目的:应用Meta分析方法研究claudin-10表达与原发性消化系统恶性肿瘤患者临床病理和预后的相关性。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、Ovid MEDLINE、CNKI、维普、万方数据库,提取claudin-10表达与患者临床病理特征关系以及预后的数据,...目的:应用Meta分析方法研究claudin-10表达与原发性消化系统恶性肿瘤患者临床病理和预后的相关性。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、Ovid MEDLINE、CNKI、维普、万方数据库,提取claudin-10表达与患者临床病理特征关系以及预后的数据,应用RevMan 5.3和Stata15.1软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入6篇文献,512例原发性消化系统恶性肿瘤患者。原发性消化系统恶性肿瘤组织中claudin-10的高表达率显著高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义[OR=3.22,95%CI(2.26,4.60),P<0.01]。claudin-10高表达与肿瘤大小[OR=6.21,95%CI(2.44,15.83),P<0.01]、分化程度[OR=0.56,95%CI(0.32,0.99),P=0.05]、淋巴结转移[OR=3.41,95%CI(1.09,10.65),P=0.03]呈正相关;与患者性别[OR=1.62,95%CI(0.91,2.90),P=0.10]、年龄[OR=1.72,95%CI(0.97,3.07),P=0.06]、远处转移[OR=4.51,95%CI(0.55,36.70),P=0.16]、患者预后[HR=1.99,95%CI(0.93,4.23),P=0.08]无关。结论:claudin-10表达与原发性消化系统恶性肿瘤的临床病理特征相关,是潜在的肿瘤标志物。展开更多
