Diagnostic values of questionnaires of Convergence Insufficiency Symptom Survey and College of Optometrists Vision Development Quality of Life in the screening of convergence insufficiency

AIM:To compare and analyse the diagnostic efficacy of the College of Optometrists Vision Development Quality of Life Questionnaire(COVD-QOL)and the Convergence Insufficiency Symptom Survey(CISS)in detecting convergence insufficiency and to compare their diagnostic value in clinical applications.METHODS:Using the diagnostic test method,62 adult patients with convergence insufficiency(age:24.74±3.75y)and 62 normal participants(age:23.61±3.13y)who visited the Optometry Clinic of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from April 2021 to January 2023 were included.All subjects completed the CISS and COVD-QOL.Statistical analysis of the sensitivity and specificity of the CISS and COVD-QOL and comparison and joint experimental analysis of their diagnostic efficacy were performed.RESULTS:The sensitivity of the CISS and COVD-QOL for convergence insufficiency was 64.5%and 71.0%,respectively,while the specificity was 96.8%and 67.7%,respectively.Compared to the CISS alone,the combination of the CISS and COVD-QOL demonstrated lower sensitivity and specificity.The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve of CISS,COVD-QOL and CISS combined with COVD-QOL were 0.806,0.694 and 0.782,respectively.CONCLUSION:Considering the low sensitivity of the CISS and the low specificity of the COVD-QOL,it is recommended to supplement these questionnaires with other screening tests for the detection of convergence insufficiency. 展开更多

癫痫患儿的生存质量现状及影响因素分析

目的探讨癫痫患儿的生存质量现状及影响因素。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院儿科2023年1~12月收治的68例癫痫患儿(癫痫组)与30名健康儿童(正常对照组)的资料,采用儿童生存质量量表(PedsQL 4.0)对两组进行评估,了解其生存质量现状... 目的探讨癫痫患儿的生存质量现状及影响因素。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院儿科2023年1~12月收治的68例癫痫患儿(癫痫组)与30名健康儿童(正常对照组)的资料,采用儿童生存质量量表(PedsQL 4.0)对两组进行评估,了解其生存质量现状。收集癫痫组患儿的临床资料,包括疾病因素、家庭因素、免疫接种、医疗保障、教育情况及社会支持等,分析患儿生存质量的影响因素。结果癫痫组患儿PedsQL 4.0各项目评分与总分均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、起病年龄、病程、距上次发作时间、口服药物种类、发育情况、父母焦虑情况、患病对家庭经济的影响、家庭教养方式、家庭情感支持、居住地、免疫接种及教育情况的PedsQL 4.0评分均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。多因素二元logistic回归分析显示发育异常、患病对家庭经济的影响、口服药物种类≥2种、距上次发作时间≤2年、病程≥1年是癫痫患儿生存质量的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患儿的生存质量偏低,其影响因素包括发育异常、患病对家庭经济的影响、口服药物种类≥2种、距上次发作时间≤2年、病程≥1年。 展开更多

