Training Mode of Design Talents under the Concept of Regional Revitalization and Industrial Upgrading

Based on the background of the revitalization of Northeast China and industrial transformation,with the goal of serving society with design,leading the future with design,and revitalizing the economy with design,we adhere to the innovative,comprehensive and cultural design talent cultivation concept,fully practice the“student-centered,output-oriented,continuously-improving”educational philosophy taking quality as the first priority,and continuously improve the theoretical system and implementation path for cultivation of postgraduate talents in design science,hoping to optimize the entire process of talent cultivation.Meanwhile,on the basis of“fostering character and civic virtue,cultivating people in a three-all manner,and cultivating people from five aspects simultaneously”,we cultivate high-quality design talents with brand-new models and ideas,through a series of educational reform measures,such as strategic cooperation,resource integration,systematic sorting,quality improvement,standard formulation,strengthening characteristics,platform construction,so that the quality of talents and social development can be perfectly integrated and mutually assist each other to achieve a win-win effect,and the training of design talents can be implemented and serve the society.

Foreign Landscape Architecture History Teaching by Introducing Three-dimensional Graphic Analysis:A Case Study of Italian Renaissance Gardens

Taking contents of Italian Renaissance gardens in the course Foreign Landscape Architecture History as an example,this paper introduces case teaching method and analyzes application of three-dimensional graphic analysis method in case teaching in detail,aiming at typical cases of Italian Renaissance gardens,namely,Villa Medici,Fiesole and Villa d’Este,Tivoli.Three-dimensional graphic analysis can help students form intuitive feeling of terrain and space,further understand the typical gardening techniques of foreign gardens,so as to improve the teaching effect of landscape architecture history course.

Renovation and Protection Project of Peking Union Medical College:Renovation and Reconstruction Design of Concealed Works

Peking Union Medical College(PUMC),as the representative work of Chinese modern architecture,has had a great impact on the development of Chinese modern architecture.Its advanced and complete concealed works contain great value and are valuable materials for the study of Chinese modern architecture.This paper studies the concealed works of PUMC,enriches the research data in this field,and summarizes the transformation design scheme of concealed works in the protection and repair of ancient buildings of PUMC.

The Comparison of Several 3D Digital Techniques Applied in Rockery Surveying and Mapping:A Case Study of North China University of Technology

By summarizing research status of traditional garden,the obstacles and difficulties of garden rockery research are analyzed,and the breakthroughs and advantages of 3D digital technique in garden rockery surveying and mapping are introduced.The rockery in North China University of Technology is taken as the research object.Using many kinds of digital 3D techniques,3D scanning and modeling analysis of the rockery are conducted.Modeling result and accuracy of each technique are analyzed,and application prospect of 3D digital technique in rockery research of classical garden is explored.

Renovation and Renewal of Historical Blocks Based on Sensual Experience:A Case Study of Shichahai, Beijing

The renovation of historical blocks is an important part of urban construction and development. In recent years, research on renovation methods has emerged one after another. This paper discusses the methods and contents of the renovation and renewal of historical blocks from the five senses of human beings and applies the five-sense design method to the renovation and renewal of Shichahai District, Beijing, thus exploring the renovation and renewal methods of historical blocks.

“Empathy” of Waterscapes in Modern Landscapes

Functions of waterscapes in modern landscape design were elaborated,and important role of "empathy" in the construction of waterscapes was proposed.Ways of creating rich "modal" languages of waterscape design were explored,such as symbolizing,contrast,foil and metaphor.And it was also proposed that all successful waterscape designs take the connection among human,water and environment into consideration.

Dynamic and Refined Analysis of China's Recreational Space Research Based on CiteSpace

Recreational space is a place for residents’ leisure and entertainment,and it is an important part of urban public space.Based on the literature visualization analysis software CiteSpace,with domestic literatures on recreational space included in CNKI as the research object,the hot spots and frontier of China’s research on recreational space are analyzed from six aspects:number of published papers,research authors,research institutions,keyword frequency,keyword co-occurrence and keyword burst.

Research on Spatial Perception and Inheritance of Traffic Settlement:A Case Study of Yuliang Ancient Village in Huizhou

Studying the spatial structure of ancient villages is helpful to grasp the spatial development of ancient villages and provides scientific methods for the protection and inheritance of villages.Taking Yuliang ancient village as an example,the paper analyzed the overall village space,street space and residents’perception of node space through field visits,questionnaire survey,space syntax and space perception.It was found that the spatial perception of Yuliang ancient village focused on the core traffic space,important ancient buildings and other spatial elements and;the residents’perception degree was positively related to the function,economic value and convenience degree of spatial elements.Finally,the methods of spatial form inheritance of ancient villages,such as transforming spatial functions,reserving spatial carriers and increasing spatial connections,are put forward.

