Internet Thinking and the Transformation of Traditional Firms

The Internet and mobile internet have made the transaction of a huge number of products and services possible in ways previously unimaginable, exerting an extensive and profound influence on commercial, industrial, financial and even medical enterprises, universities and government agencies. All of this wide variety of transformations can be distilled into the concept of ＂Internet thinking. ＂ This paper poses that internet thinking consists of the following three levels. First is lnternet spirit, i.e., openness, equality, collaboration and sharing. Second is Internet philosophy, including interconnection between virtual and real entities, elimination of restrictions of time and space, modularization, personal imperialism, crowdsourcing and user-centered approaches. Third is the Internet economy, featuring long-tail theory at a technical level, market equilibrium theory at the level of transaction structure and consumer sovereignty theory at the level of transaction performance. According to Internet thinking, traditional firms must be transformed towards smart organizations characterized by network-based ecosystem, global integration, platform-based operation, users as contributors, borderless development and self- organizing management. As rightly pointed out by the CEO of Haier Group Zhang Ruimin, ＂There is no such a thing as a successful firm; there are only firms defined by their times. ＂ Adapting to the times is key to the survival of all firms.

媒介发展背景下收视注意力变化及其对电视剧创作的影响

媒介发展为大众传播带来巨大变化,影响了收视方式,也影响了观众对电视剧的注意力投入。从传统媒体时代到移动互联网时代,观众的注意力呈现出与收视氛围、收视状态变化相对应的特征变化——投入程度变深,投入时间缩短。观众的注意力从更换率低的、长时间的、无互动性的内容转移到更换频繁的、短时间的、有互动性的、社交式的内容上。在此情境下,电视剧创作必然呈现符合观众与媒介间注意力法则的新趋势——内容长度缩短,情节强度增强,以及对互动性进行一系列探索。

互联网背景下微信公众平台干预在心血管疾病患者康复中的应用效果

目的结合临床实践经验,探讨互联网背景下微信公众平台干预在心血管疾病患者康复中的应用效果。方法本研究为随机对照试验,前瞻性选取2021年10月至2023年6月江西省人民医院接诊的心血管疾病患者300例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各150例。观察组男76例,女74例,年龄56~78(62.38±6.15)岁,其中房颤46例、慢性心衰35例、高血压29例、冠心病26例、急性心梗14例;对照组男79例,女71例,年龄52~75(63.05±6.27)岁,其中房颤48例、慢性心衰32例、高血压31例、冠心病27例、急性心梗12例。对照组采用常规心血管疾病健康教育,观察组增加微信公众号宣传和干预,建立公众平台,对患者进行指导和监督,干预时间为3个月。比较两组干预前后自我管理能力和焦虑抑郁评分,比较干预后两组患者生活质量和依从性评分,比较两组不良心血管事件,统计两组患者满意度。采用χ^(2)检验、t检验。结果干预3个月后,观察组患者遵医用药、饮食管理、疾病监测、运动管理和并发症预防评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组患者用药、饮食、锻炼方面依从性评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组[(47.39±4.04)分比(53.67±5.89)分、(42.16±4.12)分比(56.59±5.27)分](均P<0.05)。观察组患者干预期间不良心血管事件发生率[1.33%(2/150)]低于对照组[6.00%(9/150)](χ^(2)=4.624,P=0.032)。观察组患者总满意度[94.00%(141/150)]高于对照组[84.67%(127/150)](χ^(2)=6.856,P=0.009)。结论互联网媒体融合时代下微信公众平台干预可提高心血管疾病患者自我管理能力,提高生活质量,减少不良心血管事件,患者满意度较高。

有效开展网络时代青年学生的信仰教育是开展青年思想引领工作的重要课题,不仅关系到青年学生自身的成长发展,也关系到党和国家的未来发展。在互联网时代背景下,青年学生的信仰总体处于积极、健康、向上的状态,但也呈现出多元化、多变性、盲从性等特点。基于互联网时代的发展特点及其对青年学生信仰的影响,有必要从社会、学校、学生3个层面出发,详细分析网络时代影响青年学生信仰形成的主要因素,并积极探索青年学生信仰的教育机制构建。构建网络时代青年学生信仰教育的全面领导机制、学生信仰状况的评估机制、学校教育的引导机制、网络环境的监管机制,以提升青年学生信仰教育的实效性,引导学生形成科学的信仰。

时代任务导向式翻转课堂对医学生自主学习能力的影响

目的探讨互联网“时代任务导向式翻转课堂”对泌尿外科学生自主学习能力的影响。方法依据随机数字表法分配原则将2020年1月—2022年6月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院泌尿外科实习的248名本科实习生分为对照组(124名)和试验组(124名)。对照组给予传统教学方法进行教学,试验组在对照组基础上给予互联网“时代任务导向式翻转课堂”进行教学,2组均教学3周。比较2组教学前、教学3周后的考核成绩及自主学习能力,对比2组教学3周后的优秀率、教学评价及教学满意度。结果教学3周后,试验组案例分析、客观题得分、理论知识考核总分及实训操作考核总分均高于教学前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学3周后,试验组自我控制、自我管理、热爱学习评分均高于教学前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学3周后,试验组对教学教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学3周后,试验组优秀率、教学满意率分别为16.13%、92.74%,均高于对照组的3.23%、75.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网“时代任务导向式翻转课堂”可提高本科实习生的自主学习能力、考核成绩、优秀率及教学满意度,并可提高泌尿外科本科实习生对教学教师的教学评价。
