In this paper, we conduct theoretical research on the listed company financial management mode innovation trend under the registration system background. Cycles of the core macroeconomic environment is each enterprise that must face the reality of the problem, for the listed companies, the macroeconomic environment is set up financial strategy need to consider problems listed companies must be good at making scientific financial strategy to avoid and reduce the negative influence of the macro-economic changes. Under the condition of the socialist market economy, as the listed company financial management is to maximize the value of the company ultimate goal. Our research combines the registration system background to propose the novel perspective that is meaningful.

DRRS-BC:Decentralized Routing Registration System Based on Blockchain

The border gateway protocol(BGP)has become the indispensible infrastructure of the Internet as a typical inter-domain routing protocol.However,it is vulnerable to misconfigurations and malicious attacks since BGP does not provide enough authentication mechanism to the route advertisement.As a result,it has brought about many security incidents with huge economic losses.Exiting solutions to the routing security problem such as S-BGP,So-BGP,Ps-BGP,and RPKI,are based on the Public Key Infrastructure and face a high security risk from the centralized structure.In this paper,we propose the decentralized blockchain-based route registration framework-decentralized route registration system based on blockchain(DRRS-BC).In DRRS-BC,we produce a global transaction ledge by the information of address prefixes and autonomous system numbers between multiple organizations and ASs,which is maintained by all blockchain nodes and further used for authentication.By applying blockchain,DRRS-BC perfectly solves the problems of identity authentication,behavior authentication as well as the promotion and deployment problem rather than depending on the authentication center.Moreover,it resists to prefix and subprefix hijacking attacks and meets the performance and security requirements of route registration.

Selection and Research for Online Registration System’s Database System

Based on the Online Registration System (ORS) characteristics and key technology analysis, this paper points out that that a good performance and high stability of the ORS lies in the choice of the system database. Database clustering technology which has merits such as concurrent processing, easy expansion, and high security is proposed to achieve database subsystem of ORS, and the design of the database cluster system framework is available in this paper. Finally, we also explore the database load balancing of the cluster system, heterogeneous database replication technology.

Design and Implementation of Clinic Appointment Registration System

Clinic Appointment Registration System is an important way to see a doctor, and it’s also a preliminary tool for storage and management of clinic medical records. This new system was developed using Visual Studio 2008 and C#.NET as the development environment and tools and Microsoft Access 2003 as the database to store the medical data based on Browse/Server (B/S) model. The system consists of several data operation functions including appointment registration, data management (e.g. addition, deletion and searching), data backup and recovery, etc., thus, achieve key research ob-jectives.

User and Systems Requirement Framework for Electronic Land Registration Systems Decentralisation in Ghana

Although land registration systems are constantly changing based on entrenched institutional frameworks,they cannot fulfill their technical objectives.Technical designs based on loopholes in the existing land registration system are the common steps in advanced countries.However,the missing link between the implementation of technical designs and their uses and users,affect the prospects of land registration decentralisation in developing countries.User and System requirements are used to integrate and enhance land registration services delivery across land information systems.This study assesses and develops framework for decentralised electronic land registration systems in Ghana.Semi-structured interviews were used to collect user and system requirement data from clients and technical staff of the Lands Commission in Accra.The framework pointed out five main policy outline strategies.These include land registration process modeling(process reduction and turnaround time monitoring),technical function(file tracking),the effect of changes in the registration loupe and absorption of land registration report,land registration workflow improvement,and the use of aerial images.The study recommends a systemic monitoring and evaluation of staff job roles.

Registration system reform and initial public offering ownership preference:Evidence from China

Whether registration system reform(RSR)can curb administrative intervention and create a fair market environment has long been a concern in China.We explore this issue from the perspective of the initial public offering(IPO)preference based on the entropy balancing method,and findings are as follows.First,an IPO ownership preference exists under approval system.That is,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are more likely than private enterprises to obtain IPO approval.However,RSR significantly changes this preference,especially for non-politically connected private enterprises.Second,the post-IPO market performance of SOEs is inferior to that of private enterprises under approval system,thus excluding the view that approval is prioritized for SOEs because of superior performance.Third,compared with SOEs,private enterprises are more likely to switch the issuance system from approval system to registration system;this change makes it easier for them to obtain IPO approval,indicating that private enterprise owners perceive the registration channel to be fairer.Fourth,the effect of RSR on IPO ownership preference mainly occurs in companies in three major urban agglomerations in China—the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Beijing–Tian jin–Hebei region—and in technology-intensive industries.Collectively,our findings reveal that RSR cultivates a fairer IPO approval process.

