Abstract: This article introduces the development and application of the medium-pressure hydro-upgrading (MHUG) tech- nology developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP). The MHUG technology based on the chemistry of diesel hydro-upgrading reactions has the advantages of flexible product slate and excellent product quality that can in- crease the cetane rating of diesel fuel up to more than 15 units. The hydrotreating and hydro-upgrading catalysts associated with the MHUG technology have outstanding performance to meet the demand of MHUG technology for hydro-saturation and selective ring-opening of aromatic rings. New MHUG process flow scheme can further increase the yield and selectivity of target products. Commercial application of multiple MHUG units has revealed that the MHUG technology designated for clean diesel production features good feedstock adaptability and operating stability. 展开更多

The cylindrical part of sheet metal based on hot-granule medium-pressure forming (HGMF) technology was investigated. The stress functions of the free deformation zone and the fracture instability theory were combined to establish the analytical expression of the critical pressure of punch. The results show that the active friction between the granule medium and the sheet metal, as well as the non-uniform internal pressure presented by the solid granule medium, can obviously improve the forming performance of the sheet metal. The critical pressure of punch increases with the increment of the friction coefficient between the granule medium and sheet metal, as well as the plastic strain ratio, whereas it decreases with the increase of the material-hardening exponent. Furthermore, the impact on the critical pressure from high to low order is the plastic strain ratio, the friction coefficient, and material-hardening exponent. The deep-drawing experiment with HGMF technology on AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet verified the instability theory.Key words: hot-granule 展开更多

Evaluation of hydrocracking catalyst CHC-1 showed superior qualities ofcatalyst CMC-1. When it was used for hydrocracking reaction, the yield of middle distillates (jetfuel and diesel fuel) can reach more than 71 m%. When it was used for medium-pressurehydro-upgrading of Daqing FCC diesel fuel, diesel density was decreased by 0.0284―0.0365 g/cm^3(20℃). Cetane number increased by 7.8―10.5 and the contents of sulphur and nitrogen wereremarkably reduced. The storage stability of the upgraded diesel was improved. 展开更多
