Firstly,relying on the science and technology project of high yield in Hebei Province,connotation of agricultural technology demonstration and extension mode and the high yield grain project in Hebei Province is introduced.Extension mode of agricultural technology demonstration and radiation is constructed.Agricultural technology demonstration and radiation mode includes the radiation center,primary irradiation and secondary irradiation.Secondly,management system and operational mechanism of agricultural technology demonstration and radiation mode are discussed,mainly expressed in establishing leading group in each demonstration county(city),carrying out leader contract responsibility system,establishing expert advisor steering group and setting up core experts group for subject,establishing technical experts group for subject,setting up leading group in the radiation area,carrying out chief expert responsibility system and technician matrix responsibility system,establishing the operating mechanism of "open,flow,competition and collaboration" with "test area-expert two-way selection" as the core content.Finally,countermeasures to improve the agricultural technology demonstration and radiation mode is put forward,such as establishing the rural technology demonstration base,strengthening cooperation with enterprises,and adopting flexible technical training,so as to promote the spread of agricultural high-tech,to increase the contribution rate of agricultural technology,and to offer ideas for agricultural technology extension model at the new era. 展开更多

Effective remediation of aged HMW-PAHs polluted agricultural soil by the combination of Fusarium sp, and smooth bromegrass (Bromus inermis Leyss.) 被引量:4

Fusarium sp. strain ZH-H2 is capable to degrade high molecular weight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (HMW-PAHs), smooth bromegrass (Bromus inermis Leyss.) can also degrade 4- to 6-ring PAHs. Pot experiments were conducted to investigate how bromegrass and different inoculum sizes of ZH-H2 clean up HMW-PAHs in agricultural soil derived from a coal mine area. The results showed that, compared with control, different sizes of inocula of ZH-H2 effectively degraded HMW-PAHs, with removal rates of 19.01, 34.25 and 29.26% for 4-, 5- and 6-ring PAHs in the treatment with 1.0 g kg-1ZH- H2 incubation after 90 d. After 5 mon of cultivation, bromegrass reached degradation rate of these compounds by 12.66, 36.26 and 36.24%, respectively. By adding strain ZH-H2 to bromegrass, HMW-PAHs degradation was further improved up to 4.24 times greater than bromegrass (W), in addition to the degradation rate of Bbf decrease. For removal rates of both 5- and 6-ring PAHs, addition of 0.5 g kg-1 Fusarium ZH-H2 to pots with bromegrass performed better than addition of 0.1 g kg-1, while the highest concentration of 1.0 g kg-1 Fusarium ZH-H2 did not further improve degradation. Degradation of4-ring PAHs showed no significant difference among different ZH-H2 incubations with bromegrass treatments. We found that the degradation rates of 4-, 5- and 6-ring PAHs in all treatments are significantly correlated in a positive, linear man- ner with activity of lignin peroxidase (LIP) (t=0.8065, 0.9350 and 0.9165, respectively), while degradation of 5- and 6-ring PAHs is correlated to polyphenoloxidase (PPO) activity (r=0.7577 and 07806). Our findings suggest that the combination of Fusarium sp. ZH-H2 and bromegrass offers a suitable alternative for phytoremediation of aged PAH-contaminated soil in coal mining areas, with a recommended inoculation size of 0.5 g Fusarium sp. The effects of vegetation restoration on matrix structure and erosion resistance of iron tailings were studied at dump sites in Malanzhuang, Qian'an, Hebei province, China. The restoration process involved soil spray sowing restoration model with Rhus typhina, soil and iron tailings admixture spray sowing restoration model with Amorpha fruticosa Linn. and six-hole brick restoration model with Pinus tabulaeformis Carriere.–Amorpha fruticosa Linn. mixed-forest, and direct restoration model with Hippophae rhamnoides and Sabina vulgaris. Results show that the composition and distribution of particles and aggregates were closely related to erosion resistance(P < 0.05), indicating that matrix structure of iron tailings play an important role in erosion resistance. The improvement in matrix structure of iron tailings by the different restoration models was in the order of R. typhina soil spray sowing > A. fruticosa soil and iron tailings admixture spray sowing > mixed-forest six-hole brick >H. rhamnoides direct restoration > S. vulgaris direct restoration. The R. typhina soil spray sowing restorationmodel resulted in the greatest improvement in matrix structure of iron tailings, increasing the clay(10.6%) and large particle aggregates(18.7%) contents significantly(P < 0.01). Simultaneously, particle population, grading conditions(Cu= 28.86, Cs= 1.65), and aggregate stability(6.02) were significantly improved. The A. fruticosa soil and iron tailings admixture spray sowing restoration model,which effectively improved particle distribution(Cu-= 8.51, Cs= 1.07), increased the number of large aggregates considerably(9.6%), thereby increasing aggregate stability(6.2). The six-hole brick model significantly increased the number of large aggregates(4.0%) and improved the stability of aggregates(6.2). H. rhamnoides direct restoration improved the stability of aggregates(5.1)but showed no other significant improvements. The effect of S. vulgaris direct restoration on matrix structure of iron tailings was not significant. Due to its dependence on matrix structure of iron tailings, the erosion resistance of R.typhina soil spray sowing restoration model was the greatest, while that of S. vulgaris direct restoration was the weakest. There was no significant difference in the erosion resistance of the other models. Overall, vegetation restoration supplemented by soil spray sowing restoration and engineering measures is superior to in situ direct vegetation restoration in the short-term. In-situ direct restoration has long-term ecological significance because of its advanced concept of near-natural restoration and the advantages of low cost, easy operation, and low secondary damage. 展开更多

