Most ground faults in distribution network are caused by insulation deterioration of power equipment.It is difficult to find the insulation deterioration of the distribution network in time,and the development trend o...Most ground faults in distribution network are caused by insulation deterioration of power equipment.It is difficult to find the insulation deterioration of the distribution network in time,and the development trend of the initial insulation fault is unknown,which brings difficulties to the distribution inspection.In order to solve the above problems,a situational awareness method of the initial insulation fault of the distribution network based on a multi-feature index comprehensive evaluation is proposed.Firstly,the insulation situation evaluation index is selected by analyzing the insulation fault mechanism of the distribution network,and the relational database of the distribution network is designed based on the data and numerical characteristics of the existing distribution management system.Secondly,considering all kinds of fault factors of the distribution network and the influence of the power supply region,the evaluation method of the initial insulation fault situation of the distribution network is proposed,and the development situation of the distribution network insulation fault is classified according to the evaluation method.Then,principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimension of the training samples and test samples of the distribution network data,and the support vector machine(SVM)was trained.The optimal parameter combination of the SVM model was found by the grid search method,and a multi-class SVM model based on 1-v-1 method was constructed.Finally,the trained multi-class SVM was used to predict 6 kinds of situation level prediction samples.The results of simulation examples show that the average prediction accuracy of 6 situation levels is above 95%,and the perception accuracy of 4 situation levels is above 96%.In addition,the insulation maintenance decision scheme under different situation levels is able to be given when no fault occurs or the insulation fault is in the early stage,which can meet the needs of power distribution and inspection for accurately sensing the insulation fault situation.The correctness and effectiveness of this method are verified.展开更多

These disadvantages always put the whole network security management at high risk. This paper establishes a simulation environment, captures the alerts as the experimental data and adopts statistical analysis to seek the vulnerabilities of the services provided by the hosts in the network. According to the factors of the network, the paper introduces the two concepts: Situational Meta and Situational Weight to depict the total security situation. A novel hierarchical algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed to analyze the hierarchy of network and confirm the weighting coefficients. The algorithm can be utilized for modeling security situation, and determining its mathematical expression. Coupled with the statistical results, this paper simulates the security situational trends. Finally, the analysis of the simulation results proves the algorithm efficient and applicable, and provides us with an academic foundation for the implementation in the security situation展开更多
In recent years,probabilistic tracking methods have been becoming increasingly popular for solving the multi-target tracking problem in Space Situational Awareness(SSA).Bayesian frameworks have been used to describe t...In recent years,probabilistic tracking methods have been becoming increasingly popular for solving the multi-target tracking problem in Space Situational Awareness(SSA).Bayesian frameworks have been used to describe the objects’of interest states and cardinality as point processes.The inputs of the Bayesian framework filters are a probabilistic description of the scene at hand,the probability of clutter during the observation,the probability of detection of the objects,the probability of object survival and birth rates,and in the state update,the measurement uncertainty and process noise for the propagation.However,in the filter derivation,the assumptions of Poisson distributions of the object prior and the clutter model are made.Extracting the first-order moments of the full Bayesian framework leads to a so-called Probability Hypothesis Density(PHD)filter.The first moment extraction of the PHD filter process is extremely sensitive to both the input parameters and the measurements.The specifics of the SSA problem and its probabilistic description are illustrated in this paper and compared to the assumptions that the PHD filter is based on.As an example,this paper shows the response of a Cardinality only PHD filter(only the number of objects is estimated,not their corresponding states)to different input parameterizations.The very simple Cardinality only PHD filter is chosen in order to clearly show the sole effects of the model mismatch that might be blurred with state estimation effects,such as non-linearity in the dynamical model,in a full PHD filter implementation.The simulated multi-target tracking scenario entails the observation of attitude stable and unstable geostationary objects.展开更多
In response to the COVID-19,social media big data has played an important role in epidemic warning,tracking the source of infection,and public opinion monitoring,providing strong technical support for China’s epidemi...In response to the COVID-19,social media big data has played an important role in epidemic warning,tracking the source of infection,and public opinion monitoring,providing strong technical support for China’s epidemic prevention and control work.The paper used Sina Weibo posts related to COVID-19 hashtags as the data source,and built a BERT-CNN deep learning model to perform fine-grained and high-precision topic classificationon massive social media posts.Taking Shenzhen as a region of interest,we mined the“epidemic data bulletin”and“daily life impact”posts during the epidemic for spatial analysis.The results show that the confirmed communities and designated hospitals in Shenzhen as a whole present the characteristics of“sparse east and dense west”,and there is a strong positive spatial correlation between the number of confirmed cases and social media response.Specifically,Nanshan District,Futian District and Luohu District have more confirmed cases due to large population movements and dense transportation networks,and social media has responded more violently,and people’s lives have been greatly affected.However,Yantian District,Pingshan District and Dapeng New District showed opposite characteristics.The case study results further show that using deep learning methods to mine text information in social media is scientifically feasible for improving situational awareness and decision support during the COVID-19.展开更多

