DRAGON/DONJON程序在CARR物理计算中的适用性研究

反中子阱型研究堆独特的堆芯和反射层结构对传统上适用于动力堆的确定论堆芯物理计算方法提出了挑战。使用确定论程序DRAGON/DONJON对反中子阱型设计的中国先进研究堆(China Advanced Research Reactor,CARR)进行了堆芯物理计算与适用性分析。采用了多组件方法改善CARR堆芯组件均匀化计算的环境影响;使用OPTEX反射层优化方法对反射层均匀化群常数进行修正。将蒙特卡罗方法的计算结果作为参考解,使用DRAGON程序挂载几种常用的多群截面库进行组件计算,选择偏差最小的SHEM-295作为CARR堆芯物理计算截面库。将DRAGON/DONJON的计算结果与传统“三步法”和参考解进行对比表明:临界工况附近的有效增殖系数keff、堆芯活性区和重水箱中间位置的热中子注量率分布以及标准燃料组件的功率分布等核特性参数偏差较小。对于堆芯与重水箱交界、水池外真空边界、跟随体组件等处计算结果出现较大偏差的原因进行了分析。证明了使用DRAGON/DONJON程序进行CARR物理计算具备可行性且相较于传统“三步法”计算精度有了明显改善,能够满足CARR堆上实验方案设计、运行参数快速计算分析等需求。

Tracing the pace of an approaching‘seismic dragon king’:Additional evidence for the Noto earthquake swarm and the 2024 M_(W) 7.5 Noto earthquake

‘Dragon king’theory of extreme events has been systematically proposed and discussed since 2012,the last‘year of dragon’in the Chinese lunar calendar(Sornette and Ouillon,2012;Yukalov and Sornette,2012;Sachs et al.,2012),and has been under discussion till present(e.g.,Eliazar,2017;Lin et al.,2018;Glette-Iversen and Aven,2021;Premraj et al.,2021;Lei et al.,2023).In this theoretical framework based on the physics of complexity,a‘dragon king’is defined as an event so extreme that it lies outside a power-law distribution.What is of special interest is that,according to its theory,a‘dragon king’event should pose significant predictability(Sornette and Ouillon,2012).As the next‘year of dragon’approaches soon,it is worth revisiting this concept.

A meta-analysis on the clinical efficacy of fire dragon cupping in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Background:The incidence of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is notably high.Consensus among experts highlights non-surgical treatments as the primary therapeutic approach for LDH.Contemporary medicine frequently employs pharmacotherapy and epidural injections in such treatments,which are associated with numerous adverse effects.Prolonged use can severely impair the liver and kidney functions of patients.Hence,the role of safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine techniques becomes pivotal.Among various traditional Chinese medicine approaches for treating LDH,fire dragon cupping,renowned for its remarkable efficacy,cost-effectiveness,and ease of application,is extensively utilised in clinical settings for managing LDH.Nonetheless,there is a scarcity of systematic and standardised evidence from evidence-based medicine studies.Therefore,conducting a meta-analysis is imperative.Methods:A comprehensive computerised search was conducted in databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data,VIP,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and CINAHL.The search aimed to gather randomised controlled trials on fire dragon cupping therapy for LDH,spanning from the inception of these databases until December 2023.Two researchers independently screened the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data,and assessed the methodological quality of the studies included,utilising RevMan 5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results:The results show that the fire dragon cupping therapy group had better clinical effectiveness(relative risk=1.23,95%confidence interval(CI)(1.14,1.33),P<0.00001),less pain(standardized mean difference=–1.33,95%CI(–1.49,–1.16),P<0.00001),and some improvement in lumbar function(Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores:mean difference=3.37,95%CI(2.31,4.43),P<0.00001.Conclusion:The fire dragon cupping therapy significantly alleviates LDH,warranting its extensive application.However,considering the limitations in the number and quality of studies included,the aforementioned conclusion necessitates further validation through more high-quality research.

