Study of damage behavior and repair effectiveness of patch repaired carbon fiber laminate under quasi-static indentation loading

Damage caused due to low-velocity impacts in composites leads to substantial deterioration in their residual strength and eventually provokes structural failure.This work presents an experimental investigation on the effects of different patch and parent laminate stacking sequences on the enhancement of impact strength of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers(CFRP)composites by utilising the adhesively bonded external patch repair technique.Damage evolution study is also performed with the aid of Acoustic Emission(AE).Two different quasi-isotropic configurations were selected for the parent laminate,viz.,[45°/45°/0°/0°]s and[45°/0°/45°/0°]s.Quasi Static Indentation(QSI)test was performed on both the pristine laminates,and damage areas were detected by using the C-scan inspection technique.Damaged laminates were repaired by using a single-sided patch of two different configurations,viz.,[45°/45°/45°/45°]and[45°/0°/0°/45°],and employing a circular plug to fill the damaged hole.Four different combinations of repaired laminates with two configurations of each parent and patch laminate were produced,which were further subjected to the QSI test.The results reveal the effectiveness of the repair method,as all the repaired laminates show higher impact resistance compared to the respective pristine laminates.Patches of[45°/0°/0°/45°]configuration when repaired by taking[45°/45°/0°/0°]s and[45°/0°/45°/0°]s as parents exhibited 68%and 73%higher peak loads,respectively,than the respective pristine laminates.Furthermore,parent and patch of configuration[45°/0°/45°/0°]s and[45°/0°/0°/45°],respectively,attain the highest peak load,whereas[45°/45°/0°/0°]s and[45°/45°/45°/45°]combinations possess the most gradual decrease in the load.

Low complexity suboptimal decode algorithms for quasi- orthogonal space time block codes

Due to the high complexity of the pairwise decoding algorithm and the poor performance of zero forcing（ ZF） /minimum mean square error（ MMSE） decoding algorithm, two low-complexity suboptimal decoding algorithms, called pairwisequasi-ZF and pairwise-quasi-MMSE decoders, are proposed. First,two transmit signals are detected by the quasi-ZF or the quasiMMSE algorithm at the receiver. Then, the two detected signals as the decoding results are substituted into the two pairwise decoding algorithm expressions to detect the other two transmit signals. The bit error rate（ BER） performance of the proposed algorithms is compared with that of the current known decoding algorithms.Also, the number of calculations of ZF, MMSE, quasi-ZF and quasi-MMSE algorithms is compared with each other. Simulation results showthat the BER performance of the proposed algorithms is substantially improved in comparison to the quasi-ZF and quasiMMSE algorithms. The BER performance of the pairwise-quasiZF（ pairwise-quasi-MMSE） decoder is equivalent to the pairwiseZF（ pairwise-MMSE） decoder, while the computational complexity is significantly reduced.

SHARP ESTIMATES OF ALL HOMOGENEOUS EXPANSIONS FOR A SUBCLASS OF QUASI-CONVEX MAPPINGS OF TYPE B AND ORDER α IN SEVERAL COMPLEX VARIABLES

In this article, first, the sharp estimates of all homogeneous expansions for a subclass of quasi-convex mappings of type B and order B on the unit ball in complex Ba- nach spaces are given. Second, the sharp estimates of all homogeneous expansions for the above generalized mappings on the unit polydisk in （in are also established. In particular, the sharp estimates of all homogeneous expansions for a subclass of quasi-convex mappings （include quasi-convex mappings of type A and quasi-convex mappings of type B） in several complex variables are get accordingly. Our results state that a weak version of the Bieber- bach conjecture for quasi-convex mappings of type B and order a in several complex variables is proved, and the derived conclusions are the generalization of the classical results in one complex variable.

Maskless fabrication of quasi-omnidirectional V-groove solar cells using an alkaline solution-based method

Silicon passivated emitter and rear contact(PERC) solar cells with V-groove texture were fabricated using maskless alkaline solution etching with in-house developed additive. Compared with the traditional pyramid texture, the V-groove texture possesses superior effective minority carrier lifetime, enhanced p–n junction quality and better applied filling factor(FF). In addition, a V-groove texture can greatly reduce the shading area and edge damage of front Ag electrodes when the V-groove direction is parallel to the gridline electrodes. Due to these factors, the V-groove solar cells have a higher efficiency(21.78%) than pyramid solar cells(21.62%). Interestingly, external quantum efficiency(EQE) and reflectance of the V-groove solar cells exhibit a slight decrease when the incident light angle(θ) is increased from 0° to 75°, which confirms the excellent quasi omnidirectionality of the V-groove solar cells. The proposed V-groove solar cell design shows a 2.84% relative enhancement of energy output over traditional pyramid solar cells.

