Computer-aided design(CAD)software continues to be a crucial tool in digital twin application and manufacturing,facilitating the design of various products.We present a novel CAD generation method,an agent that constructs the CAD sequences containing the sketch-and-extrude modelling operations efficiently and with high quality.Starting from the sketch and extrusion operation sequences,we utilise the transformer encoder to encode them into different disentangled codebooks to represent their distribution properties while considering their correlations.Then,a combination of auto-regressive and non-autoregressive samplers is trained to sample the code for CAD sequence con-struction.Extensive experiments demonstrate that our model generates diverse and high-quality CAD models.We also show some cases of real digital twin applications and indicate that our generated model can be used as the data source for the digital twin platform,exhibiting designers'potential. 展开更多

AUTOCAD drawing soRware because of its versatility and easy entry, in engineering has broad user base, but also because of the basis of general drawing software, often cannot directly use of the existing order efficiently complete professional drawing. We modify the current pattern and introduce our proposed pattern for advancement. The experiment proves the effectiveness of the pattern. Complications of CAD/CAM Fabricated Surgical Template for Static Computer-Aided Implant Surgery

Purpose: Surgical templates produced by digital simulation and CAD/CAM allow for three-dimensional control of implant placement. However, due to clinical limitations, there are complications during the use of the template. The purpose of this study was to summarize the complications associated with the use of surgical templates for static computer-aided implant surgery. Methods: Complications were collected during the observation period, and then their implant sites were reanalyzed with simulation software. Results: There were 104 cases during the observation period, 5 cases had complications. Mechanical complications were observed in four cases, including three cases in which the frame of the template fractured during implant placement surgery and one case in which the sleeve fell off the surgical template. In one case, there was an error in the planned position. All cases were mandibular molar cases, and all cases of frame fracture were at the free end defect site. All cases had a Hounsfield unit of more than 700 at the implant site, and some of them had a significantly small jaw opening. Conclusion: Although the spread of CAD/CAM surgical templates has made it possible to avoid problems caused by the position of the implant, it has been difficult to avoid fractures in cases of mandibular free end defects with high Hounsfield unit. 展开更多

Aiming to increase the efficiency of gem design and manufacturing, a new method in computer-aided-design (CAD) of convex faceted gem cuts (CFGC) based on Half-edge data structure (HDS), including the algorithms for the implementation is presented in this work. By using object-oriented methods, geometrical elements of CFGC are classified and responding geometrical feature classes are established. Each class is implemented and embedded based on the gem process. Matrix arithmetic and analytical geometry are used to derive the affine transformation and the cutting algorithm. Based on the demand for a diversity of gem cuts, CAD functions both for free-style faceted cuts and parametric designs of typical cuts and visualization and human-computer interactions of the CAD system including two-dimensional and three-dimensional interactions have been realized which enhances the flexibility and universality of the CAD system. Furthermore, data in this CAD system can also be used directly by the gem CAM module, which will promote the gem CAD/CAM integration. 展开更多

The general computer-aided design (CAD) software cannot meet the mould design requirement of the autoclave process for composites, because many parameters such as temperature and pressure should be considered in the mould design process, in addition to the material and geometry of the part. A framed-mould computer-aided design system (FMCAD) used in the autoclave moulding process is proposed in this paper. A function model of the software is presented, in which influence factors such as part structure, mould structure, and process parameters are considered; a design model of the software is established using object oriented (O-O) technology to integrate the stiffness calculation, temperature field calculation, and deformation field calculation of mould in the design, and in the design model, a hybrid model of mould based on calculation feature and form feature is presented to support those calculations. A prototype system is developed, in which a mould design process wizard is built to integrate the input information, calculation, analysis, data storage, display, and design results of mould design. Custom-made esthetic finger prostheses, which are used for rehabilitation of patients with missing or impaired fingers, have been fabricated manually. However, such fabrication is time-consuming and requires manual skill. Here we propose a computer-aided method for fabricating finger pros-theses to save time and allow fabrications that do not require considerable manual skill. In this method, the dimensions of a patient’s healthy finger on the contralateral hand are first measured using a caliper. Using these dimensions, a three-dimensional model is constructed for fabricating a prosthesis for the patient’s impaired finger. Using the 3D model, a mold is designed using 3D modeling tools and a computer-aided design system. The resulting mold is then fabricated using a 3D printer. A finger prosthesis is fabricated by pouring silicone resin into the mold. A finger prosthesis for a volunteer was experimentally fabricated according to the proposed method. To evaluate the size and shape of the finger prosthesis, the difference between the finger prosthesis and the original finger of the volunteer was analyzed. Because the average difference between them was 0.25 mm, it was concluded that the proposed method could be used to fabricate a finger prosthesis of adequate size and shape. 展开更多

The field of solid modeling has created numerous techniques for unambiguous computer representations of three-dimensional objects. Its data structures and algorithms have been used in a broad range of applications: Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAD/ CAM), robotics, computer vision, computer graphics and visualization, virtual reality, etc. This research paper is used to generate process plan from feature-based modeling, based on an integrated geometric modeling system that supports both feature-based modeling and information storage. Present system is developed only for milling components and limited to selective machining features for prismatic components and further implemented for more machining features to develop algorithms for modeling the components through the input of machining features. As a result, feature information is directly available to downstream activities, and feature extraction is no longer needed. The various systematic steps involved in this approach are study of Design, identification of Features, selection of Processes, Tools and Machines, Machining and Inspection [DFPTMMI]. Machining features generated in the design stage are recognized and stored under the Visual Basic control of CATIA software ActiveX interface. Algorithms are developed for individual features and these algorithms are embedded in Visual Basic forms. This system is discussed and suited for 2.5 Dimensional part approach, however, that can be extended to 3 dimensional prismatic part and complex features machining. 3D椅旁CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复后牙大面积缺损的临床疗效研究

