In order to facilitate the development of China's market economy and responsethe competition in the post-WTO era, it is important for China national business organizations topursue performance excellence. According to related requirements of the Law of the People's Republicof China on Product Quality and the Quality Improvement Approach issued by China State Council, theCriteria for Performance Excellence was developed in order to guide organizations to pursueperformance excellence and improve the quality of products, service and business. On the basis ofthe national quality award criteria in other countries and the quality management practice in China,this national standard specifies the performance excellence evaluation requirements oforganizations in 7 aspects, which are leadership, strategy, customers and market, resources, processmanagement, measurement, analysis, improvement and business results. The national standard providesorganizations with self-assessment criteria to pursue performance excellence, and it can also beused as evaluating criteria of quality award. 展开更多

The New Standards for English issued in 2001 defined English learning as to develop "comprehensive competence in language using", which consists of language competence, language knowledge, affective aspects, learnin... The New Standards for English issued in 2001 defined English learning as to develop "comprehensive competence in language using", which consists of language competence, language knowledge, affective aspects, learning strategy and cultural awareness. Meanwhile, as educational psychologists, De Corte et al advocate four theories in teaching and learning process, which include a theory of expertise, namely, (1) A well-organized and flexibly accessible domain specific knowledge base; (2) Heuristic methods; (3) Meta-knowledge; (4) Self-regulatory skills; (5) Beliefs. Not coincidently, the New Standards is in line with the theory of educational psychology. This gives the way to the author to argue, from the view of educational psychology, by analyzing culture awareness as being functional in meta-cognition and self-regulation aspects in expertise development, the importance of emphasizing culture awareness in English language teaching and learning. 展开更多

Using methods such as questionnaire survey and literature review,a survey was conducted on the professional development of physical education teachers in Huaiji County under the background of the new curriculum standards.The research results found that physical education teachers in Huaiji County have a relatively good distribution structure in terms of teaching experience,age,and education level,but the gender ratio and professional title ratio need to be improved.In terms of professional competence,teachers have shown good performance in teaching implementation ability,but there is still room for improvement in teaching design ability.A certain proportion of teachers still express dissatisfaction with professional title promotion,hardware configuration satisfaction,salary and benefits,and school reward mechanisms.Based on this,this study proposes some measures to improve the professional development level of county-level physical education teachers,such as enhancing teachers teaching design and implementation abilities,strengthening the cultivation of technical action demonstration abilities,improving hardware configuration satisfaction and teaching effectiveness reflection level,strengthening guidance and support for teachers professional development,and enhancing the promotion and implementation of post employment training. 展开更多

The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has issued three guideline documents to encourage inquiry teaching to help students develop their ability to question,which is a defining feature of critical thinking.Two of the documents have clearly stated that English subject teaching should focus on building students’thinking capacity.Critical thinking is an essential feature of building thinking capacity and a key element of the core competencies the English subject seeks to cultivate.This research measures the performance of students of two high school classes in the exams conducted at the beginning,in the middle,and at the end of the experiment period during which inquiry teaching was applied to enhance students’critical thinking ability.The experiment results show that inquiry teaching can improve students’academic performance in English study and help them better develop their language skills.The implementation of the inquiry design in teaching listening,reading,and writing conforms to the law that governs the development of critical thinking,and the adoption of inquiry teaching can promote the development of critical thinking. 展开更多

In this paper, from the aspect of theory to the study of tax differences, from tax differences that the tax law and accounting purposes different proceed with, on the basis of theoretical analysis, design a regression model from empirical research on tax differences. According to the 2009,2010 and201 lthree annual sample data regression results, discussed in the new" accounting standards for business enterprises" of corporate tax difference change tendency, and according to the tax law and accounting standards caused by the different effects of tax differences for the main project correlation analysis, so as to verify the theoretical expectations. 展开更多

目的 构建中医医院新入职本科护士培训考核评价指标。方法 通过文献研究、小组讨论,建立中医医院新入职本科护士培训考核评价指标初稿,选取来自7个省份的中华护理学会中医中西医结合护理分会的15名专家进行2轮专家咨询,确定考核评价内... 目的 构建中医医院新入职本科护士培训考核评价指标。方法 通过文献研究、小组讨论,建立中医医院新入职本科护士培训考核评价指标初稿,选取来自7个省份的中华护理学会中医中西医结合护理分会的15名专家进行2轮专家咨询,确定考核评价内容及其权重。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别是0.962、0.980,肯德尔协调系数分别是0.220、0.268(均P<0.05),最终形成的中医医院新入职本科护士培训考核评价指标包括5项一级指标、24项二级指标和77项三级指标。结论 构建的中医医院新入职本科护士培训考核评价指标具有较高的可靠性和科学性,可为中医医院管理者及培训者选拔人才提供参考。 展开更多