改良MRI-DRAGON评分在急性缺血性卒中血管内治疗后预后预测中的价值

目的探讨改良MRI-DRAGON评分在急性缺血性卒中血管内治疗后预后中的预测价值。材料与方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月在两家医院接受血管内治疗的急性缺血性卒中患者的临床和影像学资料,根据临床及影像变量对患者进行MRI-DRAGON评分和改良MRI-DRAGON评分并进行比较。在治疗后3个月采用改良Rankin量表评估患者预后(0~2分为预后良好;3~6分为预后不良)。Logistic回归分析计算MRI-DRAGON评分和改良MRI-DRAGON评分对卒中不良预后预测的C-统计值。应用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分别分析两种评分对患者预后的预测价值,采用DeLong检验比较两者的差异。结果共纳入95例患者,预后良好组49例,预后不良组46例。两组间MRI-DRAGON评分(Z=5.046,P=0.023)与改良MRI-DRAGON评分(Z=-4.429,P<0.001)均存在显著差异。Logistic回归分析显示改良MRI-DRAGON评分预测卒中不良预后的C-统计值明显高于MRI-DRAGON评分[0.87(95%CI:0.78~0.90)vs.0.77(95%CI:0.65~0.81)]。ROC曲线显示改良MRI-DRAGON评分预测卒中预后的曲线下面积明显高于MRI-DRAGON评分(0.889 vs.0.757;Z=-2.294,P=0.022),其敏感度和特异度分别达91.3%和87.3%。结论改良MRI-DRAGON评分较传统MRI-DRAGON评分可更有效地预测急性缺血性卒中患者血管内治疗后3个月的预后。

DRAGON程序在压水堆燃料栅元计算中的研究

在压水堆核设计中,不同的输运计算方法、共振自屏计算方法和多群截面库会对最终的反应性精度造成较大的影响,所以需要针对不同的组合方式进行研究,从而得到精度最高的组合。因此,本文以压水堆常见的燃料栅元为研究对象,利用DRAGON程序中自带的不同输运计算方法(界面流/碰撞概率方法)、共振自屏计算方法(等价理论/子群方法)和多群截面库(DRAG-281/WIMS-D 281)进行计算,并将结果与蒙卡程序进行对比。通过一系列压水堆算例进行测试,结果发现碰撞概率方法、子群方法和DRAG-281库在压水堆燃料栅元计算中精度较高,而界面流方法、等价理论与WIMS-D 281库匹配性较好,整体精度较高。

改良CT-DRAGON评分对急性缺血性卒中血管内治疗后预后的预测价值

目的 探讨改良CT-DRAGON评分对急性缺血性脑卒中血管内治疗后预后的预测价值。方法 选取2017年1月至2021年12月在徐州市肿瘤医院接受血管内治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者74例。于治疗前采用CT-DRAGON评分和改良CT-DRAGON评分进行评价,3个月时采用mRS量表评价预后并分为预后良好组和预后不良组。应用ROC曲线分析CT-DRAGON评分和改良CT-DRAGON评分对预后的预测价值,并采用Delong检验比较二者差异。结果 与预后良好组相比,预后不良组CT-DRAGON评分(z=2.341,P=0.009)、改良CT-DRAGON评分(z=-5.341,P <0.001)显著升高。Logistic回归分析显示,改良CT-DRAGON评分预测卒中不良预后的C-statistic(C-statistic=0.85,95%CI:0.77~0.88)明显高于CT-DRAGON评分的Cstatistic(C-statistic=0.77,95%CI:0.66~0.80)。ROC曲线显示改良CT-DRAGON评分预测卒中预后的曲线下面积明显高于CT-DRAGON评分(0.885 vs. 0.743;Z=-2.176,P=0.030),其敏感度和特异度达0.882、0.700。结论 与传统CT-DRAGON评分比较,改良CT-DRAGON评分可更有效预测急性缺血性卒中患者血管内治疗后3个月预后。

DRAGON评分对颈内动脉和大脑中动脉串联闭塞患者桥接治疗临床结局的预测价值

目的 研究DRAGON评分对颈内动脉和大脑中动脉串联(TIM)闭塞患者桥接治疗临床结局的预测价值。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年12月于江苏大学附属宜兴医院行桥接治疗的TIM闭塞患者96例,根据治疗后3个月改良Rankin量表评分将其分为预后良好组(0~2分,57例)与预后不良组(3~6分,39例)。比较两组一般资料及DRAGON评分的差异,采用logistic回归分析TIM闭塞患者桥接治疗预后的影响因素,采用受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线评估DRAGON评分对其的预测价值。结果 预后不良组美国介入与治疗神经放射学会(ASITN)分级为0~2级占比、改良脑梗死溶栓(mTICI)分级为0~2a级占比、DRAGON评分均高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,ASITN分级(OR=4.697,95%CI:2.044~10.796)、m TICI分级(OR=3.904,95%CI:1.699~8.972)、DRAGON评分(OR=4.166,95%CI:1.813~9.575)均为TIM闭塞患者桥接治疗预后情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。DRAGON评分预测预后的ROC曲线下面积为0.865(P<0.05)。结论 DRAGON评分是TIM闭塞患者桥接治疗预后的重要影响因素,且对预后具有预测价值。

Characterization of Potential Cellulose from Hylocereus Polyrhizus(Dragon Fruit)peel:A Study on Physicochemical and Thermal Properties

