A Study on the Level of Technostress Among University Educators in Inner Mongolia,China

With the rapid development of science and technology,higher education in Inner Mongolia is ushering in unprecedented changes.Digital and intelligent educational tools provide students with a rich learning experience but also create new challenges for educators.Through a questionnaire survey of 17 universities in Inner Mongolia,this study examined the stress faced by university educators in the application of technology.The results showed that educators generally experienced technostress,and the most significant stress experienced was techno-invasion.Hence,this study recommended several strategies to assist educators in adapting to technological change and ease the technostress.

This paper examines how the adoption of cloud computing affects the relationship between the technical and environmental capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the tourism industry in Henan Province,China,thereby promoting the stable and sustainable development of the tourism industry,combining the laws of tourism market development,vigorously constructing a smart tourism project,guiding tourism cloud service providers to strengthen the cooperation and contact with the market’s tourism enterprises,introducing and utilizing cloud computing technology,optimizing and improving the functions of various tourism services of the enterprises,and enhancing the processing and analysis of enterprise-related data to provide tourism information.Strengthen the processing and analysis of enterprise-related data to provide tourism information,and further study the adoption of cloud computing and its impact on small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in terms of technology and business environment knowledge,so as to make the best enterprise management decisions and realize the overall enhancement of the enterprise’s tourism brand value.

A Review on Determinants Affecting Commercialization of Academic Institution Final Year Projects

Final year project is an important training and assessment component incorporated in many courses of academic institution.The ability to translate ideas,research,and creativity into actual products,services,or businesses shows how successful and impactful people or institutions can be in the wider economy.However,in most of the cases,the outcomes of the final year project usually remain as academic discussion without maximizing their potential to be converted into a commercialized product or services.In this review,theory and applications are discussed to understand how entrepreneurial skills and networking abilities,components of individuals’human capital can impact the commercialisation of final year projects.Furthermore,determinants affecting commercialization of final year projects will also be explored namely:entrepreneurial skills,networking ability,access to resources,institutional support as well as creativity and innovation.

This study investigates the moderating role of educational training on the relationship between leadership styles and job performance in Shanghai’s public and private educational sectors,employing a random sampling survey methodology.The findings highlight the significance of educational training as a critical factor that moderates leadership effectiveness,offering valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to optimize workforce performance and foster evidence-based strategies to enhance leadership practices and educational outcomes.

Research on the Impact of Social Media Live-Streaming on Consumer Purchasing Behavior and Its Coping Strategies

Due to the rapid development of network technology and the popularity of live-streaming,more and more businesses and individuals are using live-streaming to promote their products,giving rise to a new marketing model of social media live-streaming.Based on the social media live-streaming market,businesses or enterprises focus on tapping into new consumer demand,and social media live-streaming marketing has gradually expanded into various fields.Based on the SOR theory,this paper discusses how to improve the coping strategies of consumer purchasing behavior through social media live-streaming by analyzing the representative factors affecting consumer purchasing behavior such as anchors,brands,and live-streaming content in social media live-streaming.The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the relationship between social media live-streaming marketing models and consumer purchasing behavior and will help to reveal the potentials and limitations of social media live-streaming,thus providing valuable ideas and scientific basis for social media live-streaming marketing strategies.

An Analysis and Research on the Factors Affecting Online Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Online teaching in colleges and universities has developed rapidly in recent years.This paper explores the online teaching implementation effect and online teaching influencing factors of college students by using cross-analysis method,and the study shows that;college students are more satisfied with the online teaching effect as a whole,and the main influencing factors of undergraduate online teaching are the class status and external environment,while the main influencing factors of graduate students’online teaching are the teacher’s academic level and the class status.In addition,undergraduate students and graduate students have big differences in evaluation indexes such as equipment,platform,interaction frequency and course mode.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions in four aspects:students,teachers,teaching platforms,and online course mechanism.

This paper studies the clan temples in four periods,namely,the development period(early Ming Dynasty and before),the shaping period(mid-Ming Dynasty to early Qing Dynasty),the maturity period(mid-Qing Dynasty),and the programmed period(late Qing Dynasty),analyzes and summarizes their prototypical planform features and attempts to summarize and construct a genealogy of the architectural characteristics of the plane shape of clan temples.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,Guangfu ancestral halls in general showed a journey of development from a centripetal-single-linear-multi-linear-grid pattern,forming the unique Guangsanlu classic pattern in the Guangfu area.
