The article epitomises its foundations by providing definitional and explanative dichotomy among the State, Nation, and Nation State. It affords a depiction of the centrality of the mind, the interface of the body and mind in behavioural manifestations. It furthermore acknowledges that nothing occurs in a vacuum but in the context of the fullness of the mind. The visible manifestations of human behaviour are contended to be informed by the noiselessness invisible aspects of the mind. The same noiseless mind that informs the behavioural visibility that becomes somewhat active and busier in its conspicuousness. The dual existence of things and events in a revolutionary context that transcends to other behavioural undertones is discoursed. In the context application of the revolutionary mapping, the mind is presented as a culprit revolutionarist that wages revolutions without fear of external threats through arrests, danger, pain, terror, dread, apprehension, detentions, and any other similar means including death. The article settles that the mind is the determinant factor of human behaviours and it therefore defines the state of the State in any revolutionary circumstance. It denotes a functional separatism of the mind from the brain which is an organ of the body thereby equally accepting that the brain functionalises the mind. The equal essential role of the mind in post revolution construction to establish and promote an acceptable system of government that responds to socio-economic factors is detailed herein the manuscript. A deliberate attempt is made not to be suggestive and prescriptive on the shape and form of such a post revolution system of government. 展开更多

In order to make full use of heterogeneous multi-sensor data to serve urban intelligent transportation systems, a real-time urban traffic state fusion model was proposed, named federated evidence fusion model. The model improves conventional D-S evidence theory in temporal domain, such that it can satisfy the requirement of real-time processing and utilize traffic detection information more efficaciously. The model frame and computational procedures are given. In addition, a generalized reliability weight matrix of evidence is also presented to increase the accuracy of estimation. After that, a simulation test is presented to explain the advantage of the proposed method in comparison with conventional D-S evidence theory. Besides, the validity of the model is proven by the use of the data of loop detectors and GPS probe vehicles collected from an urban link in Shanghai. Results of the experiment show that the proposed approach can well embody and track traffic state at character level in real-time conditions. 展开更多

In this paper,we present the general design methods and parameter measurements of a 1-k W solidstate radio frequency(RF) power amplifier at 2856 MHz,for the soft X-ray free electron laser facility.Three-stage amplification with a 4-way combination is used.An RF switch module is integrated with the solid-state RF power amplifier to convert the continuous wave(CW) signal into pulse signal,with adjustable pulse width.The power gain is measured at 57.7 d B at 60 d Bm output.The RF phase noise,which is measured by the low-level RF system,is\0.015 degree(RMS),while the pulse frontier jitter is\5 ns. 展开更多

The main challenges in development of traditional liquid lithium-sulfur batteries are the shuttle effect at the cathode caused by the polysulfide and the safety concern at the Li metal anode arose from the dendrite formation.All-solid-state lithium-sulfur batteries have been proposed to solve the shuttle effect and prevent short circuits.However,solid-solid contacts between the electrodes and the electrolyte increase the interface resistance and stress/strain,which could result in the limited electrochemical performances.In this work,the cathode of all-solid-state lithium-sulfur batteries is prepared by depositing sulfur on the surface of the carbon nanotubes(CNTs@S)and further mixing with Li10GeP2S12 electrolyte and acetylene black agents.At 60℃,CNTs@S electrode exhibits superior electrochemical performance,delivering the reversible discharge capacities of 1193.3,959.5,813.1,569.6 and 395.5 mAhg^-1 at the rate of 0.1,0.5,1,2 and 5 C,respectively.Moreover,the CNTs@S is able to demonstrate superior high-rate capability of 660.3 mAhg^-1 and cycling stability of 400 cycles at a high rate of 1.0 C.Such uniform distribution of the CNTs,S and Li10GeP2S12 electrolyte increase the electronic and ionic conductivity between the cathode and the electrolyte hence improves the rate performance and capacity retention. 展开更多

This paper is devoted to temperature analysis on power RF LDMOS with different feature parameters of die thickness, pitch S length and finger width. The significance of these three parameters is determined from temperature comparison obtained by 3D Silvaco-Atlas device simulator. The first three simulations focus on temperature variation with the three factors at different output power density respectively. The results indicate that both the thinner die thickness and the broaden pitch S length have distinct advantages over the shorter finger width. The device, at the same time, exhibits higher temperature at a larger output power density. Simulations are further carried out on structure with combination of different pitch s length and die thickness at a large 1W/mm output power density and the temperature reduction reaches as high as 55%. 展开更多

