目的对黄秋葵Abelmoschus esculentus水溶性部位的化学成分进行研究。方法利用MCI、ODS和硅胶等柱色谱分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为色氨酸(1)、鸟嘌呤脱氧核苷(2)、次黄嘌呤(3)、3,4-... 目的对黄秋葵Abelmoschus esculentus水溶性部位的化学成分进行研究。方法利用MCI、ODS和硅胶等柱色谱分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为色氨酸(1)、鸟嘌呤脱氧核苷(2)、次黄嘌呤(3)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(4)、3′-脱氧次黄嘌呤核苷(5)、胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(6)、次黄苷(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、金色酰胺醇酯(9)、黄嘌呤(10)、ethyl-β-D-xyloside(11)、ethyl-α-D-arabinofuranoside(12)。结论化合物2~12均为首次从黄秋葵中分离得到。 展开更多
