Efficacy and safety of Jiawei Simiao powder combined with celecoxib for acute gouty arthritis:A meta-analysis

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Simiao powder(JWSMP)combined with celecoxib for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by conducting a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Methods: The Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Databases,Chinese Scientific Journal Database,Wanfang,Cochrane Library,EMBASE,PubMed,and Web of Science databases were searched from inception until December 2023.Continuous variables were analyzed using the mean difference(MD)for analysis,and dichotomous variables were used as risk ratios.Data with similar characteristics were pooled for meta-analysis,and heterogeneity was assessed using I2.The Cochrane Handbook was used to assess the risk of bias and quality.RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform the meta-analysis.Results: Thirteen RCTs involving 1007 patients were included in the study.The quality of the included studies was low(unclear randomization processes and insufficient blinding reporting).The group receiving JWSMP combined with celecoxib showed significantly lower levels of serum uric acid(SUA,MD=−66.32,95%confidence interval(CI):−80.97 to−51.67,P<.001),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR,MD=−6.05,95%CI:−8.29 to−3.82,P<.001),C-reactive protein(CRP,MD=−7.39,95%CI:−11.15,−3.63,P<.001),and joint pain score(VAS score,MD=−2.14,95%CI:−2.4 to−1.88,P<.001)compared to celecoxib alone.Additionally,the JWSMP combined group had a higher total effective rate(risk ratio=1.22,95%CI:1.14 to 1.29,P<.001)and fewer adverse compared to celecoxib alone.Conclusions: JWSMP combined with celecoxib is more effective than celecoxib alone in improving the total efficacy rate,alleviating joint pain,and improving SUA,ESR,and CRP levels.JWSMP also reduced the occurrence of adverse events caused by celecoxib.However,the quality of the included studies was low,highlighting the need for further high-quality research with larger sample sizes and robust methodologies,such as double-blind randomization,to confirm these findings. 展开更多

Simiao Wan alleviates obesity-associated insulin resistance via PKCε/IRS-1/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway based on network pharmacology analysis and experimental validation

Background:The purpose of the study was to investigatethe active ingredients and potential biochemicalmechanisms of Simiao Wan(SMW)in obesity-associated insulin resistance.Methods:An integrated network pharmacology method to screen the active compoundsand candidate targets,construct the protein-protein-interaction network,and ingredients-targets-pathways network was constructed for topological analysis to identify core targets and main ingredients.To find the possible signaling pathways,enrichment analysis was performed.Further,a model of insulin resistance in HL-7702 cells was established to verify the impact of SMW and the regulatory processes.Results:An overall of 63 active components and 151 candidate targets were obtained,in which flavonoids were the main ingredients.Enrichment analysis indicated that the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway was the potential pathway regulated by SMW in obesity-associated insulin resistance treatment.The result showed that SMW could significantly ameliorate insulin sensitivity,increase glucose synthesis and glucose utilization and reduce intracellular lipids accumulation in hepatocytes.Also,SMW inhibited diacylglycerols accumulation-induced PKCεactivity and decreased its translocation to the membrane.Conclusion:SMW ameliorated obesity-associated insulin resistance through PKCε/IRS-1/PI3K/Akt signaling axis in hepatocytes,providing a new strategy for metabolic disease treatment. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of a modified Simiao Tang (加味四妙汤 Modified Decoction of Four Wonderful Drugs) for gouty arthritis and its influence on uric acid in blood. Methods: 120 cases of gouty arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Modified Simiao Tang (MST) was orally administered to the patients in the treatment group and allopurinol tablet was orally administered to the patients in the control group. The clinical effects of two groups were evaluated after one-week treatment and uric acid (UA) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in blood were determined after 1-month treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group, 86.7% vs. 68.3% (P< 0.01). And the treatment group was also significantly better than the control group in decreasing UA and CRP (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions: MST can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of gouty arthritis and decrease the levels of UA and CRP. It is good for gouty arthritis. 展开更多

