By collating insights from industry experts and a myriad of research, the study provides a comprehensive perspective on the profound, multi-dimensional impacts of cybersecurity incidents. 针对配电网故障恢复后部分节点电压不能满足用户对电压质量要求的问题,提出了一种基于柔性软开关(soft open point,SOP)的配电网供电恢复优化多目标双层规划方法,以非故障区负荷恢复最大和恢复前后开关状态变化最小为目标,建立上层规划...针对配电网故障恢复后部分节点电压不能满足用户对电压质量要求的问题,提出了一种基于柔性软开关(soft open point,SOP)的配电网供电恢复优化多目标双层规划方法,以非故障区负荷恢复最大和恢复前后开关状态变化最小为目标,建立上层规划模型,以配电网节点电压最优和有功损耗最小为目标,建立基于供电恢复的下层优化模型。采用遗传粒子群混合优化算法对模型上下层进行求解。通过PSCAD搭建的IEEE 33节点配电网模型,用不含SOP配电网故障恢复和含SOP优化的配电网故障恢复方案进行对比。通过PSCAD仿真对比发现,在最大化恢复非故障区负荷供电的同时,还能有效提高系统恢复后的可靠性和经济性。展开更多