Static-to-kinematic modeling and experimental validation of tendon-driven quasi continuum manipulators with nonconstant subsegment stiffness

Continuum robots with high flexibility and compliance have the capability to operate in confined and cluttered environments. To enhance the load capacity while maintaining robot dexterity, we propose a novel non-constant subsegment stiffness structure for tendon-driven quasi continuum robots(TDQCRs) comprising rigid-flexible coupling subsegments.Aiming at real-time control applications, we present a novel static-to-kinematic modeling approach to gain a comprehensive understanding of the TDQCR model. The analytical subsegment-based kinematics for the multisection manipulator is derived based on screw theory and product of exponentials formula, and the static model considering gravity loading,actuation loading, and robot constitutive laws is established. Additionally, the effect of tension attenuation caused by routing channel friction is considered in the robot statics, resulting in improved model accuracy. The root-mean-square error between the outputs of the static model and the experimental system is less than 1.63% of the arm length(0.5 m). By employing the proposed static model, a mapping of bending angles between the configuration space and the subsegment space is established. Furthermore, motion control experiments are conducted on our TDQCR system, and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of the static-to-kinematic model.

MATHEMATICAL PROGRAMS WITH SYSTEM OF GENERALIZED VECTOR QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM CONSTRAINTS IN FC-SPACES

In this article, four new classes of systems of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are introduced and studied in FC-spaces without convexity structure. The notions of Ci（x）-FC-partially diagonally quasiconvex, Ci（x）-FC-quasiconvex, and Ci（x）-FC- quasiconvex-like for set-valued mappings are also introduced in FC-spaces. By applying these notions and a maximal element theorem, the nonemptyness and compactness of solution sets for four classes of systems of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are proved in noncompact FC-spaces. As applications, some new existence theorems of solutions for mathematical programs with system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium constraints are obtained in FC-spaces. These results improve and generalize some recent known results in literature.

强Quasinil Quasi-clean环和Quasi-polar环

Quasi-MIL-125(Ti)催化剂的制备及光催化性能研究

利用有机配体部分热解构建Quasi-MOFs是提升MOFs光催化性能的有效途径之一。本论文将MIL-125(Ti)在340℃的空气氛围下焙烧制备Quasi-MIL-125(Ti),利用XRD、SEM、TEM、EIS等研究了催化剂的晶相结构、形貌以及其光生载流子的分离效率并考察了可见光光催化降解四环素和罗丹明B的性能。结果表明,Quasi-MIL-125(Ti)在光照60 min后对四环素和罗丹明B的去除率均可达100%。光电流和电阻抗表征揭示了优良光催化性能得益于光生电子-空穴对的高效分离和迁移。可为污水中其他抗生素和染料的去除提供参考,具有重要的研究意义。

两类带两个形状参数的三角Quasi-Bézier曲面

构造了两种定义在三角域上带两个形状参数的二元Quasi-Bernstein基函数。与之相应的两类三角Quasi-Bézier曲面其性质与传统的三角Bézier曲面相仿。当形状参数取某些特定值时,三角Quasi-Bézier曲面就退化为三角Bézier曲面。在控制顶点固定时,三角Quasi-Bézier曲面的外形可以通过改变形状参数的值来进行调整。两个形状参数几何意义明显,便于操作,其中一个在3条边界曲线固定后仍能够调整曲面的外形。数值实例表明了这两类三角Quasi-Bézier曲面在调整外形时的有效性与便捷性。

On the Equality of Weighted BajratarevićMeans to Quasi-Arithmetic Means

In this paper, we considered the equality problem of weighted Bajraktarević means with weighted quasi-arithmetic means. Using the method of substituting for functions, we first transform the equality problem into solving an equivalent functional equation. We obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the equality equation.

The Maximum and Minimum Value of Exponential RandićIndices of Quasi-Tree Graph

The exponential Randić index has important applications in the fields of biology and chemistry. The exponential Randić index of a graph G is defined as the sum of the weights e 1 d( u )d( v ) of all edges uv of G, where d( u ) denotes the degree of a vertex u in G. The paper mainly provides the upper and lower bounds of the exponential Randić index in quasi-tree graphs, and characterizes the extremal graphs when the bounds are achieved.

Fuzzy Henstock-Kurzweil Triple Integral on a Type 1 Quasi-Fuzzy Parallelepipedal Domain

In this article, we propose by using the Hausdorff distance Simpson’s rule for the triple integral of a fuzzy-valued function and the error bound of this method, one of the variables of which is fuzzy. In addition, thin δ-fine partitions are introduced. The integration domain is a quasi-fuzzy parallelipiped. A numerical example is presented in order to show the application and the significance of the method.

