In essence, adult education is a kind of integrated education that needs multi-party cooperation, and it is closely related to all walks of life. The particularity of adult digital literacy education determines that the stakeholders of adult digital literacy are composed of government, community, adult education institutions, enterprises and other subjects, and the promotion of adult digital literacy requires mutual cooperation and coordination among all stakeholders. On the basis of stakeholder theory, this paper discusses the difficulties faced by government, community, adult education institutions, enterprises, and other subjects in improving adult digital literacy and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.展开更多
