In this paper, by defining new state vectors and developing new transfer matrices of various elements mov- ing in space, the discrete time transfer matrix method of multi-rigid-flexible-body system is expanded to study the dynamics of multibody system with flexible beams moving in space. Formulations and numerical example of a rigid- flexible-body three pendulums system moving in space are given to validate the method. Using the new method to study the dynamics of multi-rigid-flexible-body system mov- ing in space, the global dynamics equations of system are not needed, the orders of involved matrices of the system are very low and the computational speed is high, irrespec- tive of the size of the system. The new method is simple, straightforward, practical, and provides a powerful tool for multi-rigid-flexible-body system dynamics. 展开更多

Then the procedure based on the RINEX observation files is tested using the Ashtech Z-XII3T geodetic receivers driven by a stable external frequency at UNSO. This paper proposes to adapt this procedure for the links between geodetic receivers, in order to take advantage of the P codes available on L 1 and L 2. This new procedure uses the 30-second RINEX observations files, the standard of the International GPS Service (IGS), and processes the ionosphere-free combination of the codes P 1 and P 2; the satellite positions are deduced from the IGS rapid orbits, available after two days. 展开更多

High-precision time transfer plays an important role in the areas of fundamental research and applications. Accompanying w ith the remarkable improvements in the ability of generating and measuring high-accuracy time-frequency signal,seeking for new time-transfer techniques betw een distant clocks w ith much further improved accuracy attracts attentions w orld-w idely. The time-transfer technique based on optical pulses has the highest precision presently,and the further improvement in the accuracy is heavily dependent on the time-domain properties of the pulse as w ell as the sensitivity of the applied measurement on the exchanged pulse. The application of optical frequency comb in time transfer for a precision up to femtosecond level are currently the focus of much interest,and has recently achieved many breakthroughs. Further investigations show that,utilizing quantum techniques,i.e. quantum measurement technique and quantum optical pulse source,can lead to a new limit on the measured timing information. Furthermore,it can be immune from atmospheric parameters,such as pressure,temperature,humidity and so on.Such quantum improvements on time-transfer have a bright prospect in the future applications requiring extremely high-accuracy timing and ranging. The potential achievements w ill form a technical basis for the future realization of sub-femtosecond time transfer system. 展开更多

Based the analysis the mathematical structure of the problem, the paper presents a new heuristic algorithm. The exfoliation corrosion (EFC) behavior of 7050-T6 aluminum alloy treated with various quench transfer time after solution heat treatment was investigated by standard EFC immersion tests, strength loss measurements after EFC tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) technique. The results showed that EFC resistance of the alloy decreased with increasing quench transfer time. Backscattered electron scanning electron microscope (SEM) together with transmission electron microscope (TEM) observations revealed that the coverage ratio and microstructure of precipitates at grain boundary area are the most important factors which influence the EFC susceptibility of the alloy, while precipitate-free zone (PFZ) near grain boundary has no or only a minor effect on it. In addition, galvanostatic measurements of the alloy present a good correlation between EFC resistance and transients in potential. The cumulated number of transients in potential can be used to evaluate EFC resistance of the alloy. 展开更多

[Objective] The study aimed to provide references for the time of oocyte maturation in vitro and enucleation in the course of sheep nuclear transfer(NT).[Method] Compared the effects of different maturation time of oocytes on enucleation efficiency and reconstructed embryo development by means of blind enucleation and fluorescence microscopy.[Result] Treatment of IVM(in vitro maturation)19-21 h was significantly higher than IVM 16-18 h treatment in oocyte maturation rate(P<0.05)and was significantly higher than IVM 22-24 h treatment in enucleation rate(P<0.05).Three treatments had no significant difference in cleavage rate and blastocyst rate(P>0.05),but IVM 19-21 h treatment was significantly higher than the other 2 treatments in average cell number of blastocysts(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The appropriate in vitro maturation time of oocytes was 19-21 h for sheep nuclear transfer,which could significantly improve the quality of blastocysts according to the cell number per blastocyst(P<0.05). 展开更多