新疆库尔勒八字地老虎在不同温度下的种群生命表及灯下成虫种群动态

【目的】研究温度对新疆库尔勒八字地老虎Xestia c-nigrum生长发育和繁殖的影响,明确其对环境温度的适应能力。【方法】利用两性生命表方法比较15, 20, 25, 30和35℃下八字地老虎卵孵化率、幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率、发育历期及繁殖... 【目的】研究温度对新疆库尔勒八字地老虎Xestia c-nigrum生长发育和繁殖的影响,明确其对环境温度的适应能力。【方法】利用两性生命表方法比较15, 20, 25, 30和35℃下八字地老虎卵孵化率、幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率、发育历期及繁殖力,分析不同温度对其种群生命表参数的影响,并计算不同发育阶段的发育起点温度和有效积温。利用灯诱监测数据分析2020-2022年期间新疆库尔勒农区八字地老虎种群动态与日平均温度变化的关系。【结果】15℃时八字地老虎幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率均低于30%,30℃时幼虫存活率、化蛹率低于10%且蛹不能正常羽化,35℃时幼虫不能存活。八字地老虎各发育阶段历期随温度升高而缩短,15, 20, 25, 30和35℃时卵历期分别为15.52, 7.40, 5.47, 4.88和3.88 d;15, 20, 25和30℃时幼虫历期分别为109.43, 40.53, 26.48和24.55 d;15, 20和25℃时蛹历期分别为41.43, 18.00和12.54 d。15℃时种群呈负增长,20和25℃时种群呈正增长,其中25℃时内禀增长率(r_m)最大。八字地老虎卵、1-6龄幼虫和蛹的发育起点温度分别为9.81, 8.43,9.95, 10.26, 12.52, 13.58, 12.60和10.81℃,有效积温依次为79.62, 92.17, 56.09, 57.03, 39.35, 38.16, 80.72和172.39日·度。2020-2022年灯诱监测数据表明,八字地老虎在新疆库尔勒每年发生3代,成虫高峰期分别在5月中旬、7月下旬和9月上旬,对应的日平均温度在19.5~26.5℃之间。【结论】低于15℃时八字地老虎种群呈负增长,超过30℃时不能完成生活史,而20~25℃比较适合八字地老虎的生长与繁殖,该结果为明确新疆库尔勒八字地老虎的温度适应能力及其发生规律提供了科学依据。 展开更多

咖啡果小蠹(Hypothenemus hampei)是近年来新入侵我国大陆的一种检疫性害虫,对我国咖啡产业的健康发展具有巨大的潜在威胁。本研究旨在明确该虫的生物学特性及田间发生规律,为后期开展监测预报和综合治理提供理论基础。在室内饲养条件[(... 咖啡果小蠹(Hypothenemus hampei)是近年来新入侵我国大陆的一种检疫性害虫,对我国咖啡产业的健康发展具有巨大的潜在威胁。本研究旨在明确该虫的生物学特性及田间发生规律,为后期开展监测预报和综合治理提供理论基础。在室内饲养条件[(26.5±1)℃,相对湿度为75%±5%,光照14L∶10D]下,观察咖啡果小蠹各龄期的形态特征、发育历期及繁殖能力,并结合田间观察明确该虫的年生活史;2021—2022年通过田间系统调查,分析该虫在海南省万宁市的发生动态规律及空间分布类型,旨在明确该虫的生物学特性及田间发生规律,为后续进行综合防治提供理论依据。结果表明:咖啡果小蠹卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫的发育历期分别为(6.75±0.65)、(17.41±1.63)、(6.45±1.15)、(42.74±9.55)d,平均世代历期为(73.35±11.26)d。各龄期主要形态特征为:卵椭球形,乳白色,表面光滑有光泽;幼虫通常呈“C”字型,乳白色,略透明,头部呈褐色,无足;蛹初期为乳白色,后期变为褐色,头部藏于前胸背板之下;成虫体呈圆柱形,暗褐色到黑色,有光泽,雄虫比雌虫小。雌成虫通常在黑暗条件下产卵,单雌产卵量为(11.85±1.69)粒,雌雄比为10.25∶0.95。室内和田间观察结果表明,咖啡果小蠹在海南1年发生7代,无明显越冬现象。2021—2022年田间调查结果表明,1月开始咖啡果小蠹种群数量缓慢上升,4—5月咖啡果小蠹发生率呈暴增状态,最高可达到60.15%,5月升至顶峰后又急速下降,6—10月始终维持在相对稳定的水平,11月种群数量又呈增长状态,出现一个小高峰,达到19.87%,12月有所下降但至次年3月均呈现缓慢增长态势,咖啡果小蠹的发生率与上一年遗留的果实数量有关。对空间和方位的调查结果表明,果实发育期内咖啡果小蠹在空间上偏好中层(0.5~1.0m)果实,在方位上偏好东和北2个方向,可能与光照和温度有关。通过4种聚集度参数的结果显示,咖啡果小蠹在水平方向和垂直方向均属于聚集分布。 展开更多

