随着数字化与人工智能技术的快速发展,高校教师的教学模式、学术活动以及与学生的互动方式都发生了深刻的变革。这一变革不仅带来了许多教学便利,也对高校教师的职业道德提出了新的挑战。本文通过分析数字化与人工智能时代对高校教师职...随着数字化与人工智能技术的快速发展,高校教师的教学模式、学术活动以及与学生的互动方式都发生了深刻的变革。这一变革不仅带来了许多教学便利,也对高校教师的职业道德提出了新的挑战。本文通过分析数字化与人工智能时代对高校教师职业道德的影响,探讨高校教师在这一背景下面临的主要道德困境,并提出相应的对策。研究表明,教师在新时代的职业道德挑战主要体现在教学责任感的弱化、学术诚信的维护、知识产权的保护、师生关系的伦理问题以及数据隐私保护等方面。为应对这些挑战,必须通过加强职业道德教育、完善法律法规、提升数字素养、构建伦理框架等措施,帮助高校教师更好地适应技术发展带来的职业道德新要求。With the rapid development of digital and artificial intelligence technologies, the teaching models, academic activities, and interaction methods between university teachers and students have undergone profound changes. This transformation has not only brought many conveniences to teaching but also posed new challenges to the professional ethics of university teachers. This paper analyzes the impact of the digital and artificial intelligence era on the professional ethics of university teachers, explores the major ethical dilemmas faced by teachers in this context, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. The study shows that the main ethical challenges in this new era include the weakening of teaching responsibility, the maintenance of academic integrity, the protection of intellectual property rights, ethical issues in teacher-student relationships, and data privacy protection. To address these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen ethics education, improve legal regulations, enhance digital literacy, and build an ethical framework to help university teachers better adapt to the ethical demands brought about by technological developments.展开更多
