This model allows ballistic diffusion and classical localization simultaneously, in which the fluctuation-dissipation relation is still satisfied but the Khinchin theorem is broken. The asymptotical equilibrium for a nonergodic system requires the initial thermal equilibrium, however, when the system starts from nonthermal conditions, it does not approach the equilibration even though a nonlinear potential is used to bound the particle, this can be confirmed by the zerotb law of thermodynamics. In the dynamics of Brownian localization, due to the memory damping function inducing a constant term, our results show that the stationary distribution of the system depends on its initial preparation of coordinate rather than momentum. The coupled oscillator chain with a fixed end boundary acts as a heat bath, which has long been used in studies of collinear atom/solid-surface scattering and lattice vibration, we investigate this problem from the viewpoint of nonergodicity.展开更多

Methods Original fibroblasts from human hypertrophic scar and human normal dermis were cultured, and immunocytochemistry was applied to detect localization of expres- sion of FAK and integrin α1 in hypertrophic scar and human normal skin fibroblasts. The expression of integrin α1 was detected before and after FAK antibody blocking hypertrophic scar fibroblasts (HSFB) 48 h later. Meanwhile the collagen synthesis was evaluated by [^3 H]-proline incorporation and HSFB cell proliferation was measured by MTT method. Results The expression of FAK and integrin aI of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts was higher than that of the normal skin fibroblasts significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of integrin α1 was reduced after FAK being blocked ( P 〈 0.01 ). Meanwhile the collagen synthesis of human scar-derived fibroblasts by [^3H] -proline incor- poration was depressed respectively ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The cell proliferation was inhibited by using 1:100 and 1:200 FAK antibody with MTI" method ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion FAK is the key point of signal transmission pathway mediated by integrin α1 , which regulates protein synthesis of integrin α1 , it may play an important role in the proliferation and constriction of hypertrophic scar. FAK antibody can inhibit the collagen synthesis and cell proliferation of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts.展开更多

The facial image pyramid is constructed and each facial image is divided into various regions from which partial and holistic local binary patter (LBP) histograms are extracted. All LBP features of each image are concatenated to a single LBP eigenvector with different resolutions. The dimensionaUty of LBP features is then reduced by a local margin alignment (LMA) algorithm based on manifold, which can preserve the between-class variance. Support vector machine (SVM) is applied to classify facial images. Extensive experiments on ORL and CMU face databases clearly show the superiority of the proposed scheme over some existed algorithms, especially on the robustness of the method against different facial expressions and postures of the subjects.展开更多
