1. Introduction With China＇s reform and opening up, great achievements have been witnessed by all of us in the protection of human rights, the basic pursuit of which is gen- der equality. State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine(Macao University of Science and Technology)

The State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine （Macao University of Science and Technology） was formally established on January 25, 2011 upon approval from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. It is so far the only State Key Laboratory （SKL） specifically in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） over the country. It is also the joined-laboratory partner of the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Bimnimetic Drugs at the Peking University.

澳门仲裁法律制度的革新与展望——评澳门新《仲裁法》

2020年5月4日,澳门新《仲裁法》生效。这部立法结束了澳门此前内外双轨并行的仲裁制度,统一了适用于以澳门作为仲裁地之仲裁程序的法律框架。澳门新《仲裁法》贯彻对接国际标准,以全方位支持仲裁的立场,扩大了仲裁庭权力,完善了临时措施制度,优化了仲裁程序规则,减少了法院干预。但在培育仲裁机构分担法院协助职能、完善仲裁程序与法院程序的衔接方面仍有改进空间,对于投资仲裁及第三者资助等新兴的仲裁业态宜采更积极的吸纳态度。展望未来,澳门仲裁法律制度可借鉴香港仲裁的立法及实践经验不断进行调整,以更好地服务于建设中葡经贸争议仲裁中心的时代定位。