Simiao rice is a variety of long-grain Indica rice popular in South China.However,researches on the milling technology of Simiao rice are limited.The effect of different degrees of milling(DOMs)of Simiao rice(0-12%)were evaluated in terms of the physicochemical properties and in vitro starch digestibility of the rice.The results showed that,as the DOM increased from 0 to 12%,the head rice yield(HRY)and the content of protein,lipid,dietary fiber,vitamin B1,vitamin E and niacin nonlinearly decreased,while the content of total starch and amylose and paste viscosity parameters nonlinearly increased.The differences in chemical constituents between the brown and milled Simiao rice with different DOMs lead to the variation in their pasting properties and in vitro digestibility.Because of lower content of slowly digestible starch(SDS)and resistant starch(RS),milled Simiao rice exhibited greater digestibility and a higher estimated glycaemic index(EGI).The EGI of Simiao rice ranged from 77.98 to 85.55,and remained almost constant(approximately 84)when the DOM was above 4%.Correlation analysis indicated that the EGI had strong negative correlations with lipid,protein,dietary fiber and RS,but a positive correlation with amylose.These results provide theoretical guidance for the production of Simiao rice with desired physicochemical properties and digestibility by adjusting the DOM. 展开更多

Objective:Based on the technology and method of network pharmacology,to explore the active components and specific mechanism of Simiao powder in the treatment of synovitis.Methods:by using tcmsp database,the potential active components and related target proteins of Simiao powder were screened.Genecards and digenet database were used to predict the target of synovitis.UniProt database was used to query the corresponding gene names.The compound synovitis target network and protein of Simiao powder were constructed by using Cytoscape and string software In R language,bio conductor data package was used to analyze the enrichment of go biological function and KEGG pathway,and the effective components and targets of Simiao powder in the treatment of synovitis were obtained.Results:64 key active components of Simiao powder were screened out from tcmsp database,71 of them were involved in the interaction of main chemical components of Simiao powder-chemical components and synovitis treatment target-synovitis.95 PPI core genes were obtained,and 90 go biological enrichment processes were obtained by go enrichment analysis.The results of network pharmacology indicate that Simiaosan can regulate 32 signaling pathways in the treatment of synovitis,including IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,T cell receptor signaling pathway and toll like receptor signaling pathway.Conclusion:the treatment of synovitis with Simiao powder is a complex process of multi-component,multi-target and multi-channel,which is related to the coordinated regulation of multiple targets and signal pathways. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the intervention effects and mechanism of Simiao Yongan(SMYA)Decoction on carotid atherosclerotic plaque in ApoE knockout mice by antagonizing lipid metabolism of oxidation low density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL).Methods:ApoE-/-mice were fed high-fat feeding for 2 weeks,combined with perivascular collar placement(PCCP)and high fat feeding for 8 weeks to establish carotid AS plaque model.All the mouses were divided into 5 groups,after successful AS model preparation.The sham operation as well as model group intragastrically administered with deionized water.The rest mouses were intragastrically administered with SMYA decoction or Pioglitazone,or treated with Atorvastatin for 8 weeks.Then adopting automatic biochemical analyzer to test total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)content.The content of ox-LDL in serum,which was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The pathological changes of carotid artery were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining and the vascular parameters were measured.Immunohistochemical method and Western blot assay was used to detect the manifestations of protein include fatty acid binding protein 4(FABP4)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)as well as matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2).Results:Compared with the sham operation group,the serum ox-LDL content of the model group was increased,and the intima thickness(IT),intima-media thickness(IT/MT),plaque area(PA)as well as lumen area ratio of plaque vessels(PA/LA)were enlarged(P<0.05).Immunohistochemistry and Western blot results showed that the relative expression of FABP4 and MMP2 in the model group increased markedly,while the relative expression of PPARγsignificantly decreased.Compared SMYA decoction group and Atorvastatin group as well as Pioglitazone with model group,the serum ox-LDL content was decreased(P<0.05).In the mean time,the IT,PA,IT/MT and PA/LA in carotid artery were reduced(P<0.05).Immunohistochemistry and Western blot results showed that the expression of FABP4 and MMP2 was reduced,while PPARγprotein expression increased of mouses in each administration group.Conclusion:SMYA decoction is able to antagonize Ox-LDL,increase the expression of PPARγ,decrease the level of FABP4,reduce MMP2 in carotid arteries of ApoE-/-atherosclerotic mice,and increase the stability of plaque. 展开更多