The real estate time-stamping and registration system based on Ethereum blockchain

In recent years,there has been a growing interest in real estate investments that utilize blockchain technology.Traditional real estate investments usually involve third-party intermediaries for verifying and recording informal real estate transactions.This paper proposes a blockchain-based real estate investment model and presents a detailed description of the real estate register authentication aspect of the model.The model uses blockchain technology to create tamper-evident records of real estate transactions and provide secure authentication and verification for informal real estate transactions.Meanwhile,each real estate transaction is recorded in a block,and all transaction records are kept on the blockchain.This means that inventors can access these transaction records and verify their authenticity and validity.The system can also use smart contracts to automate the process of real estate transactions,which further improves transaction efficiency and reduces costs.Furthermore,the model’s timestamp and authentication mechanism can eliminate third-party intermediaries and ensure the authenticity and validity of real estate transactions through distributed ledgers and verification mechanisms.Overall,blockchain-based real estate systems offer advantages of security,transparency,efficiency,and cost reduction.With ongoing blockchain advancements,these systems are expected to play a crucial role in future real estate investment transactions.

GAN-DIRNet:A Novel Deformable Image Registration Approach for Multimodal Histological Images

Multi-modal histological image registration tasks pose significant challenges due to tissue staining operations causing partial loss and folding of tissue.Convolutional neural network(CNN)and generative adversarial network(GAN)are pivotal inmedical image registration.However,existing methods often struggle with severe interference and deformation,as seen in histological images of conditions like Cushing’s disease.We argue that the failure of current approaches lies in underutilizing the feature extraction capability of the discriminator inGAN.In this study,we propose a novel multi-modal registration approach GAN-DIRNet based on GAN for deformable histological image registration.To begin with,the discriminators of two GANs are embedded as a new dual parallel feature extraction module into the unsupervised registration networks,characterized by implicitly extracting feature descriptors of specific modalities.Additionally,modal feature description layers and registration layers collaborate in unsupervised optimization,facilitating faster convergence and more precise results.Lastly,experiments and evaluations were conducted on the registration of the Mixed National Institute of Standards and Technology database(MNIST),eight publicly available datasets of histological sections and the Clustering-Registration-Classification-Segmentation(CRCS)dataset on the Cushing’s disease.Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed GAN-DIRNet method surpasses existing approaches like DIRNet in terms of both registration accuracy and time efficiency,while also exhibiting robustness across different image types.

Nonlinear Registration of Brain Magnetic Resonance Images with Cross Constraints of Intensity and Structure

Many deep learning-based registration methods rely on a single-stream encoder-decoder network for computing deformation fields between 3D volumes.However,these methods often lack constraint information and overlook semantic consistency,limiting their performance.To address these issues,we present a novel approach for medical image registration called theDual-VoxelMorph,featuring a dual-channel cross-constraint network.This innovative network utilizes both intensity and segmentation images,which share identical semantic information and feature representations.Two encoder-decoder structures calculate deformation fields for intensity and segmentation images,as generated by the dual-channel cross-constraint network.This design facilitates bidirectional communication between grayscale and segmentation information,enabling the model to better learn the corresponding grayscale and segmentation details of the same anatomical structures.To ensure semantic and directional consistency,we introduce constraints and apply the cosine similarity function to enhance semantic consistency.Evaluation on four public datasets demonstrates superior performance compared to the baselinemethod,achieving Dice scores of 79.9%,64.5%,69.9%,and 63.5%for OASIS-1,OASIS-3,LPBA40,and ADNI,respectively.

