Flexible job shop scheduling problem(FJSP)is the core decision-making problem of intelligent manufacturing production management.The Harris hawk optimization(HHO)algorithm,as a typical metaheuristic algorithm,has been...Flexible job shop scheduling problem(FJSP)is the core decision-making problem of intelligent manufacturing production management.The Harris hawk optimization(HHO)algorithm,as a typical metaheuristic algorithm,has been widely employed to solve scheduling problems.However,HHO suffers from premature convergence when solving NP-hard problems.Therefore,this paper proposes an improved HHO algorithm(GNHHO)to solve the FJSP.GNHHO introduces an elitism strategy,a chaotic mechanism,a nonlinear escaping energy update strategy,and a Gaussian random walk strategy to prevent premature convergence.A flexible job shop scheduling model is constructed,and the static and dynamic FJSP is investigated to minimize the makespan.This paper chooses a two-segment encoding mode based on the job and the machine of the FJSP.To verify the effectiveness of GNHHO,this study tests it in 23 benchmark functions,10 standard job shop scheduling problems(JSPs),and 5 standard FJSPs.Besides,this study collects data from an agricultural company and uses the GNHHO algorithm to optimize the company’s FJSP.The optimized scheduling scheme demonstrates significant improvements in makespan,with an advancement of 28.16%for static scheduling and 35.63%for dynamic scheduling.Moreover,it achieves an average increase of 21.50%in the on-time order delivery rate.The results demonstrate that the performance of the GNHHO algorithm in solving FJSP is superior to some existing algorithms.展开更多

Since 1965,...The discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is the base of modern signal processing. 1-dimensional fast Fourier transform (1D FFT) and 2D FFT have time complexity O(N log N) and O(N^2 log N) respectively. Since 1965, there has been no more essential breakthrough for the design of fast DFT algorithm. DFT has two properties. One property is that DFT is energy conservation transform. The other property is that many DFT coefficients are close to zero. The basic idea of this paper is that the generalized Grover's iteration can perform the computation of DFT which acts on the entangled states to search the big DFT coefficients until these big coefficients contain nearly all energy. One-dimensional quantum DFT (1D QDFT) and two-dimensional quantum DFT (2D QDFT) are presented in this paper. The quantum algorithm for convolution estimation is also presented in this paper. Compared with FFT, 1D and 2D QDFT have time complexity O(v/N) and O(N) respectively. QDFT and quantum convolution demonstrate that quantum computation to process classical signal is possible.展开更多

Then this paper calculates the correlation degree between the main grain varieties’ supply and demand gap and its influence factors. The results show that sown area and unit yield have the greatest impact on wheat supply and demand gap;per capita disposable income and unit yield have the greatest impact on corn supply and demand gap;per capita disposable income and agricultural mechanization level have the greatest impact on the supply and demand gap of soybean and rice. From the analysis results, we can obtain the difference between the factors affecting the grain supply and demand gap, and provide a certain theoretical basis and new ideas for the balance of grain supply and demand in China.展开更多

Tobacco is a popular growing eco...Cadmium (Cd2+) is one of the major widespread environmental pollutants, and can cause serious problems to all organisms. Lead (Pb2+) is another wide spread dangerous heavy metal. Tobacco is a popular growing economic crop in China. Most tobacco growing region soils contain excessive Cd2+ and Pb2+. To assess anatomic changes of tobacco roots under Cd2+, Pb2+, and Cd2++pb2+ chronic stress, a pot experiment was carried out in field. The tobacco seedlings with 6 leaves were transplanted to pots in which soil was placed. The amounts of Cd2+ added to soil were 0, 3, 6, 10, 30, 60, and 100 mg kg-1 dry soil. The amounts of Pb2+ added to soil were 0, 150, 300, 450, 600, 750, and 1 000 mg kg-1 dry soil. The amounts of Cd2++Pb2+ added to soil were 0+0, 3+150, 6+300, 10+450, 30+600, 60+750, and 100+1000 mg kg-1 dry soil. The contents of Cd2+ and Pb2+ in root systems were determined by inductively coupled plasma, and the anatomical structure was studied by method of paraffin sectioning. The results revealed that the amounts of exchangeable Cd2+ and Pb2+ and carbonate bound Cd2+ and Pbz+ in soil increased with the amounts of Cd2+ and Pb2+ added to soil, and the contents of both Cd2+ and Pb1+ in roots were significantly increased along with stress time and the amounts of Cd2+ and Pb2+ added to soil. The growing of tobacco in Cd2+ and Cd2++Pb2+ polluted soil for 50, 100, and 150 d resulted in some abnormal extemal morphological and anatomical changes in ripe region of lateral roots. All the abnormal roots had abnormal vascular cylinders, and the ratio of abnormal extemal morphological and anatomical changes of roots positively correlated with the Cd2+ contents in roots and stress time. While, there were no abnormal external morphological and anatomical changes of roots under Pb2+ stress. It was suggested that Cd2+ stress could cause abnormal anatomic changes of roots, but Pb2+ stress could not.展开更多
Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici, the pathogen that causes wheat powdery mildew, is one of the most important diseases affecting wheat production in China, and the oversummering is the key stage of wheat powdery milde...Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici, the pathogen that causes wheat powdery mildew, is one of the most important diseases affecting wheat production in China, and the oversummering is the key stage of wheat powdery mildew epidemic. The more oversummering regionalization of wheat powdery mildew has played an important role in disease prediction, prevention and control. In this study, we analyzed the correlation between oversummering data of wheat powdery mildew and the meteorological factors over the past years, and determined that temperature was the key meteorological factor influencing oversummering of wheat powdery mildew. The average temperature at which wheat powdery mildew growth was terminated(26.2°C) was used as the threshold temperature to regionalize the oversummering range of wheat powdery mildew. This regionalization was done using the GIS ordinary kriging method combined with the Digital Elevation model(DEM) of China. The results showed that annual probability of oversummering region based on Model 26.2 were consistent with the actual survey of the more summer wheat powdery mildew. Wheat powdery mildew oversummering regions in China mainly cover mountainous or high-altitude areas, and these regions form a narrow north-south oversummering zone. Oversummering regions of wheat powdery mildew is mainly concentrated in the high-altitude wheat growing areas, including northern and southern Yunnan, northwestern Guizhou, northern and southern Sichuan, northern and southern Chongqing, eastern and southern Gansu, southeastern Ningxia, northern and southern Shaanxi, central Shanxi, western Hubei, western Henan, northern and western Hebei, western Liaoning, eastern Tibet, eastern Qinghai, western Xinjiang and other regions of China.展开更多