Observer-based output feedback decentralized controller is designed such that the closed-loop interconnected system is asymptotically stable in the Lyapunov sense in probability for all admissible uncertainties and time delays. We present a state-to-state dynamical calculation on the reaction S++ H2→ SH+ +H based on an accurate X2 A″ potential surface. Some reaction properties, such as reaction probability, integral cross sections, product distribution, etc.,are found to be those with characteristics of an indirect reaction. The oscillating structures appearing in reaction probability versus collision energy are considered to be the consequence of the deep potential well in the reaction. The comparison of the present total integral cross sections with the previous quasi-classical trajectory results shows that the quantum effect is more important at low collision energies. In addition, the quantum number inversion in the rotational distribution of the product is regarded as the result of the heavy–light–light mass combination, which is not effective for the vibrational excitation. For the collision energies considered, the product differential cross sections of the title reaction are mainly concentrated in the forward and backward regions, which suggests that there is a long-life intermediate complex in the reaction process. 展开更多

The results of experimental research of some effects in metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) structures induced by different types of radiation (50 MeV electrons, 12 keV gamma-quanta, 10 and 40 keV arsenic ions) are presented. It is found that there is a significant difference between the characters of radiation surface states (SS) formed by ionization and impact actions of the MIS structure irradiation at the insulator-semiconductor (I-S) interface. It is shown that the SS generation rate is increased in electric fields and depends on the MIS structure field electrode material. 展开更多

MMSE与CDR检测社区老年人认知障碍的有效性比较

目的比较两种常用的筛查量表——简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)在社区老年人中检测与阿尔茨海默病(AD)相关认知损害的敏感性和特异性。方法选取桂林市象山社区400名60岁及以上老年人作为研究对象,分别来用CDR... 目的比较两种常用的筛查量表——简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)在社区老年人中检测与阿尔茨海默病(AD)相关认知损害的敏感性和特异性。方法选取桂林市象山社区400名60岁及以上老年人作为研究对象,分别来用CDR和MMSE对研究对象及知情者进行测评,进行为期2年的随访,比较两种量表的初始筛查疑似率和判断疾病严重程度的差异。结果MMSE初始筛查疑似率(10.75%)高于CDR(5.50%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMSE在记忆、计算和回忆能力评估中表现出优越性,而CDR则在社会活动与兴趣爱好等日常生活能力方面评估中具有优势,可考虑作为MMSE的补充,利于提高敏感性。轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)的诊断率方面,MMSE阳性率(8.75%)高于CDR(4.75%)(P<0.05)。结论MMSE早期识别MCI的敏感度略高于CDR,两者联合取舍优缺点再进一步评估可减少漏诊,在早期筛查、预防和延缓AD方面具有重要的临床意义。 展开更多

为更好地表征液压泵的退化状态,对液压泵退化特征提取方法和退化状态识别方法进行研究。基于S变换分析非平稳信号的优异能力以及相对熵较好表征振动信号概率分布差异的特性,提出S变换相对谱熵的液压泵退化特征提取方法,对液压泵仿真信... 为更好地表征液压泵的退化状态,对液压泵退化特征提取方法和退化状态识别方法进行研究。基于S变换分析非平稳信号的优异能力以及相对熵较好表征振动信号概率分布差异的特性,提出S变换相对谱熵的液压泵退化特征提取方法,对液压泵仿真信号分析结果验证了所提出的S变换相对能谱熵和S变换相对奇异谱熵作为退化特征的有效性和可行性。将两个特征指标组成退化特征向量,对滑靴磨损和松靴故障模式下不同故障程度的液压泵振动信号进行分析,进一步验证所提出的特征指标作为液压泵退化特征的有效性。将加权灰关联法用于液压泵退化状态识别,建立了液压泵的标准退化模式矩阵,对两种故障模式下液压泵待检测样本的退化特征向量和标准模式矩阵做加权灰关联分析,根据灰关联度的大小判定液压泵的退化状态,结果验证了所提出方法的良好性能。 展开更多