Three functional models, polynomial, spectral analysis, and modified AR model, are studied and compared in fitting and predicting clock deviation based on the data sequence derived from two-way satellite time and frequency transfer. A robust equivalent weight is applied, which controls the significant influence of outlying observations. Some conclusions show that the prediction precision of robust estimation is better than that of LS. The prediction precision calculated from smoothed observations is higher than that calculated from sampling observations. As a count of the obvious period variations in the clock deviation sequence, the predicted values of polynomial model are implausible. The prediction precision of spectral analysis model is very low, but the principal periods can be determined. The prediction RMS of 6-hour extrapolation interval is Ins or so, when modified AR model is used. 展开更多

Time synchronization between ground and satellites is a key technology for satellite navigation system. With dual-channel satellite, a method called Two-Way Common-View(TWCV) satellite time transfer for Compass system is proposed, which combines both characteristics of satellite common-view and two-way satellite-ground time transfer. By satellite-ground two-way pseudo-range differencing and two stations common-view differencing, this TWCV method can completely eliminate the influence of common errors, such as satellite clock offset, ephemeris errors, troposphere delay and station coordinates errors. At the same time, ionosphere delay related to signal frequency is also weakened significantly. So the precision of time transfer is improved much more greatly than before. In this paper, the basic principle is introduced in detail, the effect of major errors is analyzed and the practical calculation model in the Earth-fixed coordinate system for this new method is provided. Finally, experiment analysis is conducted with actual Compass observing data. The results show that the deviation and the stability of the satellite dual channel can be better than 0.1 ns, and the accuracy of the two-way common-view satellite time transfer can achieve 0.4 ns. All these results have verified the correctness of this TWCV method and model. In addition, we compare this TWCV satellite time transfer with the independent C-band TWSTFT(Two-Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer). It shows that the result of the TWCV satellite time transfer is in accordance with the C-band TWSTFT result, which further suggests that the TWCV method is a remote high precision time transfer technique. The research results in this paper are very important references for the development and application of Compass satellite navigation system. 展开更多

A new Precise Point Positioning(PPP)service,called the PPP-B2b service,has been implemented in the BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3),which brings new opportunities for time transfer.However,the solution using the traditional PPP method with the PPP-B2b correction still absorbs some unknown errors and needs reconverging when there exist abnormal data.We developed a new receiver clock model to improve PPP time transfer using the PPP-B2b correction.The traditional PPP time transfers using PPP-B2b with BDS-3,Global Positioning System(GPS),and BDS-3/GPS(Scheme1)are compared with the corresponding time transfer with the proposed clock model(Scheme2).The results show that GPS-only PPP is not recommended because of low accuracy of 2 ns.BDS-3 or BDS-3/GPS PPP time transfers in Scheme1 can realize about 0.2 ns accuracy.When the new clock model is applied,the accuracy can be improved by up to 45%and 39.8%for BDS-3 and BDS-3/GPS PPP,respectively.The proposed clock model can signifcantly improve the short-term frequency stability by 57.4%,but less for the long-term stability. 展开更多

Global navigation satellite system(GNSS)carrier phase observations are two orders of higher accuracy than pseudo-range observations,and they are less affected by multipath besides.As a result,the time transfer accuracy can reach 0.1 ns,and the frequency transfer stability can reach 1×10^-15 with carrier phase(CP)method,therefore CP method is considered the most accurate and promising time transfer technology.The focus of this paper is to present a comprehensive summary of CP method,with specific attention directed toward day-boundary clock jump,ambiguity resolution(AR),multi-system time transfer and real-time time transfer.Day-boundary clock jump is essentially caused by pseudo-range noise.Several approaches were proposed to solve the problem,such as continuously processing strategy,sliding batch and bidirectional filtering methods which were compared in this study.Additionally,researches on AR in CP method were introduced.Many scholars attempted to fix the single-difference ambiguities to improve the time transfer result,however,owing to the uncalibrated phase delay(UPD)was not considered,the current studies on AR in CP method were still immature.Moreover,because four GNSS systems could be used for time-transfer currently,which was helpful to increase the accuracy and reliability,the researches on multi-system time transfer were reviewed.What’s more,real-time time transfer attracted more attention nowadays,the preliminary research results were presented. 展开更多

