The Myc gene is the essential oncogene in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).This study investigates the synergistic effects of combining Myc decoy oligodeoxynucleotides-encapsulated niosomes-selenium hybrid nanocarr...The Myc gene is the essential oncogene in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).This study investigates the synergistic effects of combining Myc decoy oligodeoxynucleotides-encapsulated niosomes-selenium hybrid nanocarriers with X-irradiation exposure on the MDA-MB-468 cell line.Decoy and scramble ODNs for Myc transcription factor were designed and synthesized based on promoter sequences of the Bcl2 gene.The nanocarriers were synthesized by loading Myc ODNs and selenium into chitosan(Chi-Se-DEC),which was then encapsulated in niosome-nanocarriers(NISM@Chi-Se-DEC).FT-IR,DLS,FESEM,and hemolysis tests were applied to confirm its characterization and physicochemical properties.Moreover,cellular uptake,cellular toxicity,apoptosis,cell cycle,and scratch repair assays were performed to evaluate its anticancer effects on cancer cells.All anticancer assessments were repeated under X-ray irradiation conditions(fractionated 2Gy).Physicochemical characteristics of niosomes containing SeNPs and ODNs showed that it is synthesized appropriately.It revealed that the anticancer effect of NISM@Chi-Se-DEC can be significantly improved in combination with X-ray irradiation treatment.It can be concluded that NISM@Chi-Se-DEC nanocarriers have the potential as a therapeutic agent for cancer treatment,particularly in combination with radiation therapy and in-vivo experiments are necessary to confirm the efficacy of this nano-drug.展开更多

By analyzing the power distribution and intern...To improve the accuracy and speed in cycle-accurate power estimation, this paper uses multiple dimensional coefficients to build a Bayesian inference dynamic power model. By analyzing the power distribution and internal node state, we find the deficiency of only using port information. Then, we define the gate level number computing method and the concept of slice, and propose using slice analysis to distill switching density as coefficients in a special circuit stage and participate in Bayesian inference with port information. Experiments show that this method can reduce the power-per-cycle estimation error by 21.9% and the root mean square error by 25.0% compared with the original model, and maintain a 700 + speedup compared with the existing gate-level power analysis technique.展开更多

However,due to the great volatility of services in Mobile Internet environments,such as internet of vehicles,Web services often do not work as announced and thus cause unacceptable problems. QoS prediction can avoid failure before it takes place,which is considered a more effective way to assure quality. However,Current QoS prediction approaches neither consider the highly dynamic of Web services,nor maintain good prediction performance all the time. Consequently we propose a novel Bayesian combinational model to predict QoS by continuously adjusting credit values of the basic models so as to keep good prediction accuracy. QoS attributes such as response time,throughput and reliability are used to validate the proposed model. The treatment choices available for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are limited and unsatisfactory.Recent improvements in our understanding of the mechanism involving immune checkpoints,including programmed cell death pr...The treatment choices available for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are limited and unsatisfactory.Recent improvements in our understanding of the mechanism involving immune checkpoints,including programmed cell death protein 1(PD1),programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1),and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4(CTLA-4),and also progress in the development of medicines make immunotherapy a promising approach to the treatment of numerous cancers,especially HCC.However,around 40%of patients still suffer from a progressive disease when treated with a monotherapy.Several clinical trials applying a combination therapy including immune checkpoint inhibitors have demonstrated the durable antitumor activity of these approaches in HCC patients.These clinical trials were done with the intent of evaluating the safety of these combination therapies,as well as whether they help improve the overall survival of patients.This study reviewed the recent progress in the use of combination therapies including immunotherapy in treating patients with HCC.展开更多
COVID-19 is an immune-mediated inflammatory disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection,the combination of anti-inflammatory and antiviral therapy is predicted to provide clinical benefits.We recently demonstrated that mas...COVID-19 is an immune-mediated inflammatory disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection,the combination of anti-inflammatory and antiviral therapy is predicted to provide clinical benefits.We recently demonstrated that mast cells(MCs)are an essential mediator of SARS-CoV-2-initiated hyperinflammation.We also showed that spike protein-induced MC degranulation initiates alveolar epithelial inflammation for barrier disruption and suggested an off-label use of antihistamines as MC stabilizers to block degranulation and consequently suppress inflammation and prevent lung injury.In this study,we emphasized the essential role of MCs in SARS-CoV-2-induced lung lesions in vivo,and demonstrated the benefits of co-administration of antihistamines and antiviral drug remdesivir in SARS-CoV-2-infected mice.Specifically,SARSCoV-2 spike protein-induced MC degranulation resulted in alveolar-capillary injury,while pretreatment of pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells with antihistamines prevented adhesion junction disruption;predictably,the combination of antiviral drug remdesivir with the antihistamine loratadine,a histamine receptor 1(HR1)antagonist,dampened viral replication and inflammation,thereby greatly reducing lung injury.Our findings emphasize the crucial role of MCs in SARS-CoV-2-induced inflammation and lung injury and provide a feasible combination antiviral and anti-inflammatory therapy for COVID-19 treatment.展开更多