目的探讨言语训练配合视听觉综合康复训练对语言发育迟缓患儿功能康复及生活质量的影响.方法选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的72例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各36例.对照组患儿开展视听觉综... 目的探讨言语训练配合视听觉综合康复训练对语言发育迟缓患儿功能康复及生活质量的影响.方法选取我院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的72例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各36例.对照组患儿开展视听觉综合康复训练,研究组患儿在对照组基础上联合开展言语训练,两组均持续干预6个月.比较两组患儿的康复效果、语言功能、发育商、生活质量及患儿家长满意度.结果研究组康复总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,研究组S-S语言发育迟缓评价法与语言行为评估量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);研究组格赛尔婴幼儿发育量表中的语言、个人社交、适应性评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),但两组精细动作和大运动评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);研究组儿童生存质量测定量表各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).研究组家长总满意度为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论对语言发育迟缓患儿实施言语训练配合视听觉综合康复训练可有效促进语言功能恢复,提高发育商水平,对改善患儿生活质量、提高家长满意度具有积极意义. 展开更多

Security is critical to the success of software,particularly in today’s fast-paced,technology-driven environment.It ensures that data,code,and services maintain their CIA(Confidentiality,Integrity,and Availability).This is only possible if security is taken into account at all stages of the SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle).Various approaches to software quality have been developed,such as CMMI(Capabilitymaturitymodel integration).However,there exists no explicit solution for incorporating security into all phases of SDLC.One of the major causes of pervasive vulnerabilities is a failure to prioritize security.Even the most proactive companies use the“patch and penetrate”strategy,inwhich security is accessed once the job is completed.Increased cost,time overrun,not integrating testing and input in SDLC,usage of third-party tools and components,and lack of knowledge are all reasons for not paying attention to the security angle during the SDLC,despite the fact that secure software development is essential for business continuity and survival in today’s ICT world.There is a need to implement best practices in SDLC to address security at all levels.To fill this gap,we have provided a detailed overview of secure software development practices while taking care of project costs and deadlines.We proposed a secure SDLC framework based on the identified practices,which integrates the best security practices in various SDLC phases.A mathematical model is used to validate the proposed framework.A case study and findings show that the proposed system aids in the integration of security best practices into the overall SDLC,resulting in more secure applications. 展开更多

A carefully planned software development process helps in maintaining the quality of the software.In today’s scenario the primitive software development models have been replaced by the Agile based models like SCRUM,KANBAN,LEAN,etc.Although,every framework has its own boon,the reason for widespread acceptance of the agile-based approach is its evolutionary nature that permits change in the path of software development.The development process occurs in iterative and incremental cycles called sprints.In SCRUM,which is one of the most widely used agile-based software development modeling framework;the sprint length is fixed throughout the process wherein;it is usually taken to be 1–4 weeks.But in practical application,the sprint length should be altered intuitively as per the requirement.To overcome this limitation,in this paper,a methodical work has been presented that determines the optimal sprint length based on two varied and yet connected attributes;the cost incurred and the work intensity required.The approach defines the number of tasks performed in each sprint along with the corresponding cost incurred in performing those tasks.Multi-attribute utility theory(MAUT),a multi-criterion decision making approach,has been utilized to find the required trade-off between two attributes under consideration.The proposed modeling framework has been validated using real life data set.With the use of the model,the optimal sprint for each sprint could be evaluated which was much shorter than the original length.Thus,the results obtained validate the proposal of a dynamic sprint length that can be determined before the start of each sprint.The structure would help in cost as well as time savings for a firm. 展开更多

