High temperature promotes the translocation of soluble protein and soluble sugar from leaves to grains, resulting in the high content of them in grains, and at the same time, it accelerates the senescence of leaves, resulting in a high remains of them in leaves and low grain-weight. At identical high temperature, the senescence of leaves in weak light is slower than that in strong light. Moderate temperature makes the translocation of soluble protein and soluble sugar from leaves to grains steady and transduction of sugar to starch to a greater degree, resulting in full grain filling. At the same low temperature, the strong photosynthesis in strong light can make up for the fast senescence. Among the four combinations, low-temperature and strong-light are most advantageous to milk filling, and the high-temperature and weak-light are the worst.展开更多

The gill and the liver morphology were examined by transmission eletron microslogy. Results indicated that the membrane and partial cytoplasm of the epithelium cell in secondary lamella collapsed with lots of mucous and cell debris lying around. Hepatic cells which exposed to PCBs for 4 weeks showed the deforming nuclear deviated from cell centre, mitochondrim collapsed and rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum fractured. Furthermore, there were lots of lipofuscin granule and lipid droplet in the cytoplasm of the damaged cells.展开更多

The results show that the protein contents, the total contents of amino acids and the essential amino acids are in a relatively stable scope. In blood biochemical parameters, the values of serum enzyme activities, uric acid, glucose and cholesterol’s contents are all obvious different. The study considers some biochemical parameters that may act as constants of geneticar characterization in this kind of fish.展开更多