The new model can be used to improve the existing power analysis methods and detect the information leakage of power consumption. With the help of fault simulator, the test set of ISCAS' 85 benchmark CC is generated using the CPSO, and some techniques are introduced such as half-random generation, and simulation of undetected fauhs.with original test vector, and inverse test vector. Experimental results show that this algorithm can generate the same fault coverage and small-size test set in short time compared with other known similar methods, which proves that the proposed method is applicable and effective.展开更多

In the first method, it used the consensus theorem to determine the cover term that is equal with the product of the two residual implicants, and in the second method it resolved a Boolean equation system. The authors observed that in the second method the digital hazard can be earlier detected. If the Boolean equation system is incompatible (doesn’t have solutions), the considered logical function doesn’t have the static 1 hazard regarding the coupled variable. Using the logical computations, this method permits to determine the needed transitions to eliminate the digital hazard.展开更多
Breast cancer has become the most commonly diagnosed cancer type in the world.A combination of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy(PTT) has emerged as a promising strategy for breast cancer therapy.However,the intri...Breast cancer has become the most commonly diagnosed cancer type in the world.A combination of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy(PTT) has emerged as a promising strategy for breast cancer therapy.However,the intricacy of precise delivery and the ability to initiate drug release in specific tumor sites remains a challenging puzzle.Therefore,to ensure that the therapeutic agents are synchronously delivered to the tumor site for their synergistic effect,a multifunctional nanoparticle system(PCRHNs) is developed,which is grafted onto the prussian blue nanoparticles(PB NPs) by reductionresponsive camptothecin(CPT) prodrug copolymer,and then modified with tumor-targeting peptide cyclo(Asp-D-Phe-Lys-Arg-Gly)(cRGD) and hyaluronic acid(HA).PCRHNs exhibited nano-sized structure with good monodispersity,high load efficiency of CPT,triggered CPT release in response to reduction environment,and excellent photothermal conversion under laser irradiation.Furthermore,PCRHNs can act as a photoacoustic imaging contrast agent-guided PTT.In vivo studies indicate that PCRHNs exhibited excellent bio compatibility,prolonged blood circulation,enhanced tumor accumulation,allow tumor-specific che mo-photo thermal therapy to achieve synergistic antitumor effects with reduced systemic toxicity.Moreover,hyperthermia-induced upregulation of heat shock protein 70 in the tumor cells could be inhibited by CPT.Collectively,PCRHNs may be a promising therapeutic way for breast cancer therapy.展开更多

文摘In this paper,we propose a hybrid power model that includes the power consumption of not only the registers but also part of the combinational logic.By doing knownkey analysis with this hybrid model,power side-channel leakage caused by correct keys can be detected.In experiment,PRINTcipher and DES algorithms were chosen as analysis targets and combinational logic s-box unit was selected to build power template.The analysis results showed the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) power consumption increase of more than 20%after considering s-box's power consumption so that the information of keys can be obtained with just half number of power traces.In addition,the side channel-leakage detection capability of our method also shows better effectiveness that can identify the correct keys.

文摘Power analysis is a non-invaslve attack against cryptographic hardware, which effectively exploits runtime power consumption characteristics of circuits. This paper proposes a new power model which combines Hamming Distance model and the model based on the template value of power consumption in combinational logic circuit. The new model can describe the power consumption characteristics of sequential logic circuits and those of combinational logic as well. The new model can be used to improve the existing power analysis methods and detect the information leakage of power consumption. Experimental results show that, compared to CPA(Correlation Power Analysis) method, our proposed attack which adopt the combinational model is more efficient in terms of the number of required power traces.

