目的探讨医学营养疗法(MNT)联合运动锻炼治疗糖尿病高血压患者的临床疗效及对血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、组织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2018年1月收治的糖尿病高血压患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)...目的探讨医学营养疗法(MNT)联合运动锻炼治疗糖尿病高血压患者的临床疗效及对血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、组织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2018年1月收治的糖尿病高血压患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用MNT联合运动锻炼治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前、后血压、血糖、MMP-2和TIMP-1水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SDP、DBP、FBG及2 h PBG水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MMP-2水平均升高,TIMP-1水平均降低,且观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病高血压患者治疗中,在常规药物治疗基础上采用MNT联合运动锻炼能显著提高临床疗效,控制患者血压、血糖水平,改善MMP-2和TIMP-1水平,值得推广应用。展开更多