In order to solve the high-price and short-lifetime problems of the cutter of agricultural machinery,and improve the wear resistance of the cutter, the TiCN/Fe metal ceramic composite coating was prepared on the substrate of Q235 steel by reaction nitrogen arc cladding technique. The mixture powder of titanium and graphite was preplaced on the Q235 steel surface after intensive mixing by planetary ball mill and gluing with starch binder. The microstructure and phase of the coatings, interface behavior between coatings and the substrate were investigated by scanning electronic microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The micro-hardness distribution of the coating section was tested by micro-hardness tester. Friction coefficient and wear weight loss were measured by abrasion machine. Wearing surface morphology was investigated by scanning electronic microscope. The results show that an excellent bonding between the coatings and the Q235 steel substrate is ensured by the strong metallurgical interface and phase of the coatings. The coatings are mainly composed of TiCN. The highest micro- hardness of the coatings reaches 1 089 HV0. 2, while the micro-hardness of Q235 steel substrate is only about 286 HV0. 2. The anti-abrasive test results show that the wear resistance of the cladding coating is better than that of quenched and tempered 65 Mn steel which is often used as cutter of agricultural machinery. The field test results show that the TiCN/ Fe metal ceramic composite coating prepared by reaction nitrogen arc cladding is feasible to the manufacture and remanufacture of the cutter of agricultural machinery. 展开更多

The result showed that 6 factors had a significant influence on it, that is, education of farmers, per capita income of farmers, the affordability of information risk, the proportion of agricultural labor households, the type of agricultural production and the rural information service stations. The objective of this paper was to analyze the E2 genetic characterization of HB-DCZ strain of Bovine viral diaxrhca Virus (BVDV) which wcrc amplified by RT-PCR and isolated from China. The product of PCK was cloned into pMD18-T vector, and then transfected Escherichia Coli JMI00. The recombinant plasmids were amplified by PCR and were sequenced. From the nucleotide sequence of the amplified products, phylogenetie analyses were performed and genotypes or subgenotypes were identified. The results indicated that the E2 gene fragment of HB-DCZ strain contained 1277bp nucleotides, and had 89.4%, 70.7%, 97.6%, 68.9%, 67.2% sequence similarity with Osloss, OregonC24V, Changchun184, ZM195, NADL, respectively. In conclusion, HB-DCZ strain is closely related to BVDV Osloss, Changchun184, and belongs to subgenotype lb. 展开更多

Taking its development in Baoding City as an example, we introduced service fields of rural cooperative economic organized united association. It mainly includes setting up service platform and providing scientific and technological services; organizing economic and trade negotiation and exchange, and promoting farmer-supermarket partnership; providing financial services and solving fund-raising problems. In line with these fields, we analyzed existing problems: (i) regional development is unbalanced and organization lacks internal connection; (ii) the development in some counties (cities) is to be improved, and the promotion effect is not significant; (iii) there is shortage of talent and the innovation strength is not enough; and (iv) it lacks system and management lacks restriction mechanism. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and recommendations: strengthen propaganda and cultivate farmers' cooperative awareness; incorporate rural cooperative economic organized united association into formal system arrangement, and absorb professional talents; innovate upon organization system of rural cooperative economic organized united association and improve service methods; improve internal operating mechanism and innovate upon working contents of rural cooperative economic organized united association at new development background. 展开更多

Prediction of Efficient Water Use in Crop Farming of Hebei Province

In order to alleviate the grim situation of groundwater overexploitation in Hebei Province, using the expert interview method and law of large numbers, we predict the water consumption and amount of water saving concerning 7 different crops in 3 schemes ("low", "medium", "high") under economical irrigation in different ecological areas during the period 2011-2015, and the period 2016-2020 in Hebei Province. (i) During the period 2011-2015, in "low" scheme, the water consumption will be about 12.9 billion m3, and the amount of water saving is about 1.4 billion m3; in "medium" scheme, the water consumption will be about 12.2 billion m3, and the amount of water saving will be about 2.1 billion m3; in "high" scheme, the water consumption will be about 11.5 billion m3, and the amount of water saving will be 2.8 billion m3. (ii) During the period 2016-2020, in "low" scheme, the water consumption will be about 12.3 billion m3, and the amount of water saving will be about 0.7 billion m3; in "medium" scheme, the water consumption will be about 11.2 billion m3, and the amount of water saving will be about 1 billion m3; in "high" scheme, the water consumption will be about 10.2 billion m3, and the amount of water saving will be 1.2 billion m3. We can find that each "medium" scheme is ideal, having the greatest feasibility, which can provide a theoretical basis for solving some problems in Hebei Province in the next 5 to 10 years, such as serious water resources shortage and overexploitation. 展开更多