Building color and Psychological Evaluation Based on Superposition Analysis:A case study of Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City

China’s construction has entered the high-quality development stage,and the building color landscape as the constituent element of the quality of urban artificial landscape has attracted more and more attention.In the process of building the building color evaluation system with the appeal of“public participation”,it is necessary to absorb and adopt public opinions,and the color planning practice cannot completely match the public opinions.In this paper,Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City was taken as an example,and factor grading was constructed based on the relevant principle of“sensitivity grading”by analyzing the coupling relationship between color and urban artificial landscape structure.GIS technology was used to integrate and analyze residents’color sensitivity data obtained by investigation and interview and form the psychological evaluation of residents’color perception of artificial landscape,so as to provide scientific basis for the color planning of Pingguoyuan Street in Beijing City from the perspective of“space justice”.

A Study on Urban Forms of Prefectures in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Southern Hebei and Their Influencing Factors

The prefectures of Ming and Qing Dynasties in southern Hebei had profound historical heritage and rich urban forms.Studying their morphological characteristics can provide a scientific basis for city construction under the background of cultural self-confidence.In this paper,we conducted an urban survey on prefectures in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in southern Hebei by collecting historical documents such as ancient maps and local chronicles since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,comprehensively using typological methods.The influencing factors of urban spatial forms were further discussed from three aspects:political and military defense,etiquette and geographical environment,and culture and economic development.

The landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks in Handan show the landscape characteristics of Handan in the specific cultural and historical period.To explore the landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks in Handan is of great practical significance to maintain the characteristics of historical and cultural blocks,improve city quality,continue city culture and retain cultural characteristics.According to the advantaged natural geography,human geography factors and the current situation of landscape style and features in Handan City,this study discussed the landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks through practical investigation and scientific research,found out the main problems and put forward corresponding protection and promotion strategies,in order to create a landscape pattern of historical and cultural blocks with cultural connotation,harmony and order,and distinctive characteristics.

The Landscape Style and Features of Historical and Cultural Blocks in Zhengding,Hebei Province,China

Historical and cultural blocks in Zhengding are important parts of China’s famous historical and cultural city.Combined with the natural geography,human geography factors and the current situation of landscape style and features of the historical and cultural blocks and through practical investigation and scientific research,the protection and development law of the historical and cultural blocks in Zhengding was discussed,the main problems existing were found out,and suggestions for the protection and improvement of the historical and cultural blocks in Zhengding was put forward based on the results of questionnaire survey and psychological evaluation,in order to create a harmonious and orderly,profound culture and distinctive historical and cultural landscape style and features.

Design Method for Optimizing the Interactive Interface of Live Broadcasting Platform for the Elderly Users

In the era of network live broadcasting for everyone,the development of live broadcasting platforms is also more intelligent and diversified.However,in the face of a large group of elderly users,the interface interaction design mode used is still mainly based on the interaction mode for young groups,and is not designed for elderly users.Therefore,a design method for optimizing the interaction interface of live broadcasting platform for elderly users was proposed in this study.Firstly,the case study method and Delphi expert survey method were used to determine the design needs of elderly users and the design mode was analysed.Secondly,the orthogonal design principle was used to design a test sample of the interactive interface of live broadcasting platform applicable for the elderly users,and then a user evaluation system was established to calculate the weights of the design elements using hierarchical analysis,and then the predictive relationship between the design mode of the interactive interface of live broadcasting platform and the elderly users was established by Quantitative Theory I.Finally,Genetic Algorithm was applied to generate the optimized design scheme.The results showed that the design method based on the Genetic Algorithm and the combination of Quantitative Theory can scientifically and effectively optimize the design of the interactive interface of the live broadcasting platform for the elderly users,and improve the experience of the elderly users.

Design of Barrier-free Evacuation for Diverse Crowd on Campus Based on Evacuation Simulation: A Case Study of North China University of Technology

By using evacuation simulation technology and taking North China University of Technology as an example,the barrier-free evacuation design scheme for groups with different needs in campus environment was deeply discussed.Based on the data of building layout,population composition,road system and distribution of shelters in the school,a detailed evacuation model was constructed in the Pathfinder emergency evacuation simulation system.By the simulation during the daytime and at night,the total evacuation time of the whole school,evacuation completion time of each building,selection of evacuation paths and shelter utilization were analyzed in detail.The simulation results show that the distribution of shelters on campus is uneven,and their capacity is limited.As a result,the evacuation paths of the disabled,the elderly and children need to be adjusted frequently,which affects the overall evacuation efficiency.In view of this,the optimization strategies of road renovation and entrances of shelters and buildings were put forward from the perspective of space planning.From the perspective of emergency management,it is suggested to improve the campus evacuation infrastructure and strengthen the evacuation drill for teachers and students.These results provide a solid theoretical support for enhancing the construction of campus barrier-free environment and improving the level of emergency management.