The strict environmental regulations to overcome the drawbacks of consumption and disposal of non-renewable synthetic materials have motivated this investigation.The physical,chemical,morphological,and thermal properties of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder obtained from the raw materials were examined in this study.The physical properties analyzes of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder discovered that the moisture content,density,and water holding capacity were 9.70%,0.45 g/cm^(3),and 98.60%,respectively.Meanwhile,the chemical composition analysis of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder revealed that the powder was significantly high in cellulose contents(34.35%)from other bio-peel wastes.The crystallinity index of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder was 32.76%,according to further X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis.The thermal stability of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder was examined using thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and found thermally stable at 204℃.The morphological study via scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed a shriveled and irregular geometry surface.Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder demonstrated the peak in the range representing the major functional groups responsible for pectin’s properties.Thus,the findings revealed that the Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder has the potential for the development of biodegradable and renewable materials.

DRAGON评分对颅内大血管闭塞致急性缺血性卒中静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓临床结局的预测作用

目的评估前循环颅内大血管闭塞致急性缺血性卒中患者入院时DRAGON[dense cerebral artery,mRS(改良Rankin量表),age,glucose level,onset to treatment time,NIHSS(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)]评分对静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓术后患者临床结局的预测作用。方法回顾性连续纳入2015年1—12月急性缺血性卒中血管内治疗试验(EAST)中接受机械取栓及静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓治疗的急性缺血性卒中患者149例,为发病至治疗时间≤6 h,于术前经CT血管成像和(或)MR血管成像和(或)DSA证实。根据治疗后90 d mRS评分,将149例患者分为预后良好(mRS评分0~2分)组和预后不良(mRS评分3~6分)组。收集并比较两组患者的人口学资料、脑血管病危险因素(高血压病、糖尿病、心房颤动等)、入院时NIHSS评分、发病时间、卒中前mRS评分、影像学特征、实验室检查、DRAGON评分、治疗方式的差异。对静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓不同预后者上述指标进行比较,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线确定DRAGON预测静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓患者预后的最佳截断值。结果(1)预后良好组患者基线NIHSS评分低于预后不良组[14(11,18)分比18(14,21)分],男性比例高于预后不良组[71.1%(59/83)比50.0%(33/66)],组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组年龄、高血压病、糖尿病、心房颤动、高脂血症、卒中史、高密度征、早期脑梗死征象的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。(2)预后良好组血糖水平及基线DARGON评分均低于预后不良组,组间差异均有统计学意义[(6.5±1.5)mmol/L比(8.2±3.3)mmol/L,(4.4±1.3)分比(5.2±1.4)分;均P<0.01];两组发病至治疗时间、发病至再通时间、血肌酐、白细胞计数、卒中前mRS 0~1分比例及静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓比例的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。(3)静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓术后预后良好者基线NIHSS评分、发病至治疗时间、发病至成功再通时间、血糖水平、基线DARGON评分均低于预后不良者,二者差异均有统计学意义[14(10,16)分比19(16,24)分,168(126,134)min比239(210,295)min,199(183,285)min比275(260,345)min,(6.4±1.2)mmol/L比(9.0±2.4)mmol/L,(4.3±1.5)分比(6.1±1.2)分;均P<0.05];二者间其余基线和临床资料的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。(4)基线DRAGON评分预测静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓术后90 d预后的ROC曲线下面积为0.830,最佳截断值为6分,其敏感度为63.6%,特异度为91.7%。结论入院时DRAGON评分可能对前循环大血管闭塞致急性缺血性卒中患者接受静脉溶栓桥接机械取栓后的预后具有一定的预测作用。

Dragon评分对急性缺血性卒中静脉溶栓近期疗效的预测价值

目的：探究急性缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓前基于Dragon评分对患者14 d结局的预测作用。方法回顾性分析60例接受静脉溶栓[阿替普酶（ r-tPA）]的急性脑梗死患者，依据溶栓前的Dragon评分将患者分为3组：A组（评分小于等于3分）、B组（评分等于4分）和C组（评分大于等于5分），比较3组患者的近期（14 d）预后。依据14 d的临床疗效分为优效组和非优效组，采用Logistic回归模型分析Dragon评分对患者14 d结局的预测作用。结果 A组优效率为65．2％、B组为优效率66．7％、C组优效率27．3％，经χ2检验，A、B之间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），A、C组和B、C组之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且C组的治愈和显效病例评分为5分、6分和7分的例均无好的结局。溶栓后14 d 3组颅内出血转化之间差异无统计学意义（P＝1．000）。二元Logistic回归分析显示Dragon评分与缺血性卒中溶栓患者的优效率有相关性（OR＝0．566，95％Cl 0．356～0．900，P＝0．016）。结论溶栓前Dragon评分小于5分的急性缺血性卒中患者，具有更加良好的近期（14 d）预后。
