Evaluating the AS-level Internet models:beyond topological characteristics

However, the issue on which models are better to model the Internet has still remained a problem. By analysing the evolving dynamics of the Internet, we suggest that at the autonomous system (AS) level, a suitable Internet model, should at least be heterogeneous and have a linearly growing mechanism. More importantly, we show that the roles of topological characteristics in evaluating and differentiating Internet models are apparently over-estimated from an engineering perspective. Also, we find that an assortative network is not necessarily more robust than a disassortative network and that a smaller average shortest path length does not necessarily mean a higher robustness, which is different from the previous observations. Our analytic results are helpful not only for the Internet, but also for other general complex networks. 展开更多

Application of Patient Simulators Combined with Internet plus Scenario Simulation Teaching Models on Intravenous Infusion Nursing Education in China

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of advanced teaching models in future nursing education. Methods: Enrolled 60 nurses who took the IV infusion therapy training program in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for research. 30 nurses who were trained in traditional teaching models from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 30 nurses who were trained with simulation-based teaching models with methods including simulated patients, internet, online meetings which can be replayed and scenario simulation, etc. from January to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. Evaluated the learning outcomes based on the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI), comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability, and proficiency in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of IV infusion therapy. Nursing quality, the incidence of IV infusion therapy complications and nurse satisfaction with different teaching models were also measured. Results: The scientific research ability, PSI scores, CINS scores, and comprehensive learning ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05), and their assessment results of practical skills, nursing quality of IV infusion therapy during training, and satisfaction with teaching models were all better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of IV infusion therapy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Teaching models based on patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation enable nursing students to learn more directly and practice at any time and in any place, and can improve their proficiency in IV infusion theoretical knowledge and skills (e.g. PICC catheterization), core competencies, problem-solving ability, comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability and the ability to deal with complicated cases. Also, it helps provide high-quality nursing education, improve the nursing quality of IV therapy, reduce the incidence of related complications, and ensure the safety of patients with IV therapy. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Childhood asthma is a common respiratory ailment that significantly affects preschool children.Effective asthma management in this population is particularly challenging due to limited communication skills in children and the necessity for consistent involvement of a caregiver.With the rise of digital healthcare and the need for innovative interventions,Internet-based models can potentially offer relatively more efficient and patient-tailored care,especially in children.AIM To explore the impact of an intelligent Internet care model based on the child respiratory and asthma control test(TRACK)on asthma management in preschool children.METHODS The study group comprised preschoolers,aged 5 years or younger,that visited the hospital's pediatric outpatient and emergency departments between January 2021 and January 2022.Total of 200 children were evenly and randomly divided into the observation and control groups.The control group received standard treatment in accordance with the 2016 Guidelines for Pediatric Bronchial Asthma and the Global Initiative on Asthma.In addition to above treatment,the observation group was introduced to an intelligent internet nursing model,emphasizing the TRACK scale.Key measures monitored over a six-month period included the frequency of asthma attack,emergency visits,pulmonary function parameters(FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF),monthly TRACK scores,and the SF-12 quality of life assessment.Post-intervention asthma control rates were assessed at six-month follow-up.RESULTS The observation group had fewer asthma attacks and emergency room visits than the control group(P<0.05).After six months of treatment,the children in both groups had higher FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF(P<0.05).Statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups(P<0.05).For six months,children in the observation group had a higher monthly TRACK score than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PCS and MCSSF-12 quality of life scores were relatively higher than those before the nursing period(P<0.05).Furthermore,the groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The asthma control rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION TRACK based Intelligent Internet nursing model may reduce asthma attacks and emergency visits in asthmatic children,improve lung function,quality of life,and the TRACK score and asthma control rate.The effect of nursing was significant,allowing for development of an asthma management model. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the status quo of patients’psychological distress,and to explore the effect of Internet+health education model(IHEM)on patients who experienced psychological distress during their first hemodialysis treatment,with the goal of reducing their psychological distress and improving their quality of life.Methods:IHEM was conducted on 120 first-time hemodialysis patients for 3 months while a distress thermometer and a list of questionnaires were used to screen patients and provide corresponding psychological intervention.The incidence rate of psychological distress was analyzed statistically to explore the difference in psychological distress at various periods.Results:The incidence rate(score≥4)of psychological distress in first-time hemodialysis patients was 46.67%,and their distress was mainly rooted in physical,emotional,practical problems(economy,time,and energy),etc.Through IHEM,the psychological distress scores of the patients decreased to 3.29±1.02 at one month after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 32.14%;the psychological distress scores of the patients were 2.29±1.02 at 3 months after their discharge,and the incidence rate was 21.14%.The difference before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A psychological distress thermometer can timely detect the degree and causes of psychological distress among first-time hemodialysis patients,and the use of IHEM may significantly alleviate the psychological distress among hemodialysis patients. 展开更多

