Myricaria laxiflora,which grows along the Yangtze River in China,holds ornamental,ecological,and medicinal value.However,its wild population is threatened and currently designated protected as a national priority.The ...Myricaria laxiflora,which grows along the Yangtze River in China,holds ornamental,ecological,and medicinal value.However,its wild population is threatened and currently designated protected as a national priority.The present research was the first to sequence and assemble M.laxiflora’s mitochondrial genome and examine its structural characteristics and phylogenetic relationships with other sequenced Caryophyllales species.The mitochondrial double-stranded closed-ring genome of M.laxiflora was found to be 389,949 bp in length,containing numerous repetitive sequences and RNA editing sites,with 34 protein encoding,21 tRNA,and 3 rRNA genes.Although there are 22 fragments in the mitochondrial genome of M.laxiflora that are homologous to its chloroplast genome,they are incomplete gene fragments.Phylogenetic analysis demonstrated evolutionary associations with related populations and was in agreement with findings on the chloroplast genome.These findings not only lay a foundation for its preservation but also offer valuable insights for evolutionary analysis and plant breeding research.展开更多

The calculated...We investigate whether A1C1 and A1Br are promising candidates for laser cooling. We report new ab initio calculations on the ground state X1E+ and two low-lying states (A1H and a3H) of A1C1 and A1Br. The calculated spectroscopic constants show good agreement with available theoretical and experimental results. We also obtain the permanent dipole moments (PDMs) curve at multi-reference configuration interaction (MRCI) level of theory. The transition properties of A1H and a3H states are predicted, including the transition dipole moments (TDMs), Franck-Condon factors (FCFs), radiative times and radiative width. The calculated radiative lifetimes are of the order of a nanosecond, implying that they are sufficiently short for rapid laser cooling. Both A1C1 and A1Br have highly diagonally distributed FCFs which are crucial requirement for molecular laser cooling. The results demonstrate the feasibility of laser cooling A1C1 and A1Br, and we propose laser cooling schemes for A1C1 and A1Br.展开更多

In this paper, LTLF with an economic factor, GDP, is implemented. Hybrid density functional theory is employed to systematically investigate the structural,magnetic,vibrational,thermodynamic properties of plutonium monocarbide(Pu C and Pu C0.75).For comparison,the results obtained...Hybrid density functional theory is employed to systematically investigate the structural,magnetic,vibrational,thermodynamic properties of plutonium monocarbide(Pu C and Pu C0.75).For comparison,the results obtained by DFT,DFT + U are also given.For Pu C and Pu C0.75,Fock-0.25 hybrid functional gives the best lattice constants and predicts the correct ground states of antiferromagnetic(AFM) structure.The calculated phonon spectra suggest that Pu C and Pu C0.75 are dynamically stable.Values of the Helmholtz free energy ?F,internal energy ?E,entropy S,and constant-volume specific heat Cv of Pu C and Pu C0.75 are given.The results are in good agreement with available experimental or theoretical data.As for the chemical bonding nature,the difference charge densities,the partial densities of states and the Bader charge analysis suggest that the Pu–C bonds of Pu C and Pu C0.75 have a mixture of covalent character and ionic character.The effect of carbon vacancy on the chemical bonding is also discussed in detail.We expect that our study can provide some useful reference for further experimental research on the phonon density of states,thermodynamic properties of the plutonium monocarbide.展开更多

The large application of renewable energy generation(REG)has increased the risk of cascading failures in the power system.At the same time REG also provides the possibility of new approaches for the suppression of suc...The large application of renewable energy generation(REG)has increased the risk of cascading failures in the power system.At the same time REG also provides the possibility of new approaches for the suppression of such failures.However,the capacity and position of the synchronous generator(SG)involved in regulation limit the power regu-lation speed(PRS)of REG to the overload line which is the main cause of cascading failures,while the PRS of SG is related to the position and shedding power.REG and SGs have difficulty in achieving effective cooperation under constraints of system power balance.Particularly,the dynamic variation of line flow during power regulation causes new problems for the accurate evaluation of line thermal safety under overload.Therefore,a new strategy for quan-titatively coordinating shedding power and power regulation to block cascading failures in the dynamic security domain is proposed in this paper.The control capability and dynamic security domain of the overload line are mod-eled,and the coordination control method based on power regulation is then proposed to minimize shedding power.The algorithm for the optimal control scheme considers the constraints of load capacity,power source capacity and bus PRS.The correctness of the proposed method is verified using case studies.展开更多
Subsequent commutation failure(SCF)can be easily generated during the first commutation failure(CF)recovery process in a line-commutated converter-based high voltage direct-current system.SCF poses a significant threa...Subsequent commutation failure(SCF)can be easily generated during the first commutation failure(CF)recovery process in a line-commutated converter-based high voltage direct-current system.SCF poses a significant threat to the safe and stable operation of power systems,and accurate prediction of CF is thus important.However,SCF is affected by the operating characteristics of the main circuit and the coupling effects of sequential control response in the inverter station.These are difficult to predict accurately.In this paper,a new SCF prediction method considering the control response is proposed based on the physical principle of SCF.The time sequence and switching conditions of the controllers at different stages of the first CF recovery process are described,and the corresponding equations of commutation voltage affected by different controllers are derived.The calculation method of the SCF threshold voltage is proposed,and the prediction method is established.Simulations show that the proposed method can predict SCF accurately and provide useful tools to suppress SCF.展开更多