Firstly, the present situation of grain production is analyzed, and the problems facing the structural reform of grain supply side in China are analyzed from grain output and its import and export volume. Secondly, we use grey GM (1, 1) model to predict grain output and consumption, grain import and export volume and all kinds of grain crops output in China, and then analyze the future trend of grain production in China. Finally, we put forward construction of grain branding, rational allocation of grain planting varieties, construction of traceability system for grain production, further grain processing and development of “Internet agriculture” industrial model to promote structural reform of grain supply side.展开更多

Combined with Markov model, the maize yield reduction in various cities in Henan Province is forecasted. The results show that the supply and demand for wheat, corn and rice can maintain a quantitative balance. While, it’s difficult to achieve a quality grade balance in wheat and rice and keep a supply and demand balance in terms of quantity and quality of soybean. Simultaneously, the supply of premium grade corn is greater than the demand. The analysis and prediction results can reflect the existing structural balance matter of grain supply and demand at different quality grades in China, and provide theoretical basis for governments to formulate relevant policies.展开更多

At present, the research on the relationship of corporate social responsibility and economic performance mostly adopts the method of large-scale sampling, but does not distinguish the sample industries and regions, so...At present, the research on the relationship of corporate social responsibility and economic performance mostly adopts the method of large-scale sampling, but does not distinguish the sample industries and regions, so the relevant research needs to be further analyzed. Based on the 2008-2017 data of 78 listed enterprises in Henan province, the relationship between corporate social responsibility and economic performance in 7 industries is measured by 8 indexes through Arellano-Bond dynamic panel data model. The research shows that the social responsibility of listed enterprises in Henan Province has a lagging impact on the economic performance of enterprises, which has a negative impact on the short-term and a positive impact on the long-term. The common point is that the responsibility of the investor has a positive impact on the economic performance of the enterprise, and other aspects vary greatly due to industry categories. In general, the degree of corporate social responsibility of listed enterprises in Henan Province is relatively low.展开更多

On the basis of this, the grey correlation analysis model based on super-efficiency DEA is used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of total factor productivity, technological progress and technical efficiency. The results show that the proportion of grain sowing, the level of food economic development, the level of grain mechanization, the average scale of operations and the level of fertilizer using have the most influence on grain total factor productivity. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the TFP of different provinces in the main grain producing areas.展开更多

With the rapid development of the Internet globally since the 21st century,the amount of data information has increased exponentially.Data helps improve people’s livelihood and working conditions,as well as learning ...With the rapid development of the Internet globally since the 21st century,the amount of data information has increased exponentially.Data helps improve people’s livelihood and working conditions,as well as learning efficiency.Therefore,data extraction,analysis,and processing have become a hot issue for people from all walks of life.Traditional recommendation algorithm still has some problems,such as inaccuracy,less diversity,and low performance.To solve these problems and improve the accuracy and variety of the recommendation algorithms,the research combines the convolutional neural networks(CNN)and the attention model to design a recommendation algorithm based on the neural network framework.Through the text convolutional network,the input layer in CNN has transformed into two channels:static ones and non-static ones.Meanwhile,the self-attention system focuses on the system so that data can be better processed and the accuracy of feature extraction becomes higher.The recommendation algorithm combines CNN and attention system and divides the embedding layer into user information feature embedding and data name feature extraction embedding.It obtains data name features through a convolution kernel.Finally,the top pooling layer obtains the length vector.The attention system layer obtains the characteristics of the data type.Experimental results show that the proposed recommendation algorithm that combines CNN and the attention system can perform better in data extraction than the traditional CNN algorithm and other recommendation algorithms that are popular at the present stage.The proposed algorithm shows excellent accuracy and robustness.展开更多