Today, in the field of computer networks, new services have been developed on the Internet or intranets, including the mail server, database management, sounds, videos and the web server itself Apache. The number of solutions for this server is therefore growing continuously, these services are becoming more and more complex and expensive, without being able to fulfill the needs of the users. The absence of benchmarks for websites with dynamic content is the major obstacle to research in this area. These users place high demands on the speed of access to information on the Internet. This is why the performance of the web server is critically important. Several factors influence performance, such as server execution speed, network saturation on the internet or intranet, increased response time, and throughputs. By measuring these factors, we propose a performance evaluation strategy for servers that allows us to determine the actual performance of different servers in terms of user satisfaction. Furthermore, we identified performance characteristics such as throughput, resource utilization, and response time of a system through measurement and modeling by simulation. Finally, we present a simple queue model of an Apache web server, which reasonably represents the behavior of a saturated web server using the Simulink model in Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) and also incorporates sporadic incoming traffic. We obtain server performance metrics such as average response time and throughput through simulations. Compared to other models, our model is conceptually straightforward. 为进一步提升我国农业灌溉系统的综合作业效率,体现灌溉的先进性与科学性,提出以精准控制模型为切入点,以物联网技术为主体支撑平台,针对其作业系统展开设计与优化。通过引入物联网强大的系统性架构,规范与强化各网络节点的部署与协作关... 为进一步提升我国农业灌溉系统的综合作业效率,体现灌溉的先进性与科学性,提出以精准控制模型为切入点,以物联网技术为主体支撑平台,针对其作业系统展开设计与优化。通过引入物联网强大的系统性架构,规范与强化各网络节点的部署与协作关系,科学搭建用于实现精准灌溉控制的数学模型,同时导入合理的系统软件设计程序与硬件功能组件配置,形成完整集成式的农业智能灌溉系统。结果表明:基于物联网平台技术的精准控制模型应用后,整体的作业效率得到显著提升,系统精准度、系统响应率分别相对提高了6.25%和7.68%,动作延迟率相对降低了2.72%,灌溉节水效率提升至91.50%。物联网平台下的精准控制模型应用效果良好,设计理念正确,可为灌溉领域实施节能降耗提供参考。 展开更多

目的探究基于互联网平台的5A护理模式在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年2月在滨州市中心医院进行产检的115例GDM患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组58例,年龄22~33岁,予... 目的探究基于互联网平台的5A护理模式在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年2月在滨州市中心医院进行产检的115例GDM患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组58例,年龄22~33岁,予以临床常规护理干预;研究组57例,年龄22~35岁,予以常规护理增加基于互联网平台的5A护理模式干预。比较两组患者血糖[空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]控制情况、自我效能感[糖尿病管理自我效能量表(DMSES)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、心理状态[妊娠相关焦虑量表(PAQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我管理能力[改良版糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)]及妊娠结局情况。统计学方法采用t检验、χ^(2)检验。结果护理后,研究组FBG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组[(5.11±1.02)mmol/L比(5.62±1.12)mmol/L、(5.21±1.04)%比(5.74±1.15)%],差异均有统计学意义(t=2.55、2.59,均P<0.05);研究组DMSES、GSES评分均高于对照组[(168.47±18.72)分比(154.32±17.15)分、(35.27±3.92)分比(31.48±3.51)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=4.23、5.46,均P<0.05);研究组PAQ、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组[(18.51±3.70)分比(21.42±4.28)分、(41.32±6.88)分比(45.51±7.58)分、(42.33±7.05)分比(45.62±7.61)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=3.90、3.10、2.40,均P<0.05);研究组SDSCA中饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理评分均高于对照组[(22.15±3.69)分比(20.41±3.40)分、(10.87±2.17)分比(9.43±1.89)分、(11.12±2.22)分比(10.21±2.04)分、(11.45±2.29)分比(10.31±2.06)分],差异均有统计学意义(t=2.63、3.80、2.29、2.81,均P<0.05)。研究组羊水过多、巨大儿发生率均低于对照组[5.26%(3/57)比18.97%(11/58)、7.02%(4/57)比24.13%(14/58)],差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.05、6.38,均P<0.05)。结论对GDM患者应用基于互联网平台的5A护理模式干预,孕期血糖水平得到明显控制,且自我效能感、心理状态及自我管理能力均有改善,有较好妊娠结局。 展开更多

