Relations between the Fractional Variation of the Ionizing Continuum and CⅣBroad Absorption Lines with Different Ionization Levels

This paper explores the correlation between the fractional variation of the ionizing continuum and CⅣbroad absorption lines(BALs)with different ionization levels.Our results reveal anti-correlations between fractional variation of the continuum and fractional equivalency width(EW)variation of the CⅣB ALs without AlⅢB AL/mini-BALs at corresponding velocities,providing evidence for the widespread influence of the ionizing continuum variability on the variation of HiBALs.Conversely,for CⅣBALs accompanied by AlⅢBAL/mini-BALs(LoBAL groups),no significant correction is detected.The absence of such a correlation does not rule out the possibility that variations in these low-ionization lines are caused by ionizing continuum variability,but rather suggests the influence of B AL saturation to some extent.This saturation effect is reflected in the distribution of the fractional EW variation,where the CⅣBAL group accompanied by AlⅢBAL has a smaller standard deviation for the best-fitting Gaussian component than the two BAL groups without AlⅢB AL.However,the distribution of fractional variation of their continuum does not show any significant difference.Besides the saturation influence,another potential explanation for the lack of correlations in the LoBAL groups may be the effects of other variability mechanisms besides the ionization change,such as clouds transiting across the line of sight. 展开更多

We investigate the relationship between the variability of broad absorption lines(BALs)or narrow absorption lines(NALs)and that of continuum using a data set of two-epoch SDSS spectra containing 134 C IV NAL-BAL pairs.Our analysis reveals an anti-correlation between the fractional equivalent width(EW)variations in NALs(or BALs)and the fractional flux variations of the continuum,with Spearman rank correlation coefficients of r=-0.47(p=1E-08)and r=-0.58(p=1E-13),respectively.In addition,we find a positive correlation between the fractional EW variations in NALs and BALs(r=0.72,p=1E-22),and derive a regression equation ΔEW_(NAL)/<EW_(NAL)>=0.803ΔEW_(BAL)/<EW_(BAL)>+0.008,with an intrinsic scatter of 0.14.These results suggest that the variability in the ionizing continuum may play a significant role in the observed changes in C IV NALs and BALs,supporting the idea of photoionization-driven variability.The co-variability between C IV NALs and BALs may imply that they originate from outflows with similar physical conditions. 展开更多

Methods: A random cluster sampling method was used to select 41 age-matched indi-viduals (aged 11 - 30) as a non-depressive control group. The Department of Psychology at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Na-tionalities recruited 27 depressive patients within the same age range. Bioelec-trical impedance analysis measured body composition, while SCL-90, SAS, and SDS were employed for depression diagnosis. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between body composition and de-pression scores. Results: The Depression Group exhibited higher levels of fat mass (p Conclusion: Depression is associated with age, gender, and muscle mass in adolescents and young people. The results showed that there are 76 tree species of 69 genera and 41 families in the park. According to the species diversity analysis, among the 5 subareas recreational area has the highest diversity and evenness indexes, zoo has lower diversity index of plant community. Three-dimensional analysis of plant community shows that the community has simple structures, limited landscape layers and shrub coverage, a few lawn species and poor landscape effect. Analysis of its ecological habits shows that evergreen species in all 5 subareas of the park are more than deciduous species, and there are only a few ornamental tree species. 展开更多

MgH_(2)with a large hydrogen capacity is regarded as a promising hydrogen storage material.However,it still suffers from high thermal stability and sluggish kinetics.In this paper,highly dispersed nano-Ni has been successfully prepared by using the polyol reduction method with an average size of 2.14 nm,which significantly improves the de/rehydrogenation properties of MgH_(2).The MgH_(2)–10wt%nano-Ni sample starts releasing H_(2)at 497 K,and roughly 6.2wt%H_(2)has been liberated at 583 K.The rehydrogenation kinetics of the sample are also greatly improved,and the adsorption capacity reaches 5.3wt%H_(2)in 1000 s at 482 K and under 3 MPa hydrogen pressure.Moreover,the activation energies of de/rehydrogenation of the MgH_(2)–10wt%nano-Ni sample are reduced to(88±2)and(87±1)kJ·mol−1,respectively.In addition,the thermal stability of the MgH_(2)–10wt%nano-Ni system is reduced by 5.5 kJ per mol H_(2)from that of pristine MgH_(2).This finding indicates that nano-Ni significantly improves both the thermodynamic and kinetic performances of the de/rehydrogenation of MgH_(2),serving as a bi-functional additive of both reagent and catalyst. 展开更多