The formation mechanism of beach rocks is significant in the study of surface carbonate diagenesis and protection of island. Beach rocks in Qilian Islets and Cays were formed about 500–700 a BP,neither its composition nor sedimentary structure experienced intense post-reformation.Beach rocks in Qilian Islets and Cays are mainly composed of reef-building skeletal fragments and bioclasts without terrigenous sediments. This study focused on the types and morphologies of cements in beach rocks of Qilian Islets and Cays,and its cementation mechanisms and influencing factors. Biological activities,such as micritization caused by microbial activities and algae binding action,play an important role in the initial stage of bioclast transformation and promote the subsequent early marine and early meteoric cementation. Acicular aragonite induced by early marine cementation is well developed in beach rocks,especially in those samples from Medium Islet. Early meteoric cementation is not common as marine cementation,generally presenting granular and meniscus cements. The main factors affecting the formation and development of beach rocks in Qilian Islets and Cays include sediment source,hydrodynamic condition,climate,sea level change and anthropogenic impacts.展开更多

How to collect...Giant liposome is an important lipid structure widely used in biological and medical fields. In its main preparation method, electroformation, many influencing factors must be optimized for good effect. How to collect the desired giant liposomes is another major issue. In this work, a microchip with a reactor chamber array was used to study the influences of multiple parameters, and a suitable condition could be achieved rapidly and efficiently. A tailor-made collection chamber was also integrated on the chip. Based on the multifactor and multilevel orthogonal experiment, optimal conditions of the lipid solution, buffer solution, and electric signal were achieved with high efficiency. More than one thousand giant liposomes could be formed in each microscale reactor chamber, and most of them were unilamellar. The on-chip collection ratio of giant liposome carriers could also approximate to 40%.展开更多
We perform first-principles calculations of crystal structure,magnetism,electronic structure,chemical bonding and elastic properties for PuC_2 using the standard local spin-density approximation(LSDA)+U scheme.The use...We perform first-principles calculations of crystal structure,magnetism,electronic structure,chemical bonding and elastic properties for PuC_2 using the standard local spin-density approximation(LSDA)+U scheme.The use of the Hubbard term to describe the 5f electrons of plutonium is discussed according to the lattice parameters,magnetism and densities of states.Our calculated lattice constants and magnetism are in good agreement with the experimental data or other theoretical calculations.It is shown that the total densities of states at the Fermi energy level mainly come from the contribution of narrow f band.The Pu-C bonds of PuC_2 have a mixture of covalent character and ionic character,while covalent character is stronger than ionic character.The C1-C2 bonding has strong covalent character because of sp^2 hybridization between C atoms.Lastly,the elastic properties of PuC_2 are studied.We hope that our results can provide a useful reference for further theoretical and experimental research on PuC_2.展开更多

Biological activities,such as micritization caused by microbial activities and algae binding action,play an important role in the initial stage of bioclast transformation and promote the subsequent early marine and early meteoric cementation. Acicular aragonite induced by early marine cementation is well developed in beach rocks,especially in those samples from Medium Islet. Early meteoric cementation is not common as marine cementation,generally presenting granular and meniscus cements. The main factors affecting the formation and development of beach rocks in Qilian Islets and Cays include sediment source,hydrodynamic condition,climate,sea level change and anthropogenic impacts.

文摘Giant liposome is an important lipid structure widely used in biological and medical fields. In its main preparation method, electroformation, many influencing factors must be optimized for good effect. How to collect the desired giant liposomes is another major issue. In this work, a microchip with a reactor chamber array was used to study the influences of multiple parameters, and a suitable condition could be achieved rapidly and efficiently. A tailor-made collection chamber was also integrated on the chip. Based on the multifactor and multilevel orthogonal experiment, optimal conditions of the lipid solution, buffer solution, and electric signal were achieved with high efficiency. More than one thousand giant liposomes could be formed in each microscale reactor chamber, and most of them were unilamellar. The on-chip collection ratio of giant liposome carriers could also approximate to 40%.

文摘We perform first-principles calculations of crystal structure,magnetism,electronic structure,chemical bonding and elastic properties for PuC_2 using the standard local spin-density approximation(LSDA)+U scheme.The use of the Hubbard term to describe the 5f electrons of plutonium is discussed according to the lattice parameters,magnetism and densities of states.Our calculated lattice constants and magnetism are in good agreement with the experimental data or other theoretical calculations.It is shown that the total densities of states at the Fermi energy level mainly come from the contribution of narrow f band.The Pu-C bonds of PuC_2 have a mixture of covalent character and ionic character,while covalent character is stronger than ionic character.The C1-C2 bonding has strong covalent character because of sp^2 hybridization between C atoms.Lastly,the elastic properties of PuC_2 are studied.We hope that our results can provide a useful reference for further theoretical and experimental research on PuC_2.