目的探析互联网+家庭赋权模式护理在心力衰竭(简称“心衰”)患者心脏康复中的实施效果。方法以2021年1月至2022年12月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的70例心衰患者为研究对象,采取抽签法将其分为2组,即对照组和干预组,各35例。对照组实施... 目的探析互联网+家庭赋权模式护理在心力衰竭(简称“心衰”)患者心脏康复中的实施效果。方法以2021年1月至2022年12月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的70例心衰患者为研究对象,采取抽签法将其分为2组,即对照组和干预组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施互联网+家庭赋权模式护理。比较2组的服药依从性、心功能指标水平、心源性再入院率及生活质量。结果出院第1个月、第3个月和第6个月,2组的Frankl依从量表评分均较出院时提高,明尼苏达心力衰竭生命质量调查表评分均较出院时降低(P均<0.05),且干预组均较同期对照组更优(P均<0.05)。出院第1个月、第3个月和第6个月,2组的左室射血分数、六分钟步行试验距离、左室舒张末期内径、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体水平均较出院时更优(P均<0.05),且干预组均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。出院第1个月、第3个月和第6个月,干预组的心源性再入院率均较同期对照组更低(P均<0.05)。结论互联网+家庭赋权模式护理可提升心衰患者的服药依从性和生活质量,改善其心功能指标水平,降低其心源性再入院率。 展开更多

伴随着短视频商业模式的发展,短视频网红特质已经成为推动用户形成产品依恋的重要因素,但目前鲜有研究对其中的实现路径与机理进行深入探究。本文基于信号理论,构建短视频商业模式下网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响模型,同时综合运用实验... 伴随着短视频商业模式的发展,短视频网红特质已经成为推动用户形成产品依恋的重要因素,但目前鲜有研究对其中的实现路径与机理进行深入探究。本文基于信号理论,构建短视频商业模式下网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响模型,同时综合运用实验研究与系统动力学仿真的方法对模型进行检验。结果表明:(1)短视频网红特质对用户产品依恋具有促进作用;(2)信任感知在短视频网红特质与用户产品依恋之间起中介作用;(3)生活场景还原不仅调节短视频网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响,而且在短视频网红特质、信任感知和用户产品依恋的中介关系中起调节作用;(4)系统动力学仿真结果表明,短视频网红特质对用户产品依恋的影响是一个长期累积的过程,并且随着时间的推移,这种影响效果愈发显著。研究结果为相关企业的短视频商业模式实践提供了有益的启示和参考。 展开更多

“互联网+”延续性护理在老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者中的效果评价

目的探讨“互联网+”延续性护理对缓解老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者癌痛程度的作用。方法选取2020年9月-2022年5月医院收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者82例为研究对象,按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护... 目的探讨“互联网+”延续性护理对缓解老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者癌痛程度的作用。方法选取2020年9月-2022年5月医院收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者82例为研究对象,按照组间基线资料均衡可比的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组则采用“互联网+”延续性护理,持续护理1个月。采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)、癌症生命质量评价量表(QLQ-C30)和数字评分法(NRS)分别评估两组患者干预前、干预后总体幸福感、生存质量与疼痛情况。结果干预前,两组患者GWB评分及QLQ-C30中躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能评分以及癌痛NRS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者GWB评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);QLQ-C30中躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者癌痛NRS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”延续性护理在晚期肿瘤患者护理中,能够提高其主观幸福感和生存质量,缓解癌痛。 展开更多
