After analyzing the reasons for coal mine accidents and the current management methods, effective actions for the implementation of safety management were put forward by carrying out the whole process confirmation management. The ba- sic content and the five implementation steps were described, and the implementation method and the program of every step were introduced. Some rules for the implementation of the whole process confirmation management in coal mine safety pro- duction were explained, such as during the process of preproduction, before descent, descent, after descent, walking in the roadway, post-operation, shift, and hoisting after work. The results show that the guardians and the executors should both con- firm the implementation, which can improve the workers' attention and self-awareness to avoid errors in detail and reduce the "three violations" phenomenon. To ensure the effect of the whole process confirmation management, relevant departments should designate a person-in-charge in the specific work in all stages, make a work plan, and strengthen the internal evaluation. 展开更多

Author researches a lot of the mathematical models and the related conventional material constants in the traditional and the modem mechanics; to adopt two types of variables a and D, for the fatigue-damage-fracture behaviors to elastic-plastic steels contained flaws, to put forward several calculation models, which are the driving force and the life prediction expressions at each stage and in whole process; for the key parameters .A1 and ,A2 in two stages, there are functional relation with other conventional material constants σF,m1 and M2,λ2, they are defined as the new calculable comprehensive material constants, and indicate their physical and geometrical meanings. In addition, for conversion methods between two types of variables, relevant calculating example is provided. Thereby, make a linking between the fracture mechanics and the damage mechanics, communicating their relationships. Wastes yielded in the vintage process and the biological fermentation of itaconic acid and sodium gluconate of a winery in Shandong, such as grain stillage, melon lees, cornstarch protein residues, itacanic acid mother liquid, itaconic acid mycelium and sodium gluconate mycelium, were studied. High-activity biological protein feed, foliar fertilizer and irrigation fertilizer were generated from these wastes by applying biological/microbial technologies. Meanwhile, a whole set of technological pathways was put forward. As a result, the optimal economical and social benefits can be obtained with low natural resource consumption and environmental costs by converting wastes into useful matters. In conclusion, through the utilization of limited resources in the whole process of reclamation and utilization of wastes, the harmony promotion can be achieved between the economic system and the natural ecosystem. 展开更多

Based on the viewpoint that there are similarities to the genetic principles in the mechanics and the engineering fields; based on data in some referents and author's theoretical approach, this paper is to consider the microscopic-damage and the macroscopic-damage behaviors of materials that are distinct differences, thereby to propose computing models and methods of subsection calculations in whole process; to consider the behaviors between the short cracks and long ones both of which are always continuous, thereby to propose some computing models and methods of the successive calculations. These computing models refer to formulas of the threshold sizes of cracks (or threshold values of damages); the propagating rates of cracks; the predicting calculations of lifetime; Particularly, in which it provides a best new comprehensive figure that it could be including mid describing all problems mentioned above. So it may be as a bridge to link the traditional material mechanics, the material discipline and the modem mechanics on fatigue-damage-fracture; perhaps, it can also be as route diagram to guide designs and calculations to some materials and structures. In this research,a methodology named whole-process pollution control(WPPC)is demonstrated that improves the effectiveness of process optimization.This methodology considers waste/emission treatment as a step of the whole production process with respect to the minimization of cost and environmental impact for the whole process.The following procedures are introduced in a WPPC process optimization:①a material and energy flow investigation and optimization based on a systematic understanding of the distribution and physiochemical properties of potential pollutants;②a process optimization to increase the utilization efficiency of different elements and minimize pollutant emissions;and③an evaluation to reveal the effectiveness of the optimization strategies.The production of ammonium paratungstate was chosen for the case study.Two factors of the different optimization schemes-namely the cost-effectiveness factor and the environmental impact indicator-were evaluated and compared.This research demonstrates that by considering the nature of potential pollutants,technological innovations,economic viability,environmental impacts,and regulation requirements,WPPC can efficiently optimize a metal production process. 展开更多