A harmonisation approach to traditional Chinese medicine registration in Asian countries

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry is critical to not only for public health but also for economic growth.According to the European Union(EU)directives,under the EU framework for(traditional)herbal medicinal products,herbal medicines with long history of use can be registered in EU.However,there is a condition in this directive in which only those that have at least 10e15 years in the EU market are accepted for registration and/or marketing authorization.In author opinion,the condition of 10-15 years of use in EU countries set within the EU regulatory framework is with consideration of the genetic differences which can result in variation in adverse drug responses among different world populations.With this concept in mind,it is reasonable to project the principal of the EU directive to the Asian countries where TCM is originated.Countries like China,Singapore,Japan and South Korea that have well established drug registration framework are in best position in executing the best practice and facilitate harmonization of registration for TCM within the region.Furthermore,the registration process itself allows more safety and efficacy data to be collected systemically before and after product registration/marketing authorization.These are valuable information for future drug development.The therapeutic value of TCM is limitless,it has been left out in the EU regulatory framework,and the opportunity for it to be expanded and carried forward in modern medicines is shadowed by the limited number of TCM that are qualified to be registered under the EU regulatory framework.An early establishment of a harmonized risk-based registration process for TCM in Asian countries is important.This will strengthen the database to substantiate the history of safe use and further preserving and expanding the therapeutic values of TCM within and beyond the Asian region.

Optimization of the Use of Spherical Targets for Point Cloud Registration Using Monte Carlo Simulation

Registrations based on the manual placement of spherical targets are still being employed by many professionals in the industry.However,the placement of those targets usually relies solely on personal experience without scientific evidence supported by numerical analysis.This paper presents a comprehensive investigation,based on Monte Carlo simulation,into determining the optimal number and positions for efficient target placement in typical scenes consisting of a pair of facades.It demonstrates new check-up statistical rules and geometrical constraints that can effectively extract and analyze massive simulations of unregistered point clouds and their corresponding registrations.More than 6×10^(7) sets of the registrations were simulated,whereas more than IOO registrations with real data were used to verify the results of simulation.The results indicated that using five spherical targets is the best choice for the registration of a large typical registration site consisting of two vertical facades and a ground,when there is only a box set of spherical targets available.As a result,the users can avoid placing extra targets to achieve insignificant improvements in registration accuracy.The results also suggest that the higher registration accuracy can be obtained when the ratio between the facade-to-target distance and target-to-scanner distance is approximately 3:2.Therefore,the targets should be placed closer to the scanner rather than in the middle between the facades and the scanner,contradicting to the traditional thought. Besides,the results reveal that the accuracy can be increased by setting the largest projected triangular area of the targets to be large.

Research Progress and Suggestions on China’s Drug Registration Management Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Maps

Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots in the field of drug registration in China,and to provide some suggestions for the follow-up research.Methods CiteSpace was used to conduct literature quantitative analysis on 684 related articles from 2012 to 2022,and the knowledge map was drawn.Based on this,the main characteristics and development trends of the related studies were summarized.Results and Conclusion The number of articles published was closely related to the regulatory policy of drug registration reform.The authors of these articles did not have good continuity.Besides,research hot spots were closely related to the actual work,which was mainly around the improvement of the review and approval policy,encouraging innovative drug research and development,improving the level of new drug development and other directions.The follow-up studies should further strengthen the continuity of research and inter-agency collaboration.In addition,biomedical registration may become a new research focus in the future.

Does hukou still matter？ The household registration system and its impact on social stratification and mobility in China

The household registration system has been a basic institutional arrangement in Chinese society. Under this system, registered residence （hukou） plays an important role in resource allocation and interest distribution, and thus exerts a significant impact on social stratification and mobility. After nearly three decades of reform and opening up, does it still play a role, and, if so, what is this role？ Drawing on data from the China General Social Survey, we find that China＇s social stratification is characterized by the simultaneous existence of differentiation between urban and rural hukou and hierarchy within urban hukou; furthermore, there is a positive correlation between one＇s opportunities for social mobility and the possibility of changing and transferring one＇s hukou. Despite the increasing social mobility ensuing from market-oriented transformation, the hukou hierarchy and its structural influence on mobility within the institutional framework persist. The strongly conglutinative nature of the household registration system has given rise to social disparities. The basic direction for reform of the system should be unification ofhukou and free choice of movement from one place to another.