The less complex extraction makes the situation analysis more efficient, and the fine-grained model makes the analysis have a better expansibility. Background:Active videogames or exergames have been used as an innovative way to promote physical activity(PA)among various populations.A player’s interest in active videogames is associated with the fun and entertai...Background:Active videogames or exergames have been used as an innovative way to promote physical activity(PA)among various populations.A player’s interest in active videogames is associated with the fun and entertaining nature of the games and may trigger situational interest,thus increasing engagement.The goal of this study was to examine the impact of situational interest dimensions on college students’PA when playing the design-based bike exergame Greedy Rabbit(Vescape,Berlin,Germany).Methods:Sixty undergraduate students(age:20.8±1.3 years,mean±SD,18-25 years old;51.7%males)were recruited from the kinesiology department of a university located in the southern region of Belgium.The participants were assigned to an experimental group(n=41)or a control group(n=19)based on an incremental cycling test.Students in the experimental group engaged in 1 session of Greedy Rabbit(Vescape)while students in the control group engaged in 1 session of a placebo version of Greedy Rabbit(Vescape).The length of the sessions ranged from 24 min to 31 min.Results:Results for the control group indicated that the players’PA metrics(cadence:F(19,360)=1.43,p=0.11;heart rate:F(19.360)=1.16,p=0.29;oxygen consumption:F(19,360)=0.83,p=0.67)were stable during the exergame.Results for the experimental group demonstrated the effects of time on the players’PA metrics and revealed significant associations between the change in the players’situational interest dimensions and PA metrics(cadence:F(19,800)=26.30,p<0.01;heart rate:F(19,800)=19.77,p<0.01;oxygen consumption:F(19,800)=10.04,p<0.01).Conclusion:An approach using a design-based exergame may be a relevant strategy for promoting levels of PA that yields positive health-related outcomes among college students.展开更多
As the COVID-19 pandemic swept the globe,social media plat-forms became an essential source of information and communication for many.International students,particularly,turned to Twitter to express their struggles an...As the COVID-19 pandemic swept the globe,social media plat-forms became an essential source of information and communication for many.International students,particularly,turned to Twitter to express their struggles and hardships during this difficult time.To better understand the sentiments and experiences of these international students,we developed the Situational Aspect-Based Annotation and Classification(SABAC)text mining framework.This framework uses a three-layer approach,combining baseline Deep Learning(DL)models with Machine Learning(ML)models as meta-classifiers to accurately predict the sentiments and aspects expressed in tweets from our collected Student-COVID-19 dataset.Using the pro-posed aspect2class annotation algorithm,we labeled bulk unlabeled tweets according to their contained aspect terms.However,we also recognized the challenges of reducing data’s high dimensionality and sparsity to improve performance and annotation on unlabeled datasets.To address this issue,we proposed the Volatile Stopwords Filtering(VSF)technique to reduce sparsity and enhance classifier performance.The resulting Student-COVID Twitter dataset achieved a sophisticated accuracy of 93.21%when using the random forest as a meta-classifier.Through testing on three benchmark datasets,we found that the SABAC ensemble framework performed exceptionally well.Our findings showed that international students during the pandemic faced various issues,including stress,uncertainty,health concerns,financial stress,and difficulties with online classes and returning to school.By analyzing and summarizing these annotated tweets,decision-makers can better understand and address the real-time problems international students face during the ongoing pandemic.展开更多