A narrowband radio interferometer has been developed and used to locate the entire sources of VHF radiations from a negative cloud-to-ground (CG) lightning discharge which contains 19 strokes. This system uses five antennas to form an array consisting of short- and long-baselines along two or- thogonal directions. The system error which comes from frequency conversion is reduced by phase detection through direct high frequency amplifying. An interactive graphic analysis procedure is used to remove the fringe ambiguities which exist inherently in interferometry and to determine the direction of lightning radiation sources in two dimensions (azimuth and elevation) as a function of time at a time resolution of microsecond orders. With the developed system, the whole progression process in time and space of a lightning flash can be reconstructed. In this paper, combining the synchronous data of electric filed change and VHF radiation, the whole processes of an example negative CG flash have been studied in detail. It is found that the preliminary breakdown event of the CG flash started from negative charge region and exhibited firstly a downward pregression and then an upward propagation. There were very intense and continuous radiations during stepped leaders which became much stronger when the first return stroke began. In contrast, there were less and only discrete radiations during dart leaders. Stepped leader and dart leader may transform to each other depending on the state of the ionization of the path. The progression speed of initial stepped leaders was about 105 ms?1, while that was about 4.1×106 and 6.0×106 ms?1 for dart leaders and dart-stepped leaders, respectively. M events produced hook-shaped field changes accompanied by active burst of radiations at their begin- nings. Followed these active radiation processes, M events appeared to contact finally into conducting main discharge channels. The mean progression speed of M events was about 7×107 ms?1, greater than that of the dart leaders and dart-step leaders. K events and attempted leaders were essentially the same as dart leaders except that they could not reach the ground and initiate return strokes. 展开更多

To investigate the evolution of load-bearing characteristics of pre-stressed beams throughout their service life and to provide a basis for accurately assessing the actual working state of damaged pre-stressed concrete T-beams,destructive tests were conducted on full-scale pre-stressed concrete beams.Based on the measurement and ana-lysis of beam deflection,strain,and crack development under various loading levels during the research tests,combined with the verification coefficient indicators specified in the codes,the verification coefficients of bridges at different stages of damage can be examined.The results indicate that the T-beams experience complete,incom-plete linear,and non-linear stages during the destructive test process.In the complete linear elastic stage,both the deflection and bottom strain verification coefficients comply with the specifications,indicating a good structural load-bearing capacity no longer adheres to the code’s requirements.In the non-linear stage,both coefficients exhi-bit a sharp increase,resulting in a further decrease in the structure’s load-bearing capacity.According to the pro-visions of the current code,the beam can be in the incomplete linear stage when both values fall within the code’s specified range.The strain verification coefficient sourced from the compression zone at the bottom of theflange is not recommended for assessing the bridge’s load-bearing capacity. 展开更多

我国全过程工程咨询实践正处于多种模式并存、咨询内容差异较大的探索性阶段。以业主需求为导向,合理确定咨询服务内容,提升全过程工程咨询企业服务能力,是推进全过程工程咨询健康发展的关键。通过梳理相关文献,识别出12种全过程工程咨... 我国全过程工程咨询实践正处于多种模式并存、咨询内容差异较大的探索性阶段。以业主需求为导向,合理确定咨询服务内容,提升全过程工程咨询企业服务能力,是推进全过程工程咨询健康发展的关键。通过梳理相关文献,识别出12种全过程工程咨询业主需求,进而借助A-Kano模型开展正、负向满意度与重要度问卷调查,并计算出各类需求的优先级。实证分析结果表明:工程监理和造价咨询属于基本型需求;项目管理、设计及勘察属于期望型需求;招标代理、前期策划和BIM咨询为兴奋型需求;后期运营、建筑节能与绿色建筑咨询、工程检测服务以及工程保险咨询为无差异需求。基于上述结果为工程咨询企业提出转型建议,使其更好地满足业主集成化、个性化的咨询需求。 展开更多

