A series of novel aromatic poly ( amide imide)s containing phthalazinone moieties were prepared from 2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[3-methyl-4-(4-aminophenoxy)-2,3-phthalazinone-1], a novel diamine 1 with four diimide-dicarboxy...A series of novel aromatic poly ( amide imide)s containing phthalazinone moieties were prepared from 2-(4-aminophenyl)-4-[3-methyl-4-(4-aminophenoxy)-2,3-phthalazinone-1], a novel diamine 1 with four diimide-dicarboxylic acids by Yamazaki phosphorylation method with the inherent viscosity of 0.36~0.65 dL/g. These polymers had high glass transition temperatures above 300C and they lost 10% weight between 426~475C in N2. The structure of diamine 1 and the polymers was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and MS. The obtained polymers were readily soluble in polar solvents such as NMP, m-cresol etc. and easily cast into tough, flexible films. The X-ray indicated that they are all amorphous.展开更多

MXene-based materials have gained considerable attention for lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries cathode materials due to their superior electric conductivity and high affinitive to polysulfides.However,there are still chal...MXene-based materials have gained considerable attention for lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries cathode materials due to their superior electric conductivity and high affinitive to polysulfides.However,there are still challenges in modifying the surface functional groups of MXene to further improve the electrochemical performance and increase the structure variety for MXene-based sulfur host.Herein,we report an efficient and flexible nucleophilic substitution(S_(N))strategy to modify the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) surface terminations and purposefully designed Magnolol-modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(M-Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))as powerful cathode host materials.Benefiting from more C-Ti-O bonds forming and diallyl groups terminations reducing after the dehalogenation and nucleophilic addition reactions,the given M-Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) electrode could effectively suppress the lithium polysulfides shuttling via chemisorption and C—S covalent bond formation.Besides,the Magnolol-modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) significantly accelerates polysulfide redox reaction and reduces the activation energy of Li_(2) S decomposition.As a result,the as-prepared M-Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) electrode displays an excellent rate capability and a high reversible capacity of 7.68 mAh cm^(-2)even under 7.2 mg cm^(-2)S-loaded with a low decay rate of 0.07%(from 2 nd cycle).This flexible surface-modified strategy for MXene terminations is expected to be extended to other diverse MXene applications.展开更多

A series of polymer photodetectors with device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P_(3)HT:PC_(61)BM/C_(60)/AI were prepared by using P3HT as the donor material and PC61BM as the acceptor material.By regulating the content...A series of polymer photodetectors with device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P_(3)HT:PC_(61)BM/C_(60)/AI were prepared by using P3HT as the donor material and PC61BM as the acceptor material.By regulating the content of 1,8-diiodooctane(DIO)(V/V:1%,3%,5%)as a processing additive,the morphology of the active layer can be greatly improved With Ceo as the hole blocking layer,the dark current density of the device can be reduced by about an order of magnitude.When employing 3%DIO(V/V)in the active layer processing,the photodetetcors present the best performance,and the detectivity of the device is 1.52×10^(12)Jones at 540 nm under a bias of-0.1 V.Moreover,it also has a wider linear dynamic range of 60 dB as well as faster response speed(T1/T2=0.53/0.71μs)than those of devices with other content of DIO additives.展开更多
Combined with the advantages of low melting point,high thermal stability and strong acidity,a multipleSO_3H functioned ionic liquid(MIL) was developed successfully as a curing agent to promote the curing reaction of...Combined with the advantages of low melting point,high thermal stability and strong acidity,a multipleSO_3H functioned ionic liquid(MIL) was developed successfully as a curing agent to promote the curing reaction of phthalonitrile-terminated poly(phthalazinone ether nitrile)(PPEN-Ph).The curing kinetics over differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) showed that both the initial curing temperature Tp0' and apparent activation energy Ea'(based on Kissinger equation) were reduced significantly over MIL(207.9℃ and 101.5 kJ/mol) compared to the common curing agent ZnCl_2(268.5℃ and 201.5 kJ/mol).Moreover,under identical curing conditions,the resulting thermosetting resin over former(Td5%=526.1℃) showed better thermal stability than that over latter(Td5%=512.1 ℃).These results indicated that MIL should be a good candidate as a curing agent for phthalonitrile resins.展开更多
