The experimental simulation about tbe response relation between the overburden failure and its electrical parameter changes is made by building the similar material physics model of mining. The experiment results are used to analyze and test the in-situ detection. The research indicates that the resistivity changes with the electric characteristic of the rock in cracked zone and caving zone caused by overburden failure, the response characteristics of resistivity vary with the failure degrees at different overburden failure zone and that they are corresponding. The resistivity method used in monitoring the overburden failure can determine the height and the affecting scopes of the cracked zone and caving zone. This can provide reliable techaological guarantee for mining design and safe production.展开更多

The failure laws of the overburden under...In this paper, the effect of the remaining coal pillars in a room and pillar section on the long wall face in the lower coal bed are tested by using equivalent material models. The failure laws of the overburden under coal pillars are discussed. A phenomenon of sub weighting has been observed when long wall face is in process under the remaining pillars in room and pillar mining section. It is concluded that, because coal pillars underwent a course of the stress increasing before they were fully destroyed, the existence of the coal pillars would shorten the distance of periodical weighting of the main roof in the long wall face. Based on this, the characteristic equations of the overburden movement under coal pillars are presented.展开更多
Based on characteristic of the associated mining of multi-coal seam and the engineering geological characteristics of overburden,the mining impact pattern of multi- seam mining and the dynamic fracture mechanism of ov...Based on characteristic of the associated mining of multi-coal seam and the engineering geological characteristics of overburden,the mining impact pattern of multi- seam mining and the dynamic fracture mechanism of overburden were characterized by applying the engineering geological mechanical model test.The related strata movement parameters and influence area of multi-seam mining were obtained,the strike boundary angle is 61°,the full extraction coefficient is 0.93,the greatest subsidence angle is 81°,the horizontal movement factor is 0.38,the deviation of inflection point/mining deep is 0.11. The development height of caving zone and water flowing fractured zone of multi-seam mining were calculated,is 32 m and 81.5 m separatly.The assess of influence degree of coal layer safety mining is that,there exists the possibility of water and sand inflow when mining,some messures for mine water prevention and control should be used,and the mining thickness should be local strictly limit.展开更多

It expresses that the high density resistivity method has good effect with strong maneuverability and continuous observing section during the prevention and cure for mine water disaster. At the same time, the article pointed out that the study of space data inversion and dynamic watching technology about the high density resistivity method must be enhanced in the future because of special condition of data collecting in mine.展开更多