[Objectives]To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Simiao Liangxue granule on the rats with acute gouty arthritis(AGA).[Methods]A total of 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group.The rats in the colchicine group were intragastrically administered with 0.65 mg/kg colchicine,and the rats in low,medium and high dose groups of Simiao Liangxue granule were intragastrically administered with Simiao Liangxue granule with mass concentration of 0.4,0.8 and 1.6 g/kg,respectively.The rats in the normal control group and the model group were given the same amount of normal saline for 7 d,and the acute gouty arthritis model was prepared 1 h after administration on the 5th d.At the end of the experiment,the degree of joint swelling and joint inflammation index,the content of interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-a and cyclooxygenase-2 in articular cartilage,and the content of interleukin-8,NO and UA in serum of rats were measured,and the histomorphological observation was performed.[Results]Compared with the normal control group,the joints of rats were swollen to different degrees,the inflammation score was significantly increased,and the content of IL-1β,TNF-αand COX-2 in the soft tissue of the joints was significantly increased in each group(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the joint swelling degree and inflammation score of rats in the colchicine group and Simiao Liangxue granule group were significantly decreased,the content of IL-1β,TNF-αand COX-2 in the joint soft tissue was also significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the indexes of each dose group of Simiao Liangxue granule were similar to those of the colchicine group;compared with the normal control group,the content of IL-8,NO and UA in the joint soft tissue of rats was significantly increased in each group(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the content of all indexes in joint soft tissue of rats in normal control group,colchicine group and Simiao Liangxue granule group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the content of various indexes in the joint soft tissue of rats in the low and medium dose groups of Simiao Liangxue granule was higher than that in the colchicine group,and decreased significantly with the increase of the dose of Simiao Liangxue granule(P<0.05);the inflammatory index decreased significantly with the increase of the dose of Simiao Liangxue granule(P<0.05);the inflammation and degeneration in each dose group of Simiao Liangxue granule were milder than those in the model group,and the symptoms were relieved to some extent with the increase of dose(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Simiao Liangxue granule has the effect of anti-inflammation and detumescence,and its mechanism may be related to the content of factors that reduce inflammation including IL-1β,TNF-α,C0X-2,IL-8,NO and UA. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in treating deep venous thrombosis based on the method of network pharmacology.Methods:Through TCMSP database,the effective components of each traditional Chinese medicine in Simiao Yong'an Decoction were obtained and their targets were predicted.The targets of deep venous thrombosis were collected by CTD database,and the key targets were obtained by intersection of the component targets and the disease targets;Protein-Protein Interaction(PPI)network was constructed by String database.The drugs-components-targets-disease network map was constructed by using the software of Cytoscape 3.7.2.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis were analyzed by using the plug-in of ClueGo.Results:121 effective components and 137 potential targets of Simiao Yong'an Decoction were obtained.There were 1172 targets of deep venous thrombosis.There were 214 biological processes analyzed by GO Biological Process and 72 pathways analyzed by KEGG analysis.Conclusion:Simiao Yong'an Decoction may act on ESR1,AR,PTGS2 and other key targets,as well as AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,RLX signaling pathway and other pathways to treat deep venous thrombosis. 展开更多

Mechanism of Simiao Yongan decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity through JAK/STAT signaling pathway

