),以x珋作为参考结果计算本室阳性样本检出时间标准差指数(SDI)。结果本实验室所有质评标本检测结果与参考结果一致。本室阳性标本检出时间1个样本︱SDI︱>3,3个样本2≤︱SDI︱≤3,其他结果均<2,且无趋势性偏移。结论参加CITIC血液成分细菌检测室间质量评价有助于规范检测过程,提高检测能力;监控血液成分细菌检测系统的准确性。展开更多

(CITICS hereafter) issued A-shares in the Shanghai Stock Exchange to become the first public listed securities company through IPO in China. CITICS's net capital rose to about 5 billion yuan, much higher than any other competitor. This teaching case aims to demonstrate how a company gains first-mover advantage as being the first company to go public in an industry, how its competitors respond by changing their strategies after the IPO, and consequently, how a series of relevant events influence the competition. This case offers important implications for understanding the competitive dynamics of a securities company in China.展开更多
为了进一步提高电能质量评估结果的精细化程度,提出了一种基于灰色关联度分析(Grey Relational Analysis,GRA)、二元语义(Binary Semantics,BS)和逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,...为了进一步提高电能质量评估结果的精细化程度,提出了一种基于灰色关联度分析(Grey Relational Analysis,GRA)、二元语义(Binary Semantics,BS)和逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)的电能质量综合评估方法。首先建立电能质量综合评估指标体系;其次利用G1法确定主观权重,采用指标相关法(Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation,CITIC)确定客观权重,并引入博弈论优化主客观综合权重系数,得到各项指标的综合权重;然后使用TOPSIS方法计算监测点指标数据与各指标对应的最优、最劣解之间的欧氏距离,并结合灰色关联度计算出相对贴近度,将其作为确定电能质量等级的判据并进行一次评估;最后利用二元语义法对一次评估结果中电能质量等级相同的监测点进行更为精细的二次评估。仿真算例结果验证该方法的有效性和精细性。展开更多
