On the one hand,it had been playing a great role in the city development and prosperity, and on the other hand,it had led the slow development of rural economy and the income gap between rural and urban areas. The government makes efforts to promote the process of urbanization to maintain the sustained development of China's economy and economic transformation which are the two needs of the Chinese reality. But in the top-level design of the policy, the government did not give a fair profits distribution to all social groups. On the contrary, the result of urban development is based on the expense of a part of the people's interests in exchange for the interests of another parts of the people, and especially on the government expropriation in the process of urban expansion. Under Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the government monopolized the expropriation right of the rural land, and the rural collectives and farmers as the land owner and constructors respectively have no rights to decide the land use purposes. In fact, they are forced to accept the land compensation, and because of the little bargaining rights, they gain little from the land value increment. Comparatively, the governments became the biggest beneficiary who made use of the land as a source and capital to earn the achievement in their official career and more money required by the urban development. The paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the distribution of the land added value, elaborates the reasons why the government strives for the land interests, and discusses what farmers lose in the government expropriation. Last but not lest, the author reflects on the land reform and gives a proposal on distribution of land added value.展开更多

This inequality, which includes the huge inequality of education opportunities, is usually understood as unjust. There are two main approaches to this problem: cosmopolitan and statist. Looking from the cosmopolitan point of view, this kind of injustice is related predominantly with the socio-economic relationships among the individuals on the planet. Just the opposite is the view of the so-called statists, who claim that a more just world is not a world of persons who are equal among themselves, but rather a world of nation states which are able to achieve a more just society within their borders and, consequently, a more just and egalitarian global society as well.展开更多

The construction of social institutions aimed at distributive justice should observe the following principles: equal opportunity, equal distribution of benefits and obligations, rational distribution criteria and procedures, and rectification of injustices. Social institutions established on these principles demonstrate inherent fairness and can ensure that social resources are distributed in an equitable way. For social institutions to ensure distributive justice is of great practical significance because this helps society integrate individuals' singular intentionality of pursuing distributive justice into a collective intentionality that fosters a social perspective on investigating distributive justice, establishes an egalitarian concept of distributive justice, and provides more effective protection for acts promoting distributive justice and stronger sanctions for acts undermining it. This maintains and enhances the interests of both advantaged and disadvantaged groups in distribution.展开更多

Distributive justice involves not only the self-ownership of each person, but also the public resources people share and the social fights and economic interests they acquire from the state and society. Everyone has total self-ownership, which forms the basis of many of the rights they enjoy, but this is not the basis of their social desert. Social desert refers to the public value and shared resources that each person can acquire from society. Its basis is people's status as members of a community, a status determined by their position in the political, social and economic structure. Social justice means that everyone gets their just desert in the socioeconomic sphere. The theory of social desert is a theory of resource distribution concerned with social justice in the distribution and allocation of basic social resources. It advocates not only the protection of self-ownership and careful treatment of self-ownership transactions, modifications, and compensation, but also equal enjoyment of basic social resources. Announcing a return to the starting point of social justice, it provides a feasible path to easing social contradictions.展开更多

文摘Distributive fluvial systems(DFS)are widespread in drylands in the northwestern China.Analyzing differences in fluvial morphology in drylands is beneficial for studying ancient rock records and the extraterrestrial surface environment. The remote sensing image, characterized by real-time and possibility of repeated observations,is a vital tool for recording and comparing fluvial systems in drylands.Satellite remote sensing technology is a method of investigating fluvial morphologies.Due to the limited accuracy of satellite imagery, there are few reports on the detailed description of the fluvial system in drylands of NW China. We analyze the pattern of fluvial morphology changes in the Golmud distributive fluvial system(DFS)in the Qaidam Basin, northwestern China, using satellite remote sensing and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV).Firstly,we use Google Earth real-time image data, historical image data, and radar digital elevation data to extract geomorphological information;then the UAV remote sensing image data were used to interpret fluvial network information;finally,we use the gray-scale differential vector method to describe the fluvial morphologies.Three zones have been identified in the Golmud DFS:the proximal, the medial, and the distal,by comparing the differences in topographic and geomorphic characteristics, fluvial morphologies, and sedimentary characteristics of the Golmud DFS.The proximal slope is higher than the other two zones, and the geomorphic features are mainly gravel gobi. The proximal fluvial morphologies are mainly large braided rivers, and sediments are more gravelly and less sandy. The medial slope is relatively small, and the geomorphic features are mostly oasis plains. The medial fluvial morphologies are mainly meandering rivers associating with braided rivers, and sediments are more sandy and less gravelly. The distal slope is the lowest, and the geomorphic features are mostly oasis plains, lakes, and marsh plains. The distal fluvial morphologies are mainly meandering rivers, and sediments are sandy and muddy.Comparison of the DFS from proximal to medial to distal in Golmud confirmed the potential of remote sensing image technology in identifying the fluvial morphologies and sedimentary facies distribution in dryland.

文摘Desert is the core concept of justice, and social desert is the core concept of distributive justice. Announcing a return to the starting point of social justice, it provides a feasible path to easing social contradictions.

文摘Our main objective is to study properties of a fuzzy ideals(fuzzy dual ideals).A study of special types of fuzzy ideals(fuzzy dual ideals) is also furnished. Some properties of a fuzzy ideals(fuzzy dual ideals) are furnished.Properties of a fuzzy lattice homomorphism are discussed.Fuzzy ideal lattice of a fuzzy lattice is defined and discussed. Some results in fuzzy distributive lattice are proved.
文摘A completely distributive lattice is also called a molecular lattice. The least and the greatestelements in a lattice are denoted by 0 and 1,respectively.For the empty subset L of alattice L,we assume that V=0 and ∧=1.The set of all the molecules(i.e.non-zero∨-irreducible elements)in a lattice L is denoted by M(L). Let L1 and L2 be completely distributive lattices,f:L1→L2 and g:L2→L1 be order-preserving maps.If for any a∈L1 and any b∈L2,f(a)≤b if and only if a≤g(b),then fis called the left adjoint of g,or g is called the right adjoint of f.The right adjoint of f