To review the reported neurodevelopmental outcome of congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH) survivors, identify important predictors of developmental disabilities, and describe the pathophysiological mechanisms contributing to adverse outcome. A Medline search was performed for English-language articles cross-referencing CDH with pertinent search terms. Retrospective, prospective, and longitudinal follow-up studies were examined. The reference lists of identified articles were also searched. Neurodevelopmental dysfunction has been recognized as one of most common and potentially most disabling outcome of CDH. Intelligence appears to be in the low normal to mildly delayed range. Neuromotor dysfunction is common during early childhood. Behavioral problems, hearing impairment, and quality of life related issues are frequently encountered in older children and adolescence. Disease severity correlates with the degree of neurological dysfunction. Neurodevelopmental follow-up in CDH children should become standard of care to identify those who would benefit from early intervention services and improve neurological outcomes. 展开更多

棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover是重要的棉花Gossypium hirsutum和葫芦科蔬菜害虫,严重影响寄主植物的生长发育、产量和品质。棉蚜在冬季寄主上产卵越冬,早春孵化后进行寄主转移扩散。阿拉伯婆婆纳Veronica persica、猪殃殃Galium spurium... 棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover是重要的棉花Gossypium hirsutum和葫芦科蔬菜害虫,严重影响寄主植物的生长发育、产量和品质。棉蚜在冬季寄主上产卵越冬,早春孵化后进行寄主转移扩散。阿拉伯婆婆纳Veronica persica、猪殃殃Galium spurium、飞蓬Erigeron canadensis等是早春时期的优势杂草,可能是棉蚜向棉花转移过程中的中间寄主。本试验选用Hap1型棉蚜,记录其取食棉花以及阿拉伯婆婆纳、猪殃殃、飞蓬、荠菜Capsella bursa-pastoris、飞廉Carduus nutans等5种早春优势杂草时的生长发育、产仔量等数据,并通过计算、对比各组的生命表参数,从而得出Hap1型棉蚜在此5种春季杂草上的适合度。试验表明,Hap1型棉蚜在不同寄主上的若虫发育历期及各龄若虫的发育时间存在明显差异。相较于取食棉花叶片的Hap1型棉蚜,取食杂草的棉蚜总生殖前期缩短0.2~0.9 d,每雌生殖力最多减少50%。Hap1型棉蚜取食5种杂草及棉花的生命表参数显示,Hap1型棉蚜最适寄主为棉花,寿命比取食杂草高0.4~0.9倍。Hap1型棉蚜在杂草上能建立种群,内禀增长率高于0.29。Hap1型棉蚜在取食荠菜时体型最大,其平均体长可达1 100μm以上,取食其余4种杂草的棉蚜平均体长与取食棉花叶片的棉蚜没有显著差异。体宽方面除了取食飞蓬叶片的棉蚜较小以外,其余均无明显差别。本研究证实春季杂草可以作为Hap1型棉蚜的寄主,可能是棉花苗蚜的重要虫源地。研究结果对于揭示棉蚜寄主间转移规律,制定棉花苗蚜防治策略具有重要的意义。 展开更多

At present,hundreds of cloud vendors in the global market provide various services based on a customer’s requirements.All cloud vendors are not the same in terms of the number of services,infrastructure availability,security strategies,cost per customer,and reputation in the market.Thus,software developers and organizations face a dilemma when choosing a suitable cloud vendor for their developmental activities.Thus,there is a need to evaluate various cloud service providers(CSPs)and platforms before choosing a suitable vendor.Already existing solutions are either based on simulation tools as per the requirements or evaluated concerning the quality of service attributes.However,they require more time to collect data,simulate and evaluate the vendor.The proposed work compares various CSPs in terms of major metrics,such as establishment,services,infrastructure,tools,pricing models,market share,etc.,based on the comparison,parameter ranking,and weightage allocated.Furthermore,the parameters are categorized depending on the priority level.The weighted average is calculated for each CSP,after which the values are sorted in descending order.The experimental results show the unbiased selection of CSPs based on the chosen parameters.The proposed parameter-ranking priority level weightage(PRPLW)algorithm simplifies the selection of the best-suited cloud vendor in accordance with the requirements of software development. 展开更多