The influence of quench transfer time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy with and without zirconium was investigated by tensile properties test,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.For the Zr-free alloy,the strength increases to the highest value at 20 s with transfer time,and then decreases slightly.The elongation decreases slowly with transfer time within 20 s,and more rapidly after 20 s.For the Zr-containing alloy,prolonging transfer time within 20 s results in slight decrease in the strength and elongation,and rapid drop of which is observed after 20 s.For the Zr-free alloy,prolonging transfer time can increase the percentage of intergranular fracture,which is mainly caused by wide grain boundary precipitate free zone.The failure mode of the Zr-containing alloy is modified from the predominant transgranular void growth and intergranular fracture to transgranular shear and intergranular fracture with increase in the transfer time,which is attributed to the wider grain boundary precipitate free zone and coarse equilibrium η phases in the matrix. 展开更多

A system of jointly transferring time signals with a rate of 1 pulse per second (PPS) and frequency signals of 10 MHz via a dense wavelength division multiplex-based (DWDM) fiber is demonstrated in this paper. The noises of the fiber links are suppressed and compensated for by a controlled fiber delay line. A method of calibrating and characterizing time is described. The 1PPS is synchronized by feed-forward calibrating the fiber delays precisely. The system is experimen- tally examined via a 110 km spooled fiber in laboratory. The frequency stabilities of the user end with compensation are 1.8x 10-14 at 1 s and 2.0x 10-17 at 104 s average time. The calculated uncertainty of time synchronization is 13.1 ps, whereas the direct measurement of the uncertainty is 12 ps. Next, the frequency and 1PPS are transferred via a metropoli- tan area optical fiber network from one central site to two remote sites with distances of 14 km and 110 km. The frequency stabilities of 14 km link reach 3.0x 10-14 averaged in 1 s and 1.4x 10-17 in 104 s respectively; and the stabilities of 110 km link are 8.3 x 10-14 and 1.7 x 10-17, respectively. The accuracies of synchronization are estimated to be 12.3 ps for the 14 km link and 13.1 ps for the 110 km link, respectively. 展开更多

Time synchronization techniques, especially on the pulse per second(PPS) temporal basis, have attracted growing research interests in recent years. In this paper, we have proposed and experimentally demonstrated a high-precision two-way time transfer(TWTT) system to realize long-distance dissemination of 1 PPS signal generated by a hydrogen maser. A dense-wavelength-division-multiplexing(DWDM) system and bi-directional erbium-doped fiber amplifiers(Bi-EDFAs) have also been adopted to suppress the impact of Rayleigh backscattering and optimize the signal to noise ratio(SNR) as well. We have theoretically analyzed the systematic delay in detail. The ultimate root mean square(RMS) variation of time synchronization accuracy is sub-26 ps and the time deviation can be reduced to as low as 1.2 ps at 100 s and 0.253 ps at 12 000 s, respectively. 展开更多

A self-adaptive precise algorithm in the time domain was employed to solve 2-D nonlinear coupled heat and moisture transfer problems. By expanding variables at a discretized time interval, the variations of variables can be described more precisely,and a nonlinear coupled initial and boundary value problem was converted into a series of recurrent linear boundary value problems which are solved by FE technique. In the computation, no additional assumption and the nonlinear iteration are required, and a criterion for self-adaptive computation is proposed to maintain sufficient computing accuracy for the change sizes of time steps. In the numerical comparison, the variations of material properties with temperature, moisture content, and both temperature and moisture content are taken into account, respectively. Satisfactory results have been obtained, indicating that the proposed approach is capable of dealing with complex nonlinear problems. 展开更多

Efficient real time data exchange over the Internet plays a crucial role in the successful application of web-based systems. In this paper, a data transfer mechanism over the Internet is proposed for real time web based applications. The mechanism incorporates the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) to provide a flexible and efficient data format. Heterogeneous transfer data is classified into light and heavy data, which are stored using XML and HDF respectively; the HDF data format is then mapped to Java Document Object Model (JDOM) objects in XML in the Java environment. These JDOM data objects are sent across computer networks with the support of the Java Remote Method Invocation (RMI) data transfer infrastructure. Client's defined data priority levels are implemented in RMI, which guides a server to transfer data objects at different priorities. A remote monitoring system for an industrial reactor process simulator is used as a case study to illustrate the proposed data transfer mechanism. 展开更多

