于2012年4-11月对老平岗林场6个群落中7种寄主上的槲寄生(Viscum coloratum)种群进行了研究,结果表明:以寄主为单位,槲寄生的最终分布格局取决于寄主的格局;而在每个寄主上则呈聚集性分布。从数量上看,寄生强度为:山杨"白桦"... 于2012年4-11月对老平岗林场6个群落中7种寄主上的槲寄生(Viscum coloratum)种群进行了研究,结果表明:以寄主为单位,槲寄生的最终分布格局取决于寄主的格局;而在每个寄主上则呈聚集性分布。从数量上看,寄生强度为:山杨"白桦"辽东桤木"黑桦"紫椴=青楷槭"色木槭;各寄主上单株槲寄生平均结果量为:山杨"白桦"辽东桤木"青楷槭"紫椴"色木槭"黑桦;红黄两种果实型植株的比例近于1∶1。从遗传上看,槲寄生表现出过量繁殖特征;其种子传播与太平鸟存在密切联系,经鸟类粪便排出的种子82%落在地面,15%黏附在下层灌木上,3%附着在寄主树干上。本研究认为:寄主的分布格局,寄主所在群落的组成及发育,传播者的生活习性和槲寄生自身的繁殖策略是影响其种群的主要因素。 展开更多

A high-performance liquid chromatography coupled ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) method was developed for a chemical fingerprint analysis of Viscum coloratura. Eighteen peaks were selected as the common peaks and Homoeriodictyol-7-O-β-D-apiosiyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucoside was used as a reference. The relative areas of common peaks were used for hierarchical clustering analysis and similarity calculation. Thirty-seven samples collected from different sources were classified into five groups. The similarities of 21 batches Viscum coloratura samples were beyond 0.90. The results obtained suggest that the chromatographic fingerprint can efficiently identify Viscum coloratum. Additionally, the fingerprints can then be used to evaluate the correlation between Viscum coloratura and hosts. 展开更多

Viscotoxin B2 shared high sequence homology with viscotoxins isolated from Viscum album. Pharmacological experiments showed that viscotoxin B2 had distinct cytotoxic activity on tumor cells. Viscum coloratum(Kom.)Nakai is a well-known medicinal hemiparasite widely distributed in Asia.The synthesis and accumulation of its metabolites are affected by both environmental factors and the host plants,while the latter of which is usually overlooked.The purpose of this study was to comprehensively evaluate the effects of host and habitat on the metabolites in V.coloratum through multiple chemical and biological approaches.The metabolite profile of V.coloratum harvested from three different host plants in two habitats were determined by multiple chemical methods including high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet(HPLC-UV),gas chromatography-flame ionization detector(GC-FID)and ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF/MS).The differences in antioxidant efficacy of V.coloratum were determined based on multiple in vitro models.The multivariate statistical analysis and data fusion strategy were applied to analyze the differences in metabolite profile and antioxidant activity of V.coloratum.Results indicated that the metabolite profile obtained by various chemical approaches was simultaneously affected by host and environment factors,and the environment plays a key role.Meanwhile,three main differential metabolites between two environment groups were identified.The results of antioxidant assay indicated that the environment has greater effects on the biological activity of V.coloratum than the host.Therefore,we conclude that the integration of various chemical and biological approaches combined with multivariate statistical and data fusion analysis,which can determine the influences of host plant and habitat on the metabolites,is a powerful strategy to control the quality of semi-parasitic herbal medicine. 展开更多

In January 2017, symptoms of a leaf-spot disease were observed on Viscum coloratum plants in Yichun,China. The infected leaves were chlorotic, while sunken lesions formed on diseased branches, which were initially light brown and later turned dark brown. Moreover, diseased branches and leaves formed semi-buried, small, and spherical pycnidia. In total, 20 leaves and 19 branches diseased samples from Yichun, China were collected and examined. The fungus was isolated and identified using Koch’s postulates, morphological characteristics and DNA sequence data. The data presented herein confirmed that the pathogen responsible for the disease was Sphaeropsis visci. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of it in China. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the similarity of chemical profile of Viscum loloratum harvested in different months using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint and multivariate statistical analysis,and to determine the optimal harvest time of Viscum coloratum.8 compounds were isolated from Viscum coloratum by a variety of isolation techniques,3 of which were isolated from the genus Viscum L.for the first time.The fingerprint of Viscum coloratum was established by HPLC,and 16 common peaks were obtained,4 of which were identified by comparison with the reference substances.Results showed that the Viscum coloratum harvested in 6 months could be roughly divided into three groups based on the chemical profiles,and the Viscum coloratum harvested in January had higher levels of the marked compounds.The HPLC fingerprint objectively reveals the characteristics of Viscum coloratum harvested in different months,which can be used to evaluate and control the quality of Viscum coloratum harvested in different months. 展开更多

