The Correlation between Psychological Resilience and Professional Quality of Life in Saudi Psychiatric Nurses:A Cross-Sectional Study

In recent years,significant focus has been placed on resilience,with ongoing studies aiming to identify strategies for reducing the negative effects of job stress and protecting nurses from negative psychosocial outcomes.Nevertheless,as far as this topic is concerned,no research has yet been conducted in the context of Saudi psychiatric nurses.The aim of this research,therefore,is to determine how Saudi Arabian psychiatric nurses’professional quality of life and psychological resilience relate to one another.To this aim,a cross-sectional study has been performed in Saudi Arabia incorporating a population of 167(a 66.4%response rate)mental health nurses taken from the largest psychiatric hospital in the capital city Riyadh.Data collection was performed using the popular Arabic version of the Connor–Davidson Resilience and the Arabic version of the Professional Quality of Life Scales.To assess the variables related to both Professional Quality of Life and psychological resilience levels,statistical analyses such as Pearson correlation,ANOVA,t-tests,and linear regression were utilized.The findings show compassion satisfaction and burnout to have a moderate inverse relationship(r=−0.502),while compassion satisfaction(CS)and resilience have a moderate positive correlation(r=0.594).Compared to their morning-shift counterparts,nurses working night shifts reported higher mean scores for resilience(72.70),CS(40.20),burnout(24.52),and compassion fatigue(CF)(28.11).Participants with less than five years’experience in a psychiatric clinic had the highest mean resilience score(72.96).Finally,a positive relationship between resilience and compassion satisfaction(CS)was revealed using linear regression analysis(β=0.536,t=7.080,p=0.000).The study reveals significant differences in the scores assigned to resilience and work-life quality based on educational qualifications,shift-work type,and experiences.Burnout and compassion satisfaction(CS)are found to be significantly correlated,as are compassion satisfaction(CS)and resilience,and burnout and compassion fatigue(CF).

2006～2010年徐州市辖区居民脑血管病死亡的Fulfillment指数分析

目的研究徐州市辖区脑血管病死亡对居民期望寿命的影响程度。方法按照Prifhtis Das Gupta等提出的Fulfillment指数法对徐州市辖区2006～2010年死因监测资料进行分析。结果脑血管病死亡人群主要集中在40岁及以上年龄组,其中70岁年龄组和80岁年龄组所损失的潜在寿命百分数最高。死亡年龄最小的为15岁～组,而且Ful-fillment指数分别为2.87、7.59。男女性Fulfillment指数存在差异,其中男性最高Fulfillment指数为2010年65岁～组的24.04,女性为2010年70岁～组的27.44。结论利用Fulfillment指数法很好地说明脑血管病死亡对各年龄组人口寿命的影响程度,为寻找脑血管病防制的重点时期,提高居民寿命有积极作用。

2012—2015年南昌市青云谱区居民主要死因fulfillment指数分析

目的了解南昌市青云谱区居民主要死因及其对居民寿命的影响程度。方法以2012—2015年南昌市青云谱区死亡监测数据中所有死亡个案为研究对象,用SPSS18.0软件对死亡率、死因构成等指标进行统计分析,按照Fulfillment指数法计算青云谱区主要死因对居民寿命的影响程度。结果 2012—2015年青云谱区居民标化死亡率为478.56/10万;主要死因的Fulfillment指数最大值分布：循环系统疾病为80-84岁年龄组的42.08、肿瘤为50-54岁的43.68、呼吸系统疾病为80-84岁的18.00、伤害为25-29岁的56.22、内分泌与营养及代谢疾病为60-64岁的4.01。结论 Fulfillment指数可以指示不同死因对各年龄段居民寿命的影响程度,突出疾病防治工作重点,对提高居民寿命有积极作用。

2014年南昌市西湖区居民死亡现状及Fulfillment指数分析研究

目的了解2014年南昌市西湖区居民死亡水平、死因及其特点,为采取适当的疾病防控策略,提高居民的生命健康水平提供科学依据。方法西湖区疾病预防控制中心提供2014年西湖区居民死亡资料和人口数据,按照国际疾病分类第十版（ICD-10）标准对根本死因进行归类。使用死亡率、死因构成比等指标描述居民死亡水平和死因顺位,采用简略寿命表和去死因寿命表计算Fulfillment指数。结果 2014年南昌市西湖区居民共死亡2 428人,粗死亡率为535.40/10万,标化死亡率为463.06/10万。死因顺位前5位依次是：循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害、内分泌与营养和代谢疾病,合计2 210人,占全死因的91.02%。≤14岁居民死因主要是起源于围生期的某些情况及伤害,15~44岁主要是肿瘤及伤害,45~64岁主要是肿瘤和循环系统疾病,≥65岁主要是循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病。Fulfillment指数分布：循环系统疾病集中发生在≥65岁,Fulfillment指数为30.00%以上;肿瘤集中发生在20~69岁,Fulfillment指数为18.17%~44.78%;呼吸系统疾病集中发生在≥60岁,Fulfillment指数为9.30%~17.76%;伤害集中发生在10~24岁,在15~19岁Fulfillment指数高达66.66%;内分泌与营养和代谢疾病集中发生在10~14岁,Fulfillment指数为49.99%。循环系统疾病以脑血管疾病、心脏病和高血压为主,合计占循环系统疾病死因的99.01%;肿瘤内部顺位前3位依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌,合计占肿瘤死因的56.63%;呼吸系统疾病以慢性阻塞性肺疾病为主,占呼吸系统疾病死因的67.73%;伤害以交通事故、摔倒或跌落为主,合计占伤害死因的65.93%;内分泌与营养和代谢疾病以糖尿病为主,占内分泌与营养和代谢疾病的87.69%。结论慢性非传染性疾病与伤害是影响南昌市西湖区居民健康的主要疾病,建议针对不同年龄组居民,重点干预不同类型疾病,以降低全人群的发病率和死亡率,提高居民健康水平。

