The data was analyzed using PRIMER 6.0 and SPSS 15.0 software packages. The results showed that 236 macrobenthic species in total were collected from the research region by the field works. Most of the species belong to Polychaeta (76 species), Mollusca (75) and Crustacea (60). Of which, 33 species were common species by the four cruises. The dominant species were different among the four seasons, however, the polychaete species Nephtys oligobranchia and Sternaspis scutata were always dominant in the four seasons. The abundances and biomasses of the macrobenthos from the research region were variable in the four seasons. The results of CLUSTER and MDS analysis showed that the similarities of macrobenthic structures among the stations were low, most of the similarities were at about 40% of similarity values, only that of two stations were up to 60%. In accordance with the similarity values of the macrobenthic structures, the 26 stations were clustered as six groups at arbitrary similarity level of 30%. The ABC curve indicated that the marcofauna communities in the research region had not been disturbed distinctly. The results of BIOENV and BVSTEP (Spearman) analysis implied that the concentrations of organic matter in bottom water and heavy metal copper in sediment, water depth and temperature of bottom were the most significant environmental factors to affect the macrobentic community.展开更多

In order to investigate the relationship between the inorganic elemental fingerprint and the geographical origin identification of Meretricis concha, the elemental contents of M. concha from five sampling points in Rushan Bay have been determined by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). Based on the contents of 14 inorganic elements(Al, As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Se, and Zn), the inorganic elemental fingerprint which well reflects the elemental characteristics was constructed. All the data from the five sampling points were discriminated with accuracy through hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA) and principle component analysis(PCA), indicating that a four-factor model which could explain approximately 80% of the detection data was established, and the elements Al, As, Cd, Cu, Ni and Pb could be viewed as the characteristic elements. This investigation suggests that the inorganic elemental fingerprint combined with multivariate statistical analysis is a promising method for verifying the geographical origin of M. concha, and this strategy should be valuable for the authenticity discrimination of some marine TCM.展开更多

The temperature of its major mineralization episode is between 220℃ and 280℃. The salinity of the ore-forming fluid is 5 % to 9% NaCl equivalent, with H2O and CO2 as the dominant gas constituents. The fluid is rich in Na+, Ca+ and Cl-, but relatively impoverished in K+ and F-, characterized by either Ca2+ >Na+ >K+ (in three samples) or Na+ > Ca2+ > K+ (in six samples). Hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in the ore-forming fluid are highly variable with δ18 OH2O ranging between -7. 70‰ and 5. 97‰ and δDH2O between - 128‰ and - 71‰. The possibility of lamprophyre serving as the source of gold can be excluded in view of its low gold content on the order of 2. 5 × 10 -9. Rb-Sr isochron ages of the deposit and the host Kunyushan granite are (104. 8±1. 5) Ma and 134. 6 Ma respectively with the respective initial Sr ratios of 0. 71307 and 0. 7096. It is considered that the emplacement of the lamprophyre under a tensile environment had provided sufficient heat energy to facilitate deep circulation of meteoric water by which ore metals were extracted from the Kunyushan granite through long-term water-rock reaction.展开更多

SHRIMP U-Pb analyses of these zircons gave an age of 117±3 Ma comparable with the ages reported by the former researches in the other areas in the Jiaodong Penin- sula, which is interpreted as the age of gold mineralization at Rushan. The age of SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating with 160±3 Ma from host rock Kunyushan monzogranite is different from that of the gold mineralization, indicating that there is no genetic relationship between gold mineralization and the granitic magmatism. SHRIMP U-Pb dating on hydrothermal zircons from auriferous quartz veins could be used to con- strain the timing of lode gold mineralization and the rela- tionship to relevant hydrothermal event.展开更多