文摘Based on the density functional theory combined with the nonequilibrium Green function methodology,we have studied the thermally-driven spin-dependent transport properties of a combinational molecular junction consisting of a planar four-coordinate Fe molecule and a 15,16-dinitrile dihydropyrene/cyclophanediene molecule,with single-walled carbon nanotube bridge and electrode.Our results show that the magnetic field and light can effectively regulate the thermallydriven spin-dependent currents.Perfect thermal spin-filtering effect and good thermal switching effect are realized.The results are explained by the Fermi-Dirac distribution function,the spin-resolved transmission spectra,the spatial distribution of molecular projected self-consistent Hamiltonian orbitals,and the spin-resolved current spectra.On the basis of these thermally-driven spin-dependent transport properties,we have further designed three basic thermal spin molecular AND,OR,and NOT gates.
文摘On the basis of EST (Equivalent STate hashing) algorithm, this paper researches a kind of test generation algorithm based on search state dominance for combinational circuit. According to the dominance relation of the E-frontier (evaluation frontier), we can prove that this algorithm can terminate unnecessary searching step of test pattern earlier than the EST algorithm through some examples, so this algorithm can reduce the time of test generation. The test patterns calculated can detect faults given through simulation.

This Algorithm can find out all test patterns one tithe, so faults detection is very convenient. By simulation, the smallest test patterns set can be obtained and faults coverage rate is 100%.
文摘A geothermal resource can be defined as a reservoir inside the Earth from which heat can be extracted economically Geothermal resources are classified on the basis of different aspects, such as heat source, heat transfer, reservoir tem perature, physical state, commercial utilization and geological settings. Unfortunately most of the current classifications that are used for geothermal systems are not complete. So, a combinational terminology of geological and tempera ture-based classifications would be more complete. This terminology can explain all geological situations, temperature and physical state of geothermal reservoir altogether. According to geological settings, in combinational terminology (from left to right), the class of geothermal resource’s name would be placed at first, then the physical state of reservoir (Liquid-dominated or Two-phase or Vapor-dominated) would be written and finally the class of the geothermal reser voir which is related to its temperature, is written.
文摘Aimed at the generation of high-quality test set in the shortest possible time, the test generation for combinational circuits (CC) based on the chaotic particle swarm optimization (CPSO) algorithm is presented according to the analysis of existent problems of CC test generation, and an appropriate CPSO algorithm model has been constructed. With the help of fault simulator, the test set of ISCAS' 85 benchmark CC is generated using the CPSO, and some techniques are introduced such as half-random generation, and simulation of undetected fauhs.with original test vector, and inverse test vector. Experimental results show that this algorithm can generate the same fault coverage and small-size test set in short time compared with other known similar methods, which proves that the proposed method is applicable and effective.
文摘In this paper, the authors continue the researches described in [1], that consists in a comparative study of two methods to eliminate the static hazard from logical functions, by using the form of Product of Sums (POS), static hazard “0”. In the first method, it used the consensus theorem to determine the cover term that is equal with the product of the two residual implicants, and in the second method it resolved a Boolean equation system. The authors observed that in the second method the digital hazard can be earlier detected. If the Boolean equation system is incompatible (doesn’t have solutions), the considered logical function doesn’t have the static 1 hazard regarding the coupled variable. Using the logical computations, this method permits to determine the needed transitions to eliminate the digital hazard.

文摘Breast cancer has become the most commonly diagnosed cancer type in the world.A combination of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy(PTT) has emerged as a promising strategy for breast cancer therapy.However,the intricacy of precise delivery and the ability to initiate drug release in specific tumor sites remains a challenging puzzle.Therefore,to ensure that the therapeutic agents are synchronously delivered to the tumor site for their synergistic effect,a multifunctional nanoparticle system(PCRHNs) is developed,which is grafted onto the prussian blue nanoparticles(PB NPs) by reductionresponsive camptothecin(CPT) prodrug copolymer,and then modified with tumor-targeting peptide cyclo(Asp-D-Phe-Lys-Arg-Gly)(cRGD) and hyaluronic acid(HA).PCRHNs exhibited nano-sized structure with good monodispersity,high load efficiency of CPT,triggered CPT release in response to reduction environment,and excellent photothermal conversion under laser irradiation.Furthermore,PCRHNs can act as a photoacoustic imaging contrast agent-guided PTT.In vivo studies indicate that PCRHNs exhibited excellent bio compatibility,prolonged blood circulation,enhanced tumor accumulation,allow tumor-specific che mo-photo thermal therapy to achieve synergistic antitumor effects with reduced systemic toxicity.Moreover,hyperthermia-induced upregulation of heat shock protein 70 in the tumor cells could be inhibited by CPT.Collectively,PCRHNs may be a promising therapeutic way for breast cancer therapy.