目的：探讨庐江县2012年不同年龄组人群某死因对居民期望寿命的影响程度。方法：根据Prifhis Das Gupta等提出的Fulfilment指数法，对2012年庐江县居民死因监测资料进行分析。结果：2012年庐江县0岁组人群损伤与中毒和呼吸系统疾病对潜在寿命的影响最大，其Fulfil ment指数分别为3.73和6.22；1～39岁年龄段去意外死亡的Fulfil ment指数较高；2012年庐江县居民去恶性肿瘤的Fulfil ment指数在40～60岁年龄段较高；脑血管病自35～岁组后Fulfillment指数大致呈现逐年升高趋势。结论：通过运用Fulfillment指数分析，可以说明各种死因对各年龄组段人口寿命的影响程度，提示某死因防治的重点时期，对提高居民寿命有积极作用。

山东省定向医学生履约意愿及其与报考动机、政策认知和职业规划的关系

目的 调查山东省定向医学生的履约意愿并分析其与报考动机、政策认知和职业规划的关系,为完善定向医学生相关政策和培养方案提供政策建议。方法 采用整群抽样,对山东省4所高等院校的728名定向医学生进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述性分析、卡方检验和logistic回归分析。结果 28.7%的定向医学生不愿毕业后前往基层履约,仅有18.3%的学生因有志从事基层医疗卫生工作选择报考,31.3%的学生对定向医学生培养政策不了解,仅有4.8%的学生愿意在服务期满后继续留任基层医疗卫生机构。Logistic回归结果显示,报考动机、政策认知和职业规划对履约意愿均有显著影响。结论 山东省定向医学生的履约意愿不容乐观,报考动机外化、政策认知不足和职业规划模糊降低了其履约意愿。应通过加强政策宣传、完善配套制度和激励机制、强化定向医学生服务基层的内在动机来提高定向医学生的履约意愿。

Genetic Algorithm for Scattered Storage Assignment in Kiva Mobile Fulfillment System

Scattered storage means an item can be stored in multiple inventory bins. The scattered storage assignment problem based on association rules in Kiva mobile fulfillment system is investigated, which aims to decide the pods for each item to put on so as to minimize the number of pods to be moved when picking a batch of orders. This problem is formulated into an integer programming model. A genetic algorithm is developed to solve the large-sized problems. Computational experiments and comparison between the scattered storage strategy and random storage strategy are conducted to evaluate the performance of the model and algorithm.

Between food fulfillment and income:Can urban agriculture contribute to both?

Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO)is appealing for a global implementation of urban agricultural strate-gies to increase food availability.Bandung,a city in Indonesia,is already participating in this initiative.This research aimed to assess the contribution of urban agriculture toward household food fulfillment and income.Furthermore,the impacts on urban,subsistence,semi-commercial,and commercial agriculture were considered.In-depth interviews to obtain qualitative data and observations were also utilized.A survey of 321 households,consisting of 107 for each urban agricultural type,used questionnaires to obtain quantitative data.These inputs were further analyzed to determine the contribution of household food fulfillment and income.The results showed that average urban agriculture has an insignificant and significant contribution of 9%and 41.5%to household food fulfillment and income.This was due to the vast complexities of metropolitan problems,including limited access to land,lack of participation,dependence on on-market products,and increasing commercialization which opposed urban agricultural policies。

Pod Layout Problem in Kiva Mobile Fulfillment System Using Synchronized Zoning

This article studies the pod layout problem in the Kiva mobile fulfillment system which adopts the synchronized zoning strategy. An integer programming model for the pod layout problem is formulated under the premise of knowing the relationship of the pods and items. A three-stage algorithm is proposed based on the Spectral Clustering algorithm. Firstly, the pod similarity matrix and the Laplacian matrix are constructed according to the relationship of the pods and items. Secondly, the pods are clustered by the Spectral Clustering algorithm and assigned to each zone based on the cluster results. Finally, the exact locations of pods in each zone are determined by the historical retrieval frequency of items, using the real data of a large-scale Kiva mobile fulfillment system to simulate and calculate the order picking efficiency before and after the adjustment of the pod layout. The results showed that the pod layout using synchronized zoning strategy can effectively improve the picking efficiency.
