A Study of Innovative Education Practice Model to Strengthen the Training of Educational and Teaching Ability for Normal-school Students

Educational practice is far from being paid enough attention to in normal colleges and universities in China, and it has become aweak link in normal education. This problem is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the concept and content of educationalpractice lag behind the educational reform;the time of educational practice is too short;and the practice base is lacking. Therefore,innovative education practice mode is extremely important. In this paper, the problems existing in the educational practice ofnormal universities in China were analyzed, and the main countermeasures for the reform of the educational practice model ofnormal universities were put forward.

Exploration of Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Practice and Education Path for Electrical Engineering and Automation Major under the Background of“Dual Carbon”

Driven by the strategic goal of“dual carbon,”the electric power industry is entering a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and there is a growing demand for composite and applied talents who are both proficient in professional technology and good at management.Taking the electrical engineering and automation major of Liupanshui Normal University as an example,this study addresses existing challenges in current talent cultivation practices.By emphasizing the deep integration of theory and practice and aligning closely with industry needs,the study aims to ensure that the talent cultivation system is both forward-looking and practical.Focusing on key aspects such as the practical teaching system,practice platforms,teaching content,instructional methods,assessment and evaluation strategies,and resource optimization,a series of targeted measures are proposed.These measures aim to construct a comprehensive,multi-dimensional practice education system that enhances students’practical innovation abilities and overall competencies.This approach not only improves the quality of talent cultivation but also serves as a valuable reference for the development of electrical engineering education in similar local colleges and universities.

Educational Innovation in Lying Flat Phenomenon-A Case Study of the Balinese Teaching Experience

Lying flat(Tang Ping)is a prevalent way of life in contemporary countries throughout the world.It is an avoidance behavior chosen by individuals in response to limited social resources and ongoing harsh social competition.Previous studies have demonstrated that the phenomena of“lying flat”has a major negative effect on student learning.In order to investigate the impact of educational innovation on the phenomenon of“lying flat”,we will observe students’learning behaviors under the traditional education model and innovative teaching methods in our Bali teaching practice to determine the causes of“lying flat”and the means to improve educational innovation.The study found that“lying flat”is caused not just by students’discontent with their level difference,but also by the conflict between external resources and internal pressure.In addition,educational reforms on three levels,including further stratified education,strengthening teacher education and promoting effective communication between students and teachers,and employing online resources to promote students’interest in learning,can ameliorate the phenomenon of pupils“lying flat”.This study contends that educational innovation can have a positive effect on the phenomena of“lying flat”.

Innovation of Practice Education in Applied Universities： A Study on the ＂Base＂-driven Practice Education System in Zhejiang University City College

Practice education is an important part of application-oriented higher education. Yet it poses many challenges when the design of practice education is questioned concerning whether it actually fulfills the education purpose for high quality future professionals. This paper thus introduces an innovated ＂base＂-driven model of practice education in Zhejiang University City College in China, with a purpose to provide empirical experiences that may be valuable for the decision-making of practice education design in higher education institutions. The paper progresses by examining the philosophy of its innovated model, discussing the framework, and further highlights a strategic consideration when designing practice education activities in higher education institutions.

“Flipped Classroom” Teaching Model Research: A Case Study of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice (Theory)”

The flipped classroom model differs significantly from the traditional classroom teaching model and offers numerous advantages. This article draws inspiration from the flipped classroom concept, using the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Practice (Theory)” course as an example to introduce the innovation and characteristics of the flipped classroom model: it is problem-oriented, addressing the “pain points” in teaching, motivating students towards “active learning,” and integrating diverse teaching methods. In the conclusion, the article proposed suggestions on the application of this model, encouraging teachers to summarize their teaching experiences, enhance their knowledge base, and foster students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Current Situation of the Teaching of Ophthalmology in General Practice Medical Education and the Application of TBL

Ophthalmology is an integral part of general practice education,and it is of great significance to have some knowledge on ophthalmology even if the general practitioner is not an ophthalmologist.The subject characteristics,the traditional mode of teaching,and the cognitive deviation of students have greatly influenced its teaching quality.The application of team-based learning(TBL)in ophthalmology education responds to the demand of modern medical education.Building a team,designing questions that combine theory and clinical practice,as well as employing a fair scoring system can stimulate students’learning interest and improve their learning autonomy and ability to ask questions and solve problems.

Contribution of International and Comparative Approach to the Policy and Practice of Teacher Education

This study intends to identify the value and pitfalls of international and comparative approach for the policy and practice of teacher education.The structure of this article proceeds as follows:the first section focuses on explaining the meaning and the values of international and comparative approach;based on previous discussions,the second section makes a more in-depth analysis of the values of international and comparative approach to teacher education from five key themes;the final section of this article proposes and interprets the drawbacks of international and comparative approach in teacher education.

