Under the threat of bio-terrorism,this paper aims at improving the emergency rescue system's ability of dealing with a public health emergency.Focusing on the demand network,this research establishes the emergency...Under the threat of bio-terrorism,this paper aims at improving the emergency rescue system's ability of dealing with a public health emergency.Focusing on the demand network,this research establishes the emergency rescue supply storage network under a danger diffusion environment.Combined with the infectious disease diffusion model,the traditional set covering model is rebuilt taking the decision optimization of reserve quantity into consideration.Under the premise of a certain emergency service level,the collaborative location optimizing model of an emergency rescue supply storage network is established in order to minimize the sum of the building costs and the preserving costs.The model is proved to be effective through numerical simulation.The collaborative location optimization of the nodes of the emergency rescue supply storage network and the reserve quantity of each storage node is realized.展开更多

The model takes the uncertainty of departure time of import containers and arrival time of export containers into account. For each planning horizon,the problem is decomposed into two levels: the first level minimizes the unbalanced workloads among blocks using hybrid intelligence algorithm;based on block workloads allocated in the above level,the second level minimizes the number of blocks to which the same group of import containers are split. Numerical results show that the model reduces workload imbalance,and speeds up the vessel loading and discharging process.展开更多
We assessed the potential of white poplar(Populus alba L.) and its inter-sectional hybridization with euphrates poplar(P. euphratica Oliv.) for carbon storage and sequestration in central Iran. Trials were establi...We assessed the potential of white poplar(Populus alba L.) and its inter-sectional hybridization with euphrates poplar(P. euphratica Oliv.) for carbon storage and sequestration in central Iran. Trials were established at planting density of 2,500 trees per hectare in block randomized design with three replicates. After 6 years, we measured the above-ground biomass of tree components(trunk, branch, bark, twig and leaf), and assessed soil carbon at three depths. P. alba 9 euphratica plantation stored significantly more carbon(22.3 t ha-1) than P. alba(16.7 t ha-1) and P. euphratica 9 alba(13.1 t ha-1).Most of the carbon was accumulated in the above-ground biomass(61.1 % in P. alba, 72.4 % in P. alba 9 euphratica and 56.0 % in P. euphratica 9 alba). There was no significant difference in soil carbon storage. Also, biomass allocation was different between white poplar P. alba and its inter-sectional hybridization. Therefore, there was a yield difference due to genomic imprinting, which increased the possibility that paternally and maternally inherited wood production alleles would be differentially expressed in the new crossing.展开更多

Based on the vector angular spectrum representation of Maxwell's equations, the diffracted plane wave is decomposed into the TE and TM terms. The analytical TE and TM terms in the far field are presented by stationary phase. As the TE and TM terms are orthogonal to each other in the far field, their sum constitutes the so-called Airy disc pattern. Therefore, this research reveals the composition of Airv disc. which is beneficial to deepen and enhance the recognition of the classical diffraction problem.展开更多