Objective:To predict the effective components,potential targets and pathways of Simiao Yong’an Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)based on the method of network pharmacology,and to explore the mechanism of Simiao Yong’an Decoction in treating ASO combined with cell experiment.Methods:TCMSP database was used to screen the active components and targets of Simiao Yong’an decoction,and Genecards and OMIM databases were used to obtain ASO related proteins;PPI network of drug disease target proteins was constructed by string platform;go function and KEGG pathway enrichment of Simiao Yong’an Decoction ASO target were analyzed by David database.The drug target pathway with high correlation with ASO was selected.The model of vascular smooth muscle cell injury(VSMCs)induced by ox LDL was used,and Simiao Yong’an decoction containing pharmaceutical Qing was given to verify the therapeutic effect of Simiao Yong’an Decoction on ox LDL induced VSMCs and its regulation on highly correlated target pathway.Results:A total of 126 active components of Simiao Yong'an Decoction were screened,40 targets of Simiao Yong’an Decoction ASO were selected,99 go biological processes and 48 related signal pathways were related to ASO;the experimental results showed that with the passage of time,Simiao Yongan decoction could significantly inhibit the proliferation of VSMCs(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the percentage of BrdU positive cells in each dose group of Simiao Yong’an decoction was significantly higher than that in the model group In addition,Simiao Yong’an decoction could significantly inhibit the proliferation of VSMCs(P<0.05);in addition,Simiao Yongan decoction could inhibit the levels of IL-6 and IL-1β(P<0.05);significantly inhibit the expression of PCNA,JAK2 and STAT3 mRNA(P<0.05);Conclusions:Simiao Yong’an decoction has the effect of"multi-component,multi-target and multi-channel"in the treatment of ASO.It can inhibit the activation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway,play an anti-inflammatory role and inhibit the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells. 展开更多

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of peripheral occlusive disease(PAOD).Methods:Eight randomized controlled clinical trials(RCT)of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of PAOD were searched and screened from domestic and foreign databases(all from database construction to March 2020).The quality of the retrieved original studies was evaluated according to the evaluation criteria of Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0,and the included studies were meta-analyzed by RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 350 articles were retrieved,among which 14 studies met the inclusion criteria,with a total sample size of 1254 cases.The results of meta-analysis showed that:compared with conventional western Med,combined with Simiao Yong'an Decoction on the basis of western Med treatment can significantly improve the total clinical response rate of patients[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.14,1.27),P<0.00001],improve ankle brachial index(ABI)level[MD=0.79,95%CI(0.66,0.92),P<0.00001]and toe brachial index(TBI)level[RR=0.13,95%CI(0.10,0.16),P<0.00001],decreased c-reactive protein levels[MD=-8.55,95%CI(-8.99,-8.11),P<0.00001]and LDL levels[MD=-0.41,95%CI(-0.62,-0.19),P=0.0002],and increased HDL levels[MD=0.32(0.22,0.43),P<0.00001].There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions[RR=0.50,95%CI(1.15,1.64),P=0.25].Conclusion:Simiao Yong'an Decoction combined with conventional western Med is more effective than conventional western Med in the treatment of PAOD.However,in view of the limitations of the quality of the analyzed literature,the positive results obtained in this study still need to be further verified by a large sample and multi-center clinical trial with a reliable research program. 展开更多

Objective:To study the effect of Simiao Yong'an Decoction on the prevention of in-stent restenosis and the regulation of inflammation and oxidative stress after lower extremity stent angioplasty.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 ASO patients who underwent lower extremity stent angioplasty in our hospital between January 2014 and January 2018.The patients were randomly divided into observation group receiving postoperative Simiao Yong'an Decoction combined with antiplatelet drug treatment and control group receiving postoperative antiplatelet drug treatment.The conditions of in-stent restenosis were followed up,and the indicators of coagulation,inflammation and oxidative stress were detected.Results:The incidence of in-stent restenosis in observation group 1 year after operation was significantly lower than that in control group;6 months and 12 months after operation,the ankle brachial index(ABI)levels,minimal lumen diameter(MLD)levels at the stent and superoxide dismutase(SOD)contents of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,whereas D-dimer(D-D)and fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)levels as well as P-selectin,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)contents were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusions:Simiao Yong'an Decoction can prevent the in-stent restenosis and inhibit the inflammation and oxidative stress after lower extremity stent angioplasty. 展开更多