Experiences of Practical Nurses in Promoting the Rehabilitation of the Elderly and Their Education - A Secondary Publication

The significance of rehabilitation-promoting nursing care is emphasized in aging Finland. According to studies, rehabilitation-promoting nursing care enhances the functional capacity of the elderly. The Elderly Services Act obliges municipalities to create a plan to support the elderly population, emphasizing home care and rehabilitation measures. A large portion of graduated practical nurses will be working with the elderly, so the education of practical nurses must meet the needs of the workforce. The study aimed to produce new information on the implementation of rehabilitation- promoting nursing care in the elderly service system and on the education of rehabilitation-promoting nursing care for the elderly in vocational institutions. The research data was collected in the autumn of 2020 through individual thematic interviews with practical nurse students (n = 8). The data was analyzed using inductive content analysis. Practical nurse students’ experiences of rehabilitation-promoting nursing care for the elderly were related to nurses’ time management, organizational practices, nursing competence, nurses’ attitudes, nurses’ practices, organizational development, implementation and development of practical education, factors affecting the use of aids, and technological aspects of aids in the future. In conclusion, it can be stated that the content of education and practical work life do not align. It is essential to increase competence in rehabilitation-promoting nursing care and to develop organizational practices.

Analysis of the Teaching Mode of College English Reading Teaching Based on Flipped Classroom Model

With the continuous development of the times, people’s thinking is constantly improving, and the importance of educa-tion is also increasing. As many new teaching models are emerging, the network course education represented by flipped classroomand MOOC education are increasingly attracting the attention of all walks of life with its unique advantages. The teaching of Eng-lish reading is a key point in College English education. However, the reality of College English reading education is not satisfacto-ry due to certain factors. This paper aims to discuss the implication of flipped classroom mode in college English reading teaching,hoping to provide references for the relevant parties.

Physical literacy in the field of physical education——A challenge and a possibility

Publications of articles with physical literacy as a topic have increased dramatically since the beginning of 2000 s. The aim of this paper is to,through an explorative literature overview with an inductive approach, analyze frequent, and significant themes in published peer reviewed articles,with a focus on physical literacy. The database EBSCO has been used with the identifiers “physical literacy” and “physical literacy and evidence”.Furthermore ICSSPE Bulletin＇s special issue on physical literacy has been included in the overview. The findings have resulted in three key themes： assumptions of the concept physical literacy and its educative role, sports development and physical literacy, and assessment and physical literacy. Future studies are needed to examine if the advocated pedagogical strategies based on the concept physical literacy have led to a reorganized and revitalized school subject. There is also an existing critique towards making physical literacy an idealistic neutral concept or synonym with fundamental movement skills or sports talent identification. The role of higher education emerges as crucial for the next step of the development of the scientific framework as this involves how physical literacy will be socially configured, nurtured, and embodied in practice.Copyright ó 2015, Shanghai University of Sport. Visual Analysis of Domestic and International Social Practice Evaluation Systems Based on CiteSpace

The evaluation of social practice outcomes is a critical component of the social practice mechanisms in colleges and universities,serving as a core index to assess the effectiveness of practice activities and the quality of student training.This paper employs CiteSpace to analyze references,keyword co-occurrence maps,time zone maps,and time diagrams,identifying key research hotspots in social practice evaluation systems domestically and internationally.These hotspots include the construction of evaluation indicators,evaluation pathways,and methods.Additionally,this study compares and summarizes the evolution of social practice evaluation systems across regions.It highlights that foreign social practice evaluation systems are characterized by diverse interpretative paradigms,an emphasis on students’self-reflection during the evaluation process,and more robust theoretical foundations.These findings provide valuable insights for domestic colleges and universities seeking to build social practice evaluation systems with relevant content and effective results.

For a Pedagogy of Care

Today, philosophy as well as other sciences identifies care as a primary concept to reflect upon, and if we contemplate our own experience, the ontological and existential primacy of caring becomes apparent. Starting from these premises, it is fundamental to reinterpret education from the perspective of the concept of care. To contribute to the development of this pedagogical debate, the aim of this paper is to identify the ways of behaving which qualify the competence of an educator as capable of providing care. This is a central pedagogical question; indeed, since the practice of care occurs in relationships where the educator is the subject responsible for ensuring that the relationship is permeated by care. As such, a core task of pedagogical reflection is identifying the relational postures which shape good care.