It is important to understand the research trends and hotspots of global soil nutrient migration and control. Based on the core collection of WOS (Web of Science), citespace knowledge map analysis tool was used to analyze the number of publications, cooperation networks, disciplines, research hotspots and frontier trends on nutrient migration in soil. The results showed that: the number of publications on the study of soil nutrient migration showed a good growth from 1990 to 2021. 173 countries had cooperative relationships. The number of articles published in the United States and China was significantly higher than that in other countries, while Chinese Academy of Sciences was the institution with the largest number of publications. It was a comprehensive system that permeates with agriculture, environmental science, botany and other disciplines. The research of nutrient migration in soil mainly focused on the measures of microbial community in different land types to promote nutrient transformation, improve soil fertility and reduce nutrient loss. In the future, the research trends will be the management measures of soil nutrient loss, the relationship between the change of soil nutrient and plant community diversity, and the remediation of agricultural contaminated soil. Through the above analysis, there was an overall understanding of soil nutrient migration. The research on nutrient migration may continue to increase in the future. It is suggested that Chinese research institutions, teams and universities need to strengthen international cooperation, and speed up their integration with the international community. 展开更多

Objective: To understand the correlation between different degrees of obesity and bone mineral density (BMD). Methods: 772 cases (300 men and 472 females) of Zhuang over 40 years old were randomly selected. The BMD and T score were calculated by measuring the right heel bone using a quantitative-ultrasound densitometer. Body composition index of body weight, waist circumference (WC), waist height ratio (WtHR), body fat percentage (BFP) and visceral fat (VF) were measured using a bioelectrical impedance method. Results: The BMI, WC, and WtHR of the male osteoporosis group were lower than those of the normal bone mass (NBM) group (P Conclusion: BMI is positively correlated with BMD in Zhuang. BFP has a greater correlation with female BMD, and a small reduction in BFP can result in a significant decrease in BMD. BMD of male was positively correlated with abdominal obesity indicators (WC, WtHR, VF). However, abdominal obesity has no obvious effect on the promotion of BMD in women, and increased WtHR can lead to a decrease in BMD. Zhuang can appropriately increase the amount of fat within the normal weight range. At the same time, reasonable exercise and balanced nutrition to avoid excessive obesity or low body weight can reduce the incidence of osteoporosis and osteoporosis fractures. 展开更多

Carbon materials have excellent catalytic effects on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2. Here, carbon-supported Ni3S2(denoted as Ni3S2@C) was synthesized by a facile chemical route using ion exchange resin and nickel acetate tetrahydrate as raw materials and then introduced to improve the hydrogen storage properties of MgH2. The results indicated the addition of 10 wt.% Ni3S2@C prepared by macroporous ion exchange resin can effectively improve the hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetic properties of MgH2. At 100 ℃,the dehydrogenated MgH2-Ni3S2@C-4 composite could absorb 5.68 wt.% H2. Additionally, the rehydrogenated MgH2-Ni3S2@C-4 sample could release 6.35 wt.% H2at 275 ℃. The dehydrogenation/hydrogenation enthalpy changes of MgH2-Ni3S2@C-4 were calculated to be 78.5 k J mol-1/-74.7 k J mol-1, i.e., 11.0 k J mol-1/7.3 k J mol-1lower than those of MgH2. The improvement in the kinetic properties of MgH2was ascribed to the multi-phase catalytic action of C, Mg2Ni, and Mg S, which were formed by the reaction between Ni3S2contained in the Ni3S2@C catalyst and Mg during the first hydrogen absorption–desorption process. 展开更多