以钨矿碱分解工艺制备仲钨酸铵全流程为对象,基于质量守恒、化学平衡、元素分配约束和指标约束等原理,构建钨矿配矿、磨矿、碱分解、脱磷、离子交换、除钼和蒸发结晶的热力学模型,进而根据各工序物料的迁移传递关系,应用MetCal软件平台... 以钨矿碱分解工艺制备仲钨酸铵全流程为对象,基于质量守恒、化学平衡、元素分配约束和指标约束等原理,构建钨矿配矿、磨矿、碱分解、脱磷、离子交换、除钼和蒸发结晶的热力学模型,进而根据各工序物料的迁移传递关系,应用MetCal软件平台,开发钨矿碱分解工艺制备仲钨酸铵全流程仿真计算系统,并采用典型工况下的实际值对模型计算的可靠性进行实例验证。研究结果表明:碱分解浓料中WO_(3)和P质量分数计算值与实际值的相对误差分别为-5.755%和-12.195%,钨渣中WO3、P、Fe、Mn和Ca质量分数的相对误差分别为-2.026%、-5.439%、-14.819%、-14.971%和11.826%;脱磷后液中WO3和P质量分数的相对误差分别为5.513%和-7.692%,脱磷渣中WO_(3)、P和Ca质量分数的相对误差分别为-5.834%、3.337%和7.113%;除钼后液中WO3和Mo质量分数的相对误差分别为-1.627%和-9.375%,除钼渣中WO_(3)、Mo、S和Cu质量分数的相对误差分别为2.547%、-8.827%、8.686%和9.692%。 展开更多

CO_(2)捕集、埋存与提高原油采收率(CCUS-EOR)技术可大幅度提高原油采收率并实现CO_(2)有效埋存,同时兼具减碳、增油两大功能,是落实“双碳”战略和保障能源安全的重要技术手段。中国石油高度关注CO_(2)资源化利用问题,在系统研究原始油藏、中高含水、高含水及特高含水油藏CO_(2)驱油机理与埋存潜力的基础上,研发了关键技术和工艺装备,形成了集CO_(2)捕集、输送、注入、采出、驱油、埋存、防腐等为主体的CCUS-EOR全产业链一体化技术体系,并率先在中国石油吉林油田开展了CO_(2)捕集埋存与提高采收率矿场实践。研究结果表明:①矿场试验证实CO_(2)驱油可提高采收率20%以上,现已累计注入CO_(2)达320×10^(4) t;②矿场实践系统揭示了陆相低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱油与埋存规律,验证了CO_(2)捕集输送、注入采出、驱油埋存与循环利用全流程技术的适应性,实现了CCUS-EOR减排增效一体化。结论认为:①吉林油田建成了国内首个全产业链、全流程CO_(2)捕集、驱油、埋存与循环利用示范工程,实现了陆相沉积低渗透油藏CO_(2)驱油采收率的大幅提高和CO_(2)的安全埋存;②系统总结了吉林油田近年来在CCUS-EOR方面的最新研究进展和矿场实践认识,指明了油气田CCUS-EOR应用前景,并提出了以新质生产力推动相关企业产业化发展的具体建议。 展开更多

目的 分析基于个人健康记录(PHR)的全程管理模式干预对老年糖尿病患者认知水平、心理痛苦、自我管理行为、生活质量及血糖、血脂的影响。方法 将100例老年糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分成常规组和干预组,各50例。常规组患者采用常规管... 目的 分析基于个人健康记录(PHR)的全程管理模式干预对老年糖尿病患者认知水平、心理痛苦、自我管理行为、生活质量及血糖、血脂的影响。方法 将100例老年糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分成常规组和干预组,各50例。常规组患者采用常规管理措施进行干预,干预组患者采用基于PHR的糖尿病全程管理模式进行干预。两组患者均干预6个月,各失访1例,最后分别纳入49例患者。干预前后采用自制糖尿病认知问卷、糖尿病痛苦量表(DDS)、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)、生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评定两组患者认知水平、心理痛苦、自我管理行为、生存质量,比较干预前后两组患者血糖、血脂水平。结果 干预后,两组患者糖尿病认知水平均优于干预前,且干预组优于常规组(P<0.01)。干预后,两组患者DDS、DSQL各维度评分均低于干预前,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05或0.01);两组患者SDSCA各维度评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后,两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油水平均低于干预前,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白水平高于干预前,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.01)。结论 基于PHR的糖尿病全程管理模式不仅有助于提升老年糖尿病患者的认知水平,缓解其心理痛苦,增强患者自我管理行为,提升患者生存质量,还能够改善老年糖尿病患者的糖脂控制情况。 展开更多