基于病症模型的经方四妙丸防治高尿酸血症痛风的药效物质探讨

目的探索经方四妙丸防治高尿酸血症痛风的药效物质。方法建立高尿酸血症药理模型,采用超高效液相色谱串联四极杆静电场轨道阱质谱联用技术(UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS)分析四妙丸体内外化学成分;以入血成分为基础,采用网络药理学构建四妙丸调... 目的探索经方四妙丸防治高尿酸血症痛风的药效物质。方法建立高尿酸血症药理模型,采用超高效液相色谱串联四极杆静电场轨道阱质谱联用技术(UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS)分析四妙丸体内外化学成分;以入血成分为基础,采用网络药理学构建四妙丸调控高尿酸血症痛风“活性成分-靶点-通路”网络;以关键活性成分与高尿酸血症痛风关键靶点尿酸生成酶(XDH),尿酸转运体(ABCG2、GLUT9、OAT1、URAT1)及炎症靶点(PTGS2、TLR2、TLR4)进行分子对接,根据对接结果进行实验验证,探讨四妙丸防治高尿酸血症痛风的关键药效物质。结果UPLC-Q-Exactive-MS法共鉴定四妙丸89个成分,包含74个入血成分,即候选成分;网络药理学构建了“入血成分-靶点-通路”网络,入血成分匹配116个高尿酸靶点和173痛风靶点,涉及调节糖脂代谢、氧化应激、炎症反应、ERK1、ERK2和MAPK级联反应、PI3K信号传导等生物过程;调节血脂与动脉粥样硬化、凋亡、AGE-RAGE、TNF、PI3K-Akt、MAPK、TLRs、JAK-STAT、NF-κB等信号通路,发挥多途径调控高尿酸血症痛风疾病网络的作用。分子对接研究表明小檗碱、黄柏碱、木兰花碱、药根碱、巴马汀、黄柏酮、柠檬苦素、苍术素、花旗松素、白术内酯Ⅲ及β-蜕皮甾酮等成分与尿酸合成酶、尿酸转运体及炎症靶点的亲和力良好,Western Blot验证发现花旗松素具有负调节尿酸盐转运蛋白1(URAT1)表达的作用,其是四妙丸防治高尿酸血症痛风的主要药效物质。结论该研究阐述了四妙丸调控高尿酸血症痛风的主要药效物质,可为四妙丸临床应用、质量评价和标准提升提供科学依据。 展开更多

四妙散及其拆方对类风湿关节炎大鼠血清IL-6、MMP-3的影响

目的:观察四妙散及其拆方对经典RA动物模型血清IL-6、MMP-3的影响,以了解四妙散对RA的治疗效果及其组方特点。方法:将100只雌性SD大鼠随机分成10组,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、西药对照组(甲氨蝶呤,MTX)、四妙汤全方组及其6个拆方... 目的:观察四妙散及其拆方对经典RA动物模型血清IL-6、MMP-3的影响,以了解四妙散对RA的治疗效果及其组方特点。方法:将100只雌性SD大鼠随机分成10组,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、西药对照组(甲氨蝶呤,MTX)、四妙汤全方组及其6个拆方组(黄柏+牛膝、苍术+牛膝、薏苡仁+牛膝、苍术+薏苡仁、黄柏+薏苡仁、黄柏+苍术),每组10只。除空白组外,余组大鼠以每只0.1 ml弗氏完全佐剂于右侧足跖部注射诱导关节炎模型。造模后第1天开始药物干预,正常对照组和模型组分别给予等体积双蒸水灌胃,所有大鼠按照10 ml/kg灌胃给药,1次/d,连续灌胃14 d。灌胃治疗结束后,采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清中IL-6、MMP-3的含量。结果:四妙散全方及拆方组大鼠血清IL-6、MMP-3均有不同程度下降(P<0.05)。根据综合指标结果,四妙散全方效果最佳,其次分别为黄柏+牛膝组、黄柏+苍术组、苍术+牛膝组、黄柏+薏苡仁组、薏苡仁+牛膝组、苍术+薏苡仁组。结论:四妙散全方的配伍应用,发挥了降低佐剂诱导致RA大鼠血清炎症因子最佳作用效果,拆方两两组合效果最强为黄柏+牛膝组。四妙散全方组对降低佐剂诱导致RA大鼠血清炎症因子效果明显,体现了四妙散组方药简力专的鲜明特点。两两组合中黄柏+牛膝组对大鼠血清IL-6、MMP-3含量下降效果最强,对四妙散的君臣配伍有了新的认识,但尚需进一步临床研究证实。 展开更多