文摘Considering the influence of meteorological factors on maize production, in order to improve the yield of maize in Henan Province, a grey combination model is constructed to predict the yield of maize in Henan Province. Firstly, the yield of maize in 2017 is obtained by GM (1, 1) model;secondly, the trend yield of maize is obtained by HP filter method, then the meteorological yield of maize is obtained, and the yield of maize reduction is determined according to the meteorological yield. Combined with Markov model, the maize yield reduction in various cities in Henan Province is forecasted. Finally, based on the reduction of production, policy recommendations are made for maize production in Henan Province.
文摘Based on the analysis of China’s grain production and demand quality grade, this paper uses the non-equidistance GM (1,1) model and the inference algorithm to predict the structural balance of the supply and demand grades of China’s four major grain crops. The results show that the supply and demand for wheat, corn and rice can maintain a quantitative balance. While, it’s difficult to achieve a quality grade balance in wheat and rice and keep a supply and demand balance in terms of quantity and quality of soybean. Simultaneously, the supply of premium grade corn is greater than the demand. The analysis and prediction results can reflect the existing structural balance matter of grain supply and demand at different quality grades in China, and provide theoretical basis for governments to formulate relevant policies.

文摘Using the modern information technology,this paper analyzes the 20 years of experimental observation data of wheat ear differentiation research team led by Professor Cui Jinmei.It reveals that in the appropriate sowing period,there is a quartic polynomial regression relationship between the sowing period and spike primordium period,namely between duration of vegetative growth stage and the average daily temperature.It is of great significance to determining the suitable sowing period of wheat.
文摘In order to improve the production efficiency of maize in Henan, China, the HP (High-Pass) filter method is used to obtain the maize trend yield. Secondly, the Malmquist index method is used to analyze the changes of TFP (Total Factor Productivity) of maize in 18 cities in Henan Province in the past 11 years. Finally, the amount of slack in maize input and output is analyzed. The results show that the research and development level of advanced technology of maize production in Henan Province has been improved to some extent in recent years;the advanced technology in various regions has not been fully promoted and utilized;there is a certain degree of relaxation in the input of various elements of maize;the resource allocation is unreasonable, and there is a certain amount of space for saving.
文摘At present, the research on the relationship of corporate social responsibility and economic performance mostly adopts the method of large-scale sampling, but does not distinguish the sample industries and regions, so the relevant research needs to be further analyzed. Based on the 2008-2017 data of 78 listed enterprises in Henan province, the relationship between corporate social responsibility and economic performance in 7 industries is measured by 8 indexes through Arellano-Bond dynamic panel data model. The research shows that the social responsibility of listed enterprises in Henan Province has a lagging impact on the economic performance of enterprises, which has a negative impact on the short-term and a positive impact on the long-term. The common point is that the responsibility of the investor has a positive impact on the economic performance of the enterprise, and other aspects vary greatly due to industry categories. In general, the degree of corporate social responsibility of listed enterprises in Henan Province is relatively low.
文摘In order to analyze the influencing factors of TFP (the abbreviation of Total Factor Productivity) deeply, this paper calculates and decomposes the TFP of the main grain producing provinces in China from 2006 to 2015 by the DEA-Malmquist index model. On the basis of this, the grey correlation analysis model based on super-efficiency DEA is used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of total factor productivity, technological progress and technical efficiency. The results show that the proportion of grain sowing, the level of food economic development, the level of grain mechanization, the average scale of operations and the level of fertilizer using have the most influence on grain total factor productivity. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the TFP of different provinces in the main grain producing areas.
文摘In the grey clustering assessment, the grey integrated clustering method can solve the problem that there are not distinguished differences of grey clustering coefficient. This paper proposes an improved grey integrated clustering method based on the existing problem that there are some deficiencies in the division of the value scope of the integrated cluster coefficients, and proves the effectiveness of the improved method through the empirical analysis.
文摘With the rapid development of the Internet globally since the 21st century,the amount of data information has increased exponentially.Data helps improve people’s livelihood and working conditions,as well as learning efficiency.Therefore,data extraction,analysis,and processing have become a hot issue for people from all walks of life.Traditional recommendation algorithm still has some problems,such as inaccuracy,less diversity,and low performance.To solve these problems and improve the accuracy and variety of the recommendation algorithms,the research combines the convolutional neural networks(CNN)and the attention model to design a recommendation algorithm based on the neural network framework.Through the text convolutional network,the input layer in CNN has transformed into two channels:static ones and non-static ones.Meanwhile,the self-attention system focuses on the system so that data can be better processed and the accuracy of feature extraction becomes higher.The recommendation algorithm combines CNN and attention system and divides the embedding layer into user information feature embedding and data name feature extraction embedding.It obtains data name features through a convolution kernel.Finally,the top pooling layer obtains the length vector.The attention system layer obtains the characteristics of the data type.Experimental results show that the proposed recommendation algorithm that combines CNN and the attention system can perform better in data extraction than the traditional CNN algorithm and other recommendation algorithms that are popular at the present stage.The proposed algorithm shows excellent accuracy and robustness.
