Objective To explore myocardial protection of continuous retrograde coronary sinus perfusion with mild hypothermic oxgenated blood.Method Continuous retrograde coronary sinus perfusion with mild hypothermic oxygenated...Objective To explore myocardial protection of continuous retrograde coronary sinus perfusion with mild hypothermic oxgenated blood.Method Continuous retrograde coronary sinus perfusion with mild hypothermic oxygenated blood was used in 186 patients undergoing cardiac surgery for myocardial protection.During operation,the filling canal of aorta counected a “y” joint,one of the joints connected the retrograde perfusive canal which underwent continuous retrograde coronary sinus perfusion.After aortic cross-clamping,the heart was perfused.Perfusion flow rate was controlled 200~350ml/mins and perfusion pressure was controlled under 45~50mmHg,the average nasopharynx temperature was maintained at (32±1)°C.Results Of 186 patients,5patients died after operation with a mortality of 2.68%,one died of low cardiac output syndrome with the rate of 0.53%,one died of renal failure,one died of multiple organ failure,one died of uncoutrolled pulmonary infection,one died of bleeding.The was no serious arrhythmia and no air emblism.Conclusion Continuous retrograde corouary sinus perfusiou with mild hypothermtic oxygenated blood is a good method of myocardial protection.展开更多