This article proposes an analytical framework for the emergence of PES and argues that the key to determining whether PES can occur and whether a selected PES program is appropriate is to evaluate the net gain. When payers anticipate that a PES program will provide a satisfactory number of ES and a net gain over the opportunity cost and will cover all costs, it is assumed that the program will be implemented. When it is difficult to accurately evaluate the net gain of PES, the situational variables that affect the costs and benefits need to be examined. The group characteristics, ES characteristics, spatial and temporal contacts between the suppliers and demanders, correlation with private goods and additionality are important situational variables that affect the emergence and choice of PES.展开更多

A multiple regression statistical procedure was employed in analyz...This study established the relationships between personal, situational and socio-cultural factors and intimate partner abuse among couples in Nigeria. A multiple regression statistical procedure was employed in analyzing the data collected from 200 participants randomly selected from five ministries in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. Results obtained indicated that the three variables when combined effectively predicted intimate partner abuse (F-ratio of 5.756 significant at 0.05 alpha level). Taken separately, situational and socio-cultural factors contributed significantly to the prediction (t = 2.146, p t = 2.284, p (t = 1.705, p > 0.05). On the basis of these findings it was suggested that counselling psychologists should design intervention strategies to promote life-skills training in schools and out-of-schools settings. These include age-appropriate content on sexuality, conflict resolution, building healthy relationships and personal safety. Also, it was suggested that couples should be informed on the long-term health and social consequences of physical and sexual abuse.展开更多

The results and conclusions of the present study highlight two major needs: a systematic assessment of permanent residents in retirement homes and the implementation of a physical activation program. 文摘In recent years,probabilistic tracking methods have been becoming increasingly popular for solving the multi-target tracking problem in Space Situational Awareness(SSA).Bayesian frameworks have been used to describe the objects’of interest states and cardinality as point processes.The inputs of the Bayesian framework filters are a probabilistic description of the scene at hand,the probability of clutter during the observation,the probability of detection of the objects,the probability of object survival and birth rates,and in the state update,the measurement uncertainty and process noise for the propagation.However,in the filter derivation,the assumptions of Poisson distributions of the object prior and the clutter model are made.Extracting the first-order moments of the full Bayesian framework leads to a so-called Probability Hypothesis Density(PHD)filter.The first moment extraction of the PHD filter process is extremely sensitive to both the input parameters and the measurements.The specifics of the SSA problem and its probabilistic description are illustrated in this paper and compared to the assumptions that the PHD filter is based on.As an example,this paper shows the response of a Cardinality only PHD filter(only the number of objects is estimated,not their corresponding states)to different input parameterizations.The very simple Cardinality only PHD filter is chosen in order to clearly show the sole effects of the model mismatch that might be blurred with state estimation effects,such as non-linearity in the dynamical model,in a full PHD filter implementation.The simulated multi-target tracking scenario entails the observation of attitude stable and unstable geostationary objects.

文摘In response to the COVID-19,social media big data has played an important role in epidemic warning,tracking the source of infection,and public opinion monitoring,providing strong technical support for China’s epidemic prevention and control work.The paper used Sina Weibo posts related to COVID-19 hashtags as the data source,and built a BERT-CNN deep learning model to perform fine-grained and high-precision topic classificationon massive social media posts.Taking Shenzhen as a region of interest,we mined the“epidemic data bulletin”and“daily life impact”posts during the epidemic for spatial analysis.The results show that the confirmed communities and designated hospitals in Shenzhen as a whole present the characteristics of“sparse east and dense west”,and there is a strong positive spatial correlation between the number of confirmed cases and social media response.Specifically,Nanshan District,Futian District and Luohu District have more confirmed cases due to large population movements and dense transportation networks,and social media has responded more violently,and people’s lives have been greatly affected.However,Yantian District,Pingshan District and Dapeng New District showed opposite characteristics.The case study results further show that using deep learning methods to mine text information in social media is scientifically feasible for improving situational awareness and decision support during the COVID-19.