Crank-Nicolson Quasi-Compact Scheme for the Nonlinear Two-Sided Spatial Fractional Advection-Diffusion Equations

The higher-order numerical scheme of nonlinear advection-diffusion equations is studied in this article, where the space fractional derivatives are evaluated by using weighted and shifted Grünwald difference operators and combining the compact technique, in the time direction is discretized by the Crank-Nicolson method. Through the energy method, the stability and convergence of the numerical scheme in the sense of L2-norm are proved, and the convergence order is . Some examples are given to show that our numerical scheme is effective.

NEW SYSTEMS OF GENERALIZED QUASI-VARIATIONAL INCLUSIONS IN FC-SPACES AND APPLICATIONS

In this paper, we study some new systems of generalized quasi-variational inclusion problems in FC-spaces without convexity structure.By applying an existence theorem of maximal elements of set-valued mappings due to the author, some new existence theorems of solutions for the systems of generalized quasi-variational inclusion problems are proved in noncompact FC-spaces. As applications, some existence results of solutions for the system of quasi-optimization problems and mathematical programs with the systems of generalized quasi-variational inclusion constraints are obtained in FC-spaces.

开关电感型Quasi-Z源逆变器

提出了一种开关电感型Quasi-Z源逆变器的拓扑,该拓扑用开关电感代替传统Quasi-Z源的电感,在保留传统Quasi-Z源逆变器优点的同时,在相同直通占空比的情况下增大了其升压倍数,而且在较小的直通占空比情况下即可实现任意倍数的升压,给调制因子较大的取值空间,提高了输出电压的质量与系统的稳定性。采用改进的空间矢量实现了对改进Quasi-Z源逆变器的控制。仿真和实验证明了该拓扑在相同直通占空比的情况下具有更高的升压倍数的新特性。

中点箝位式三电平光伏并网逆变器的三单相Quasi-PR控制策略

准比例谐振(quasi-proportion resonant,Quasi-PR)控制器可克服传统比例谐振(proportion resonant,PR)控制器带宽窄、抗频率偏移能力差的缺点,基于此提出了基于三单相Quasi-PR控制的中点箝位式(neutral point clamped,NPC)三电平光伏并网逆变器控制策略。Quasi-PR控制器继承了传统PR控制器的优点,避免了矢量控制策略中复杂的坐标变换、解耦控制和前馈补偿等,简化了控制算法。同时当电网频率发生偏移时,Quasi-PR控制器仍能实现对交流电流的无静差跟踪。此外,为减少电网不平衡时产生的较大谐波电流含量,设计了基于Quasi-PR控制的分次谐波补偿器。仿真结果表明了所提控制策略的有效性。

Systems of generalized quasi-variational inclusion (disclusion) problems in FC-spaces

By applying an existence theorem of maximal elements of set-valued mappings in FC-spaces proposed by the author, some new existence theorems of solutions for systems of generalized quasi-variational inclusion （disclusion） problems are proved in FC-spaces without convexity structures. These results improve and generalize some results in recent publications from closed convex subsets of topological vector spaces to FC-spaces under weaker conditions.

MULTI-VALUED TOTALLY QUASI-φ-ASYMPTOTICALLY NONEXPANSIVE SEMI-GROUPS AND STRONG CONVERGENCE THEOREMS IN BANACH SPACES

The purpose of this article is first to introduce the concept of multi-valued to- tally Quasi-φ-asymptotically nonexpansive semi-groups, which contains many kinds of semi- groups as its special cases, and then to modify the Halpern-Mann-type iteration algorithm for multi-valued totally Quasi-cS-asymptotically nonexpansive semi-groups to have the strong convergence under a limit condition only in the framework of Banach spaces. The results presented in this article improve and extend the corresponding results announced by many authors recently.

一种单相Quasi-Z源逆变器二次谐波电流抑制策略

为抑制单相qZSI直流侧二次谐波电流,提出一种基于虚拟阻抗的二次谐波电流抑制策略。该控制策略通过引入串联虚拟阻抗附加控制以提高单相qZSI在2f_(0)处的闭环输出阻抗,用以有效抑制直流侧的二次谐波电流。同时,综合考虑二次谐波电流抑制要求以及保证系统稳定裕度等约束条件,提出该控制策略的闭环参数设计方法。最后通过数字仿真和基于RT-LAB的硬件在环仿真验证了所提二次谐波电流抑制策略以及其闭环参数设计方法的正确性。