目的:探讨3D椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作(Computer aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)全瓷高嵌体修复后牙大面积缺损的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年9月-2022年10月笔者医院收治的86例后牙大面积缺损患者,依据治疗方式不同分成对照... 目的:探讨3D椅旁计算机辅助设计和制作(Computer aided design/manufacturing,CAD/CAM)全瓷高嵌体修复后牙大面积缺损的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年9月-2022年10月笔者医院收治的86例后牙大面积缺损患者,依据治疗方式不同分成对照组(传统印模全瓷修复)41例和观察组(CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复)45例,记录两组临床指标,分析两组术后即刻与术后6个月的修复效果,观察两组修复前与修复后6个月龈沟液量与碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(Aspartate transaminase,AST)水平及口腔卫生指数。结果:观察组平均备牙时间、平均调牙合时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复即刻,两组修复效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复6个月后,观察组边缘密合性、修复体完整性、修复体颜色、继发龋、修复体形态及食物嵌塞A级患者占比均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复6个月后,观察组龈沟液量、ALP及AST水平均低于对照组,简化牙石指数、简化软垢指数得分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于后牙大面积缺损患者使用3D椅旁CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复美学效果较高,且操作时间短,对牙周组织影响小,有利于口腔卫生。 展开更多

数字化椅旁CAD/CAM制作高嵌体修复牙体缺损的效果

目的:观察数字化椅旁计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作技术(CAD/CAM)制作高嵌体修复牙体缺损的效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年2月该院收治的80例牙体缺损患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采... 目的:观察数字化椅旁计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作技术(CAD/CAM)制作高嵌体修复牙体缺损的效果。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年2月该院收治的80例牙体缺损患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用常规印模制作高嵌体修复,研究组采用数字化椅旁CAD/CAM制作高嵌体修复,比较两组修复成功率、治疗前后龈沟液炎性因子[中核因子κB受体活化因子(RANK)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)]水平、疼痛程度[数字疼痛评分法(NRS)]评分、牙周指标[牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙齿松动度(TM)、菌斑指数(PLI)]水平、咀嚼效率、咬合力和随访3个月内并发症发生率。结果:研究组修复成功率为93.02%(40/43),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组咀嚼效率、咬合力均高于对照组,并发症发生率和龈沟液RANK、MIP-1α水平,以及NRS、SBI、TM、GI、PLI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化椅旁CAD/CAM制作高嵌体修复牙体缺损能够提高修复成功率,改善咀嚼功能和牙周功能,减轻疼痛和炎症刺激,降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规印模制作高嵌体修复。 展开更多

目的探讨牙科椅旁CEREC3D计算机辅助设计和制作技术(computer-aided design&computer-aided manufacture,CAD/CAM)系统进行瓷嵌体、贴面和全冠修复的临床效果。方法应用CEREC3D系统为86例患者制作全瓷修复体,其中嵌体65颗,贴面46颗... 目的探讨牙科椅旁CEREC3D计算机辅助设计和制作技术(computer-aided design&computer-aided manufacture,CAD/CAM)系统进行瓷嵌体、贴面和全冠修复的临床效果。方法应用CEREC3D系统为86例患者制作全瓷修复体,其中嵌体65颗,贴面46颗,全冠21颗。记录各修复体加工时间,并于修复后6、12个月按改良USPHS标准评价临床疗效。结果修复体平均加工时间约15min,除1颗高嵌体、1颗全冠破损失败,1颗嵌体的舌侧部分牙体折断外,其余修复体无破损、松动、脱落,牙体无折断、劈裂和继发龋等不良现象。修复后6、12个月各项指标大都达到A级标准,2次评价结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论椅旁CEREC3D系统近期修复效果好,用时短,为临床提供了一个独特的治疗方法。 展开更多

目的通过赫兹触压实验分析比较4种牙科CAD/CAM系统氧化锆材料的抗压强度和断裂模式。方法制作Cercon smart、Lava、Porcera、CEREC 3共4种CAD/CAM系统氧化锆平板试件各6个。通过赫兹触压实验及数字图像相关法,对各组试件的临界载荷值、... 目的通过赫兹触压实验分析比较4种牙科CAD/CAM系统氧化锆材料的抗压强度和断裂模式。方法制作Cercon smart、Lava、Porcera、CEREC 3共4种CAD/CAM系统氧化锆平板试件各6个。通过赫兹触压实验及数字图像相关法,对各组试件的临界载荷值、破坏载荷值及断裂模式进行分析。结果平板试件均在饰瓷内部以中位裂纹的形式起裂,以弧形方式传递至核瓷表面,沿饰瓷和核瓷界面分层;4种系统之间临界载荷值差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),破坏载荷值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中CEREC 3系统最高。结论 4种CAD/CAM系统氧化锆材料抗压强度能基本满足临床运用中口内最大咬合力的需要;其破坏模式相似,出现微裂纹及完全断裂仅发生于饰瓷,饰瓷强度仍需加强。 展开更多