目的观察四妙勇安汤负压滴灌治疗湿热内蕴型糖尿病足伴严重下肢缺血患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2023年10月期间邢台医学高等专科学校附属二院收治的糖尿病足(Diabetic foot,DF)伴严重下肢缺血(Critial limb ischemia,CLI)患者6... 目的观察四妙勇安汤负压滴灌治疗湿热内蕴型糖尿病足伴严重下肢缺血患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2023年10月期间邢台医学高等专科学校附属二院收治的糖尿病足(Diabetic foot,DF)伴严重下肢缺血(Critial limb ischemia,CLI)患者60例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,术前WIFI分级评估,进行相应的血管腔内治疗,血运重建成功后,分别行坏疽趾或趾列开放性切除或溃疡清创术,其中对照组术后采用负压封闭引流(VSD)进行治疗,观察组术后采用四妙勇安汤负压滴灌治疗,1周后拆除VSD敷料查看创面情况,创面内组织细菌培养阴性后,行创面修复,直至创面愈合,分别检测治疗1、2周后血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT),治疗2周后创面细菌转阴率;检测治疗2周后经皮氧分压(Transcutaneous oxygen pressure,T_(C)PO_(2))及踝肱指数(Ankle-brachialindex,ABI)、创面愈合时间及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组总有效率90.00%(27/30)明显高于对照组80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CRP、PCT水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组CRP、PCT水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组创面细菌转阴率90%(27/30)明显高于对照组70%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者T_(C)PO_(2)水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组T_(C)PO_(2)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组ABI指数与对照组比较,治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组创面愈合时间(28.63±5.30)d明显优于对照组(40.87±5.14)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均无过敏、肿胀、感染加重等不良反应发生。结论四妙勇安汤负压滴灌治疗糖尿病足伴严重下肢缺血腔内治疗术后湿热内蕴型可有效控制感染,改善局部微循环,缩短创面愈合时间,具有临床应用及推广价值。 展开更多

为明确华南双季稻区早晚兼用型水稻产量和氮素吸收在早、晚季的差异特征,以6个早晚兼用型水稻品种为试验材料,按当地高产栽培条件在早、晚季种植,测定其产量、产量构成、干物质积累和氮素吸收等。结果表明,早晚兼用型水稻在早、晚季种... 为明确华南双季稻区早晚兼用型水稻产量和氮素吸收在早、晚季的差异特征,以6个早晚兼用型水稻品种为试验材料,按当地高产栽培条件在早、晚季种植,测定其产量、产量构成、干物质积累和氮素吸收等。结果表明,早晚兼用型水稻在早、晚季种植时产量分别为6.68~7.91 t/hm^(2)和5.72~6.11 t/hm^(2);早季产量显著高于晚季,平均增幅为1.53 t/hm^(2)。相关分析表明,较高的早季产量与其有效穗数和粒重的提高有关。早、晚季干物质积累量和氮素吸收差异显著;相对于晚季,早季成熟期干物质积累量和氮素吸收平均提高25.0%和29.5%。另外,早、晚季产量与其干物质积累量和氮素吸收显著正相关。早晚兼用型水稻在早季种植时具有较高的产量、物质生产和氮素吸收能力。研究结果可为华南地区早晚兼用型水稻的丰产栽培提供理论依据。 展开更多