Mistletoes are parasite plants growing on various tree species,taking nutrients from the host.Beneficial compounds of mistletoe were used in medicine and these mistletoes were commonly collected from oak species that were not well identified.We analyzed the nutritional value by measuring proximate and mineral components of Korean mistletoe(Viscum album var.coloratum)from various host trees.Carbohydrate was the most proximate component in both leaves and twigs followed crude protein,crude fiber,crude ash and crude fat.While the contents of the proximate components and minerals varied among hosts and between plant parts,leaves contained higher crude protein and ash,and more minerals except for magnesium than twigs,although no significant difference was found inmistletoe grown on Prunus mandshurica.There were significant differences of proximate and mineral contents depending on the host species.Mistletoe grown on Chaenomeles sinensis contained higher levels of carbohydrates,crude fat,crude ash,magnesium,calcium,sodium,iron,and zinc than mistletoe grown on other species.Mistletoe grown on P.mandshurica contained high mineral levels of potassium,copper and phosphorous.The nutritional value of mistletoes were greatly influenced by the host species but among the hosts,specific nutrients accumulated in leaves more than in twigs,and vice versa.Based on the analysis,Korean mistletoe contains relatively good quality of nutrients and has high potential for dietary supplements as well as for medicinal compounds. 展开更多

Viscum coloratum(Kom.)Nakai is a well-known medicinal plant.However,the optimal harvest time for V.coloratum is unknown.Few studies were performed to analyze compound variation during storage and to improve post-harvest quality control.Our study aimed to comprehensively evaluate the quality of V.coloratum in different growth stages,and determine the dynamic variation of metabolites.Ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used to quantify 29 compounds in V.coloratum harvested in six growth periods,and the associated biosynthetic pathways were explored.The accumulation of different types of compounds were analyzed based on their synthesis pathways.Grey relational analysis was used to evaluate the quality of v.coloratum across different months.The compound variation during storage was analyzed by a high-temperature high-humidity accelerated test.The results showed that the quality of V.coloratum was the hightest in March,followed by November,and became the lowest in July.During storage,compounds in downstream steps of the biosynthesis pathway were first degraded to produce the upstream compounds and some low-molecular-weight organic acids,leading to an increase followed by a decrease in the content of some compounds,and resulted in a large gap during the degradation time course among different compounds.Due to the rapid rate and large degree of degradation,five compounds were tentatively designated as“early warning components”for quality control.This report provides reference for better understanding the biosynthesis and degradation of metabolites in V.coloratum and lays a theoretical foundation for rational application of V.coloratum and better quality control of V.coloratum during storage. 展开更多

目的通过体内、体外实验研究槲寄生碱的抗肿瘤作用。方法体外实验采用MTT法测定槲寄生碱对食管癌细胞株(Eca109)生长的抑制作用。取对数生长期的肿瘤细胞培养24h后加入含不同浓度槲寄生碱培养液;作用24h后倾去上清液,加入MTT;4h后吸去... 目的通过体内、体外实验研究槲寄生碱的抗肿瘤作用。方法体外实验采用MTT法测定槲寄生碱对食管癌细胞株(Eca109)生长的抑制作用。取对数生长期的肿瘤细胞培养24h后加入含不同浓度槲寄生碱培养液;作用24h后倾去上清液,加入MTT;4h后吸去上清液,加入二甲亚砜(DMSO);30min后测吸光度(A)并计算抑制率;体内实验将制备的肿瘤细胞悬液,以0.2mL/只的量接种于小鼠右前肢腋部皮下,24h后将已接种的小鼠随机分组。各组均连续给药7d,停药后1~3d将小鼠拉颈处死,剥取瘤块称重,计算抑瘤率。结果体外实验证实槲寄生碱对肿瘤细胞生长有显著的抑制作用;体内实验证实槲寄生碱可抑制肿瘤生长、延长荷瘤动物的生存期。结论槲寄生碱具有抗肿瘤作用。 展开更多

