In this problem, there is delivery or pickup (or both) and uncertain features in the demands of the clients. The deliveries of every client as uncertain parameters are expressed as triangular fuzzy numbers. In order to describe MVRPRL, a multi-objective fuzzy programming model with credibility measure theory is constructed. Then the simulationbased tabu search algorithm combining inter-route and intra-route neighborhoods and embedded restarts are designed to solve it. Computational results show that the tabu search algorithm developed is superior to sweep algorithms and that compared with handling each on separate routes, the transportation costs can be reduced by 43% through combining pickups with deliveries.展开更多

The rational cost function with multiple constraints is employed to describe the inventory model. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the inventory cost function to obtain the optimal solution of inventory checking periods, safe inventory point, product lot-sizes and process lot-sizes of return product. An example is presented to prove the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Both the remanufactming products and the new products can be used to meet the demands of customers. Moreover, it is assumed that homogeneous facilities can be designed together into integrated ones, based on which a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) facility location model of the remanufacturing logistics network with six types of facilities to be sited is built. Then an algorithm based on enumeration for the model is given. The feasible combinations of binary variables are searched by enumeration, and the remaining sub-problems are solved by the LP solver. Finally, the validities of the model and the algorithm are illustrated by means of an example. The result of the sensitivity analysis of parameters indicates that the integration of homogeneous facilities may influence the optimal solution of the problem to a certain degree.展开更多

The total cost of closed-loop supply chain was selected as fitness function, and a unique and tidy coding mode was adopted in the proposed algorithm. Then, some mutation and crossover operators were introduced to achieve discrete optimization of RCSCN structure. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can gain global optimal solution with good convergent performance and rapidity. The computing speed is only 22.16 s, which is shorter than those of the other optimization algorithms.展开更多

Both the brand-new products and remanufactured products are used to satisfy customer demands. Returns of used products that are recycled from customers are assumed to be stochastic and nonlinearly price-dependent. A mathematical model is proposed to maximize the overall profit of the system through simultaneously optimizing the production and recycling decisions, subject to two capacity constraints ? the manufacturing capacity and the remanufacturing capacity. Based on Lagrangian relaxation method, subgradient algorithm and heuristic algorithm, a solution approach is developed to solve the problem. A representative example is presented to illustrate the system, and managerial analysis indicates that the uncertainties in demand and return have much influence on the production and recycling policy. In addition, twenty randomly produced examples are solved, and computational results show that the solution approach can obtain very good solutions for all examples in reasonable time.展开更多