Mountain glaciers have an obvious location advantage and tourist market condition over polar and high latitude glaciers. Due to the enormous economic benefit and heritage value, some mountain glaciers will always receive higher attention from commercial media, government departments and mountain tourists in China and abroad. At present, more than 100 glaciers have been devel- oped successfully as famous tourist destinations all over the world. However, global climate change seriously affects mountain glaciers and its surrounding environment. According to the current accelerated retreat trend, natural and cultural landscapes of some glaciers will be weakened, even disappear in the future. Climate change will also inevitably affect mountain ecosystems, and tourism routes under ice and glacier experience activities in these ecosystems. Simultaneously, the disappearance of mountain glaciers will also lead to a clear reduction of tourism and local economic benefits. Based on these reasons, this paper took Mr. Yulong Snow scenic area as an example and analyzed the retreat trend of a typical glacier. We then put forward some scientific and rational response mechanisms and adaptation models based on climate change in order to help future sustainable development of mountain glacier tourism. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to establish a tissue culture regeneration system in Bama hemp(Cannabis sativa L.).[Methods]Using hemp seeds as explants,a regeneration system was established through explant sterilization,callus induction,callus differentiation,and rooting culture.[Results]The results showed that the best sterilization effect was achieved when sterilizing with 75%ethanol for 30 s,followed by 0.1%HgCl 2 solution for 9 min,with a contamination rate as low as 11.4%.In presence of 3 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.1 mg/L6-BA,the callus induction effect from hemp seeds was better.The formula for better differentiation of callus was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA.IBA had a promoting effect on the rooting of hemp aseptic plantlets.The highest rooting rate reached 80%when MS+0.3 mg/L IBA were used.[Conclusions]This study established a hemp seed regeneration system to provide technical support for the conservation and breeding of hemp germplasm resources. 展开更多

A novel type of Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified glass carbon electrode(Fe3O4/GCE) was constructed and the electrochemical properties of N-(4-nitro-2-phenoxyphenyl)methanesulfonamide(nimesulide) were studied on the Fe3O4/GCE.In 0.4mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=5.0),the electrode process of nimesulide was irreversible at bare GCE and Fe3O4/GCE.The Fe3O4/GCE exhibited a remarkable catalytic and enhancement effect on the reduction of nimesulide.The reduction peak potential of nimesulide shifted positively from-0.683 V at bare GCE to-0.625 V at Fe3O4/GCE,and the sensitivity was increased by ca.3 times.Some experimental conditions were optimized.The linear range between the peak current and the concentration of nimesulide was 2.6×10-6 "1.0×10-4mol/L(R=0.993) with a detection limit of 1.3×10-7mol/L.This method has been used to determine the content of nimesulide in medical tablets.The recovery was determined to be 96.9% "101.9% by means of standard addition method.The method is comparable to UV-Vis spectrometry. 展开更多

A novel third-generation hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) biosensor(Hb/CdS/MWNTs/GCE) was fabricated through hemoglobin(Hb) adsorbed onto the mercaptoacetic acid modified CdS QDs/carboxyl multiwall carbon nanotubes'(MWNTs) films. Cyclic voltammogram of Hb/CdS/MWNTs/GCE showed a pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible redox peaks with a formal potential(E^0) of-0.230 V(vs. Ag/AgCl) in 0.1 mol/L pH=8.0 phosphate buffer solution(PBS), which was the characteristic of the Hb heme Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) redox couple. The biosensor shows an excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of H2O2. The response time of the designed biosensor to H202 at a potential of-0.30 V was less than 2 s and linear relationships were obtained in the concentration ranges of 2.0×10^-6-2.7×10^-3 mol/L and 2.7×10^-3-7.7×10^-3 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.0×10^-7 mol/L(S/N=3). The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant Km was estimated to be 1.324 mmol/L that illustrated the excellent biological activity of the fixed Hb. 展开更多

The mortgage of land contract management rights has launched a pilot project in Ningxia,Hubei,Henan,Guizhou,Chongqing and other provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,which provides a good solution to the problem of funds for rural development and plays a huge role in promoting local rural economic development.In the mortgage financing of land contract management rights implemented in various regions,how to determine a scientific,accurate and reasonable mortgage rate of land contract management rights becomes a difficulty troubling the mortgage financing of land.On the basis of unified annual output value of land,this article uses survey method,income capitalization method,and comparison method to analyze the value of land contract management rights,and finally determine the mortgage rates of land contract management rights. 展开更多

The aim was to optimize ultrasonic extraction conditions and study antioxidant activities of lychee pericarp polysaccharides. The effects of extraction temperature,time,ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio on polysaccharides yield were investigated by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to obtain optimum extraction conditions; the antioxidant activities of lychee pericarp polysaccharides were evaluated by the total antioxidant activity. Optimum extraction process was under extraction temperature of 80 ℃,extraction time of 2. 5 h,ultrasonic power of 180 W,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 25 g / m L; the total antioxidant activity was increased with the increasing concentration of polysaccharides. The extraction process is simple and efficient. The extraction rate of lychee pericarp polysaccharides with antioxidant activities is high. 展开更多