探讨黄果槲寄生果实多糖(VCFP)对急性酒精性肝细胞损伤小鼠的保护作用。通过一次性高浓度酒精灌胃建立小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,之后将KM小鼠随机分为VCFP低、中、高剂量组和酒精模型组,同时设正常对照组。VCFP组连续灌胃多糖28 d,酒... 探讨黄果槲寄生果实多糖(VCFP)对急性酒精性肝细胞损伤小鼠的保护作用。通过一次性高浓度酒精灌胃建立小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,之后将KM小鼠随机分为VCFP低、中、高剂量组和酒精模型组,同时设正常对照组。VCFP组连续灌胃多糖28 d,酒精模型组及正常对照组灌胃等量生理盐水,动态观察生长情况和肝组织形态学结构的变化。结果显示,小鼠酒精灌胃后,模型组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平、丙二醛(MDA)含量、CAT及GSH-Px活力与正常对照组相比显著升高(P<0.01),体重、肝脏指数和SOD活力显著(P<0.01)降低;VCFP组连续灌胃多糖28 d后,均能显著提高小鼠体重、肝脏指数和SOD活力,降低ALT、AST、TC、TG水平、MDA含量、CAT及GSH-Px活力,肝组织逐渐得到明显修复。研究表明,黄果槲寄生果实多糖可通过提高抗氧化酶活性,清除氧自由基减轻膜脂质过氧化反应,对肝细胞起到保护作用。 展开更多

研究了槲寄生和北桑寄生茎、叶和吸器的结构,结果表明:槲寄生三年生茎稍肉质化,无周皮,有极厚的角质层;皮层有7个纤维束,薄壁组织发达;木质部中亦含有大量薄壁组织;韧皮部发达;簇晶及大量粘稠物质在茎中广泛分布。槲寄生叶肉... 研究了槲寄生和北桑寄生茎、叶和吸器的结构,结果表明:槲寄生三年生茎稍肉质化,无周皮,有极厚的角质层;皮层有7个纤维束,薄壁组织发达;木质部中亦含有大量薄壁组织;韧皮部发达;簇晶及大量粘稠物质在茎中广泛分布。槲寄生叶肉质化,厚1.44mm;角质层发达,厚度为9.06~13.4μm;叶肉无栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化。北桑寄生茎与正常木本植物茎的结构相似,木质部为典型的环孔材;韧皮部含有石细胞;髓部细胞壁厚,单纹孔明显。北桑寄生叶较薄,叶脉发达,无栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化。两种植物的吸器结构相似,由薄壁组织和螺纹导管组成,它们的螺纹导管长度相同,但槲寄生导管的直径是北桑寄生的2.5倍。 展开更多

目的研究槲寄生提取物(viscum coloratum extract,VCE)抗缺血性心律失常的药理作用。方法采用大鼠冠脉结扎的方法建立心肌梗死模型,观察VCE对心肌梗死大鼠心律失常发生率和心肌梗死面积的影响。制备大鼠离体右心房标本,在浴槽中观察VCE... 目的研究槲寄生提取物(viscum coloratum extract,VCE)抗缺血性心律失常的药理作用。方法采用大鼠冠脉结扎的方法建立心肌梗死模型,观察VCE对心肌梗死大鼠心律失常发生率和心肌梗死面积的影响。制备大鼠离体右心房标本,在浴槽中观察VCE对大鼠右心房收缩性的影响。结果注射VCE各组与对照组比,心律失常发生减少,心肌梗死面积缩小。低剂量VCE可使大鼠离体右心房收缩力呈现正性肌力,而高剂量VCE呈现负性肌力。VCE的负性肌力作用可被阿托品阻断。高剂量VCE可使大鼠离体右心房收缩频率降低;VCE能使异丙肾上腺素对心肌的收缩作用降低;使CaCl2量效曲线下移。结论 VCE有抗缺血性心律失常的作用,高剂量VCE能使大鼠离体右心房表现为负性肌力和负性频率作用,还能对抗异丙肾上腺素和CaCl2的正性作用,VCE的负性肌力作用可被阿托品阻断提示其抗缺血性心律失常作用可能与激动M受体或其某一亚型有关。 展开更多

自中药槲寄生中分离得到一个新的黄酮甙,经波谱测定及水解试验,确定其结构为鼠李秦素-3-O-β-D-芹糖基(1→2)-[6″-(3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸半酯)]葡萄糖甙,命名为槲寄生新甙Ⅶ(viscumneoside Ⅶ).