文摘The paper introduces the Endsley' s situation model into network security to describe the network security situation, and improves Endsley's data processing to suit network alerts. The proposed model contains the information of incident frequency, incident time and incident space. The HoneyNet dataset is selected to evaluate the proposed model in the evaluation. The paper proposes three definitions to depict and predigest the whole situation extraction in detail, and a fusion component to reduce the influence of alert redundancy on the total security situation. The less complex extraction makes the situation analysis more efficient, and the fine-grained model makes the analysis have a better expansibility. Finally, the situational variation curves are simulated, and the evaluation results prove the situation model applicable and efficient.

文摘The traditional market segmentation was based on "transcendental rationality" or "Situational Rationality", studies shows that it had disadvantages. This paper states the "Situational" integrated rationality hypothesis and then comes up with the market segmenting models and classification algorithm basing on this hypothesis. This algorithm combined the Rough Set theory and Neural Networks in application, which overcome the dilemma that caused complicated network structure and long training time by only using Neural Networks and influenced the classification precision caused by noise disturbance by only using Rough Set methods. Finally, the paper did a comparison experiment between the traditional method and the method we came up, the results shows that the model and algorithm has its advantage on every aspects.

文摘Background:Active videogames or exergames have been used as an innovative way to promote physical activity(PA)among various populations.A player’s interest in active videogames is associated with the fun and entertaining nature of the games and may trigger situational interest,thus increasing engagement.The goal of this study was to examine the impact of situational interest dimensions on college students’PA when playing the design-based bike exergame Greedy Rabbit(Vescape,Berlin,Germany).Methods:Sixty undergraduate students(age:20.8±1.3 years,mean±SD,18-25 years old;51.7%males)were recruited from the kinesiology department of a university located in the southern region of Belgium.The participants were assigned to an experimental group(n=41)or a control group(n=19)based on an incremental cycling test.Students in the experimental group engaged in 1 session of Greedy Rabbit(Vescape)while students in the control group engaged in 1 session of a placebo version of Greedy Rabbit(Vescape).The length of the sessions ranged from 24 min to 31 min.Results:Results for the control group indicated that the players’PA metrics(cadence:F(19,360)=1.43,p=0.11;heart rate:F(19.360)=1.16,p=0.29;oxygen consumption:F(19,360)=0.83,p=0.67)were stable during the exergame.Results for the experimental group demonstrated the effects of time on the players’PA metrics and revealed significant associations between the change in the players’situational interest dimensions and PA metrics(cadence:F(19,800)=26.30,p<0.01;heart rate:F(19,800)=19.77,p<0.01;oxygen consumption:F(19,800)=10.04,p<0.01).Conclusion:An approach using a design-based exergame may be a relevant strategy for promoting levels of PA that yields positive health-related outcomes among college students.

文摘As the COVID-19 pandemic swept the globe,social media plat-forms became an essential source of information and communication for many.International students,particularly,turned to Twitter to express their struggles and hardships during this difficult time.To better understand the sentiments and experiences of these international students,we developed the Situational Aspect-Based Annotation and Classification(SABAC)text mining framework.This framework uses a three-layer approach,combining baseline Deep Learning(DL)models with Machine Learning(ML)models as meta-classifiers to accurately predict the sentiments and aspects expressed in tweets from our collected Student-COVID-19 dataset.Using the pro-posed aspect2class annotation algorithm,we labeled bulk unlabeled tweets according to their contained aspect terms.However,we also recognized the challenges of reducing data’s high dimensionality and sparsity to improve performance and annotation on unlabeled datasets.To address this issue,we proposed the Volatile Stopwords Filtering(VSF)technique to reduce sparsity and enhance classifier performance.The resulting Student-COVID Twitter dataset achieved a sophisticated accuracy of 93.21%when using the random forest as a meta-classifier.Through testing on three benchmark datasets,we found that the SABAC ensemble framework performed exceptionally well.Our findings showed that international students during the pandemic faced various issues,including stress,uncertainty,health concerns,financial stress,and difficulties with online classes and returning to school.By analyzing and summarizing these annotated tweets,decision-makers can better understand and address the real-time problems international students face during the ongoing pandemic.

