Ching is studied.The effects of five factors such as the concentration of NaOH,the ratio of solid-liquid,the temperature of extraction,the time and the number of extraction of the acidic polysaccharides are investigated.Every factor has been optimized by using the method of uniform design.The optimum technological conditions of extraction are as follows: the concentration of NaOH is 1.0mol/L,the time of extraction is 4h,temperature is 80℃,the ratio of solid-liquid is 1:40,the number of extraction is 1time.展开更多