目的应用时差成像系统(Time-Lapse Imaging,TLI)基于分层筛选模型优选胚胎行Day3单胚胎移植,探讨移植胚胎发育速度对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2014年4月至2017年5月在南京鼓楼医院生殖中心行Day3单分裂胚胎移植的234例患者的胚胎进行动... 目的应用时差成像系统(Time-Lapse Imaging,TLI)基于分层筛选模型优选胚胎行Day3单胚胎移植,探讨移植胚胎发育速度对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2014年4月至2017年5月在南京鼓楼医院生殖中心行Day3单分裂胚胎移植的234例患者的胚胎进行动态观察,对符合挑选参数的移植胚胎进一步分析,根据细胞发育速度分为8~9细胞组(n=168)、10~11细胞组(n=36)、12~16细胞组(n=30)三组;根据移植胚胎的卵裂球数目奇偶数分为奇数组(n=52)和偶数组(n=182)两组;将卵裂球数目为偶数的胚胎根据其胚胎发育速度分为8细胞组(n=137)、10细胞组(n=22)、12~16细胞组(n=23)三组。回顾性分析胚胎的发育速度对妊娠结局的影响。结果8~9细胞组、10~11细胞组、12~16细胞组三组的种植率依次是61.90%、53.80%和53.33%,活产率依次是58.33%、50.00%和50.00%,流产率分别为5.76%,5.26%和6.25%,各项数据均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。奇数组与偶数组相比,种植率(38.46%vs.65.38%)、流产率(10.00%vs.5.04%)、活产率(34.62%vs.62.08%)三个方面均较差,且在种植率与活产率方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。移植胚胎卵裂球数目为偶数的胚胎中,8细胞组、10细胞组、12~16细胞组在种植率、流产率、活产率方面均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论通过Time-lapse挑选发育速度较快的胚胎移植仍可获得较好的妊娠结局,此结果为移植当日无正常发育速度胚胎患者的胚胎选择提供了新思路。 展开更多

For the high precision time synchronization demand of ships, advantages and disadvantages of the present time transfer methods are analyzed, the two-way microwave time transfer (TWMTT) method is adopted to resolve the time synchronization problem in the Naval Ship Formation. After expounding the principle and system composition of TWMTT method, the various factors influencing the synchronous precision are analyzed, such as time-interval measurement error, TWMTT equipment delay error, signal propagation error in air, and signal delay error caused by shipping. To improve the time synchronization precision, all the error sources above are deduced with mathematical measures to definite the critical one, and the signal processing measures such as Pseudo code spread spectrum time comparison signal generation technology, FFT fast acquisition technology and precise tracking technology are used into the modem which is the core equipment of the TWMTT. And, calibration method of TWMTT equipment delay are developed. Through theoretical a- nalysis and simulation verification, the precision of shipboard two-way microwave time synchroniza- tion can reach 1 ns. 展开更多

Based on the factors impact strength model(FISM), we studied on calculation formulas of influence strength and key elements of FISM, and analyzed the turnover time of railway freight transportation of China. The results show that wagon transfer time is the most critical factor among the three subjective factors of wagons turnover time. The FISM based analysis of wagon transfer time show that the wagon turnover time is significantly correlated with transit time with resorting. Among the seven factors of detention time of transit time with resorting, the time of waiting to departing, converging, and waiting to break-up are key factors, while the time of make-up, break-up, arrival and departure are general factors. We carried out one empirical research based on the data of Baoji East Railway Station in 2015. The results of empirical research and FISM are consistent completely. 展开更多

Spectrum prediction is a promising technology to infer future spectrum state by exploiting inherent patterns of historical spectrum data.In practice,for a given spectrum band of interest,when facing relatively scarce historical data,spectrum prediction based on traditional learning methods does not work well.Thus,this paper proposes a cross-band spectrum prediction model based on transfer learning.Firstly,by analysing service activities and computing the distances between various frequency points based on Dynamic Time Warping,the similarity between spectrum bands has been verified.Next,the features,which mainly affect the performance of transfer learning in the crossband spectrum prediction,are explored by leveraging transfer component analysis.Then,the effectiveness of transfer learning for the cross-band spectrum prediction has been demonstrated.Further,experimental results with real-world spectrum data demonstrate that the performance of the proposed model is better than the state-of-theart models when the historical spectrum data is limited. 展开更多