文摘In order to improve the performance of UAV's autonomous maneuvering decision-making,this paper proposes a decision-making method based on situational continuity.The algorithm in this paper designs a situation evaluation function with strong guidance,then trains the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)under the framework of Deep Q Network(DQN)for air combat maneuvering decision-making.Considering the continuity between adjacent situations,the method takes multiple consecutive situations as one input of the neural network.To reflect the difference between adjacent situations,the method takes the difference of situation evaluation value as the reward of reinforcement learning.In different scenarios,the algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the algorithm based on the Fully Neural Network(FNN)and the algorithm based on statistical principles respectively.The results show that,compared with the FNN algorithm,the algorithm proposed in this paper is more accurate and forwardlooking.Compared with the algorithm based on the statistical principles,the decision-making of the algorithm proposed in this paper is more efficient and its real-time performance is better.

文摘Complicated electromagnetic environments of the space situational awareness facilities(i.e.,satellite navigation systems,radar)would significantly impact normal operations.Effective monitoring and the corresponding diagnosis of the jamming signals are essential to normal opera-tions and the innovations in anti-jamming equipment.This paper demonstrates a comprehensive survey on jamming monitoring algorithms and applications.The methods in dealing with jamming signals are summarized primarily.Subsequently,the jamming detection,identification,and direc-tion finding techniques are addressed separately.Based on the established studies,we also provide some potential trends of the demonstrated jamming monitoring issues.
文摘Clarifying the necessary conditions for the emergence of payments for ecosystem services (PES) and the situational variables that affect PES is the basis for their interpretation, prediction, and selection. This article proposes an analytical framework for the emergence of PES and argues that the key to determining whether PES can occur and whether a selected PES program is appropriate is to evaluate the net gain. When payers anticipate that a PES program will provide a satisfactory number of ES and a net gain over the opportunity cost and will cover all costs, it is assumed that the program will be implemented. When it is difficult to accurately evaluate the net gain of PES, the situational variables that affect the costs and benefits need to be examined. The group characteristics, ES characteristics, spatial and temporal contacts between the suppliers and demanders, correlation with private goods and additionality are important situational variables that affect the emergence and choice of PES.
文摘This study established the relationships between personal, situational and socio-cultural factors and intimate partner abuse among couples in Nigeria. A multiple regression statistical procedure was employed in analyzing the data collected from 200 participants randomly selected from five ministries in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. Results obtained indicated that the three variables when combined effectively predicted intimate partner abuse (F-ratio of 5.756 significant at 0.05 alpha level). Taken separately, situational and socio-cultural factors contributed significantly to the prediction (t = 2.146, p t = 2.284, p (t = 1.705, p > 0.05). On the basis of these findings it was suggested that counselling psychologists should design intervention strategies to promote life-skills training in schools and out-of-schools settings. These include age-appropriate content on sexuality, conflict resolution, building healthy relationships and personal safety. Also, it was suggested that couples should be informed on the long-term health and social consequences of physical and sexual abuse.
文摘A situational diagnosis of the social sphere of elder permanent residents at retirement homes in Chihuahua City was created with the aid of the Social Resource Scale instrument. From the 51 participants, there were 30 female and 21 male elders. The results and conclusions of the present study highlight two major needs: a systematic assessment of permanent residents in retirement homes and the implementation of a physical activation program. The proposed physical activation program must focus on both, the recovery of motor independence and the increase of socialization activities which allows members of the retired community to improve their daily routine performance and lessens the work load on their caretakers.