Review of Renewal Design of Industrial Heritage from the Perspective of Green Buildings

With the acceleration of global economic development and urbanization,industrial transformation and the outstanding ecological environment problems have made industrial heritage renewal receive more and more attention.In recent years,the related research conducted from the perspective of green buildings has also become one of the new hotspots.In this paper,CiteSpace software was used to make an econometric analysis of the related research in this field from 2004 to 2022 in CNKI database from the number of published papers,keyword clustering and emergentwords,and a knowledge chart was drawn.Besides,the development process,evolution trend and frontier hot spot of related research were sorted out and summarized.The results show that ① the green renewal of domestic industrial heritage has experienced three stages:embryonic stage,exploration stage and outbreak stage.②The research focuses on experience summary and project practice exploration.③The research hotspots are mainly distributed in the directions of protection strategy,evaluation system construction,green transformation technology,urban renewal,etc.,and the perspective tends to be diversified and presents the trend of multi-disciplinary intersection.The shortcomings of the research are as follows:industrial heritage research and green building research are relatively independent,and no systematic theoretical system of green transformation of industrial heritage has been formed;there is a lack of relatively comprehensive reconstruction evaluation guidelines,andevaluation models of green transformation of industrial heritage at different levels have not been established.

Study on the Renewal of Community Vitality in the Context of Stock Planning

The urban construction in China is entering the stock age,and connotative renewal has become a hot spot in current urban renewal.Through field survey,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,it is found that although the satisfaction of residents in Baiwu community,Handan City is high,there are problems such as aging infrastructure,dilapidated greening system,parking disorder,aging population and so on.The corresponding renewal strategy is put forward from the concept of sharing,in order to provide the reference for the renewal of other old communities.

Urban Space Reshaping Based on Regional Urban Design:A Case Study of Urban Design of Taiping Bay Wharf Area in Yantai City

In the process of rapid development of urbanization and constant adjustment of urban space,urban characteristics are faced with many challenges.Taking Taiping Bay wharf area of Yantai City as an example,the paper sorts out the spatial construction problems from the aspects of historical development,urban texture and cultural characteristics by exploring the research process and methods of regional urban design,and put forward optimization strategies from the perspectives of urban structure optimization,street image design,industrial building transformation and cultural space establishment based on the characteristic resources of the area,thus providing experiences for future regional urban design.

Cultural Space Expression of Historical Block Based on Tourism Experience

Cultural space is the core space in the historical block,and is the main place to express the culture of the historical block,and the appropriate and reasonable degree of situational expression of cultural space is related to the quality of tourist experience.In this paper,the cultural space in the historical block is divided into two categories:historical and cultural allusions,humanistic life.From visitors’tourism expect and tourist experience quality,the importance of situational expression of cultural space in the historical block is put forward.Through the contrast on current situation of expression of two kinds of cultural space,expression manner of historical and cultural allusions type of culture space based on tourism experience is studied.

Indoor Space Modeling and Parametric Component Construction Based on 3D Laser Point Cloud Data

In order to enhance modeling efficiency and accuracy,we utilized 3D laser point cloud data for indoor space modeling.Point cloud data was obtained with a 3D laser scanner and optimized with Autodesk Recap and Revit software to extract geometric information about the indoor environment.Furthermore,we proposed a method for constructing indoor elements based on parametric components.The research outcomes of this paper will offer new methods and tools for indoor space modeling and design.The approach of indoor space modeling based on 3D laser point cloud data and parametric component construction can enhance modeling efficiency and accuracy,providing architects,interior designers,and decorators with a better working platform and design reference.

Research on Prefabricated Interior Renovation of Existing Buildings

Requirements for the quality of housing have been increasing in recent years.Many existing buildings can no longer meet the needs of residents due to functional,layout,and other issues,and need to be renovated.However,traditional renovation methods have problems such as high pollution and high consumption.With the rapid development of prefabricated construction and green environmental protection concepts,the problems of traditional interior renovation can be resolved using prefabricated interior decoration.As a new and advanced method of renovation,prefabricated renovation reduces construction segments,workload,pollution,and waste,and it promotes the upgrading of the traditional renovation industry.
