Abundant phosphatized acritarchs are preserved in the late Precambrian (Ediacaran) Doushantuo Formation at Weng'an, Guizhou Province, southwest China. Most of them are large with various spinous ornaments and multilayered outer walls. The general characters of these fossils are quite similar to those found from the homochronous deposits of the Yangtze Gorges, southern China. Therefore the Doushantuo Formation in the Weng'an area can be correlated directly with the Doushantuo Formation of the Yangtze Gorges. Four species in four genera, including two new genera, two new species and one uncertain species are systematically described for the first time from the studied locality. The taxa are Bacatisphaera baokangensis Zhou, Brasier et Xue, 2001, Taeniosphaera doushantuoensis gen. et sp. nov., Rugospinasphaera speciosa gen. et sp. nov. and Meghystichosphaeridium sp. The new data enriches the famous Weng'an biota, especially the marine microplankton flora in the Ediacaran Doushantuo Formation. 展开更多

Low oil prices under the influence of economic structure transformation and slow economic growth have hit the existing markets of traditional big oil suppliers and upgraded the conflict of oil production capacity and interest between OPEC producers and other big oil supplier countries such as the USA and Russia. Forecasting global oil production is significant for all countries for energy strategy planning, although many past forecasts have later been proved to be very seriously incorrect. In this paper,the original generalized Weng model is expanded to a multi-cycle generalized Weng model to better reflect the multi-cycle phenomena caused by political, economic and technological factors. This is used to forecast global oil production based on parameter selection from a large sample, depletion rate of remaining resources, constraints on oil reserves and cycle number determination. This research suggests that the world will reach its peak oil production in 2022, at about 4340×10~6 tonnes. China needs to plan for oil import diversity, a domestic oil production structure based on the supply pattern of large oil suppliers worldwide and the oil demand for China's own development. 展开更多

[Objectives]To screen optimum conditions of HPLC and TLC for qualitative discrimination of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle,thus providing basis for quality standard. [Methods]According to the method described in Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia,thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography were used respectively for qualitative and quantitative identification of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle by improving the conditions of extraction and purification. [Results]After optimizing TLC conditions of Jin Weng Zhili Particle,the separation effect of TLC of test samples was favorable. The spot color was clear,reproducibility was good,and precision was high. Under the conditions of mobile phase constituted by acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine( 28∶ 70∶ 1∶ 1),detection wavelength of 265 nm,flow rate of 1. 0 m L min^(-1)and column temperature of 35℃,the resolution of berberine hydrochloride was good; the injection volume in the range of 3. 15-50 μg· m L^(-1)had good linear relationship with the peak area( R^2= 0. 998); the average sample recovery rate(n=6) was 5. 672%,and RSD was 0. 864%; the content of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle was 4. 023 mg. [Conclusions]The method was of good feasibility,reproducibility and specificity,and could be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of berberine hydrochloride contained in Jin Weng Zhili Particle. 展开更多
