The results show that the M...The immobilized technique of manganese peroxidase(MnP) in gelatin-containing microemulsion-based gels and the effects of storage time and reuse times on its catalytic activity were studied. The results show that the MnP immobilized together with Mn 2+ and H_2O_2 could effectively oxidize syringaldazine in n-heptane. The immobilized MnP still had a high catalytic activity after one-month storage under a freezing condition. The reuse times have a relation to the amount of the immobilized H_2O_2. When the amount of the immobilized H_2O_2 is sufficient, the microemulsion-based gels containing MnP could be used many times.展开更多

The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nanoPbS with gglobulin (gIgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385 nm. However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5 mg ml-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for gglobulin in blood serum samples without separation is established. Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the gIgG concentration in the range 10500 ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75 ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of gIgG in blood serum.展开更多

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 (C40H36- N8O44PV2Zn2Mo12) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.881(2), b = 12.468(2), c = 12.622(2) ?, α = 71.333(8), β = 74.485(4), γ = 86.896(5)o, V = 1705.8(4) ?3, Mr = 2747.64, Z = 1, Dc = 2.675 g/cm3, μ = 3.201 mm-1, F(000) = 1309, S = 1.070, the final R = 0.0697 and wR = 0.1905 for 5368 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound 1 is built on a mixed-metal bicapped [HPMo12V2O42] subunit covalently bonded to two [Zn(2,2?-bpy)2(H2O)]2+ clusters via terminal oxygen atoms of the capping V atoms. Each Zn atom is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two 2,2?-bpy ligands, one terminal oxygen atom from coordinated water mole- cule and another one from the capped {VO} unit.展开更多

It is found that the conductivity of the prepared polymer electrolytes is higher than that of LiClO4/PEO or LiClO4/EC-DMC by two or three orders in magnitude and a large delocalized bond formed in Li2B4O7-PVA lead to transportation of Li ion easier, this electrolyte possesses high thermo-stability and can be used under 200C.展开更多
