[Objective]The paper was to study the contents of calcium(Ca)and its interaction elements in pig feeds in Guangdong Province.[Method]Creep feed,nursery feed,piglet feed,pregnant sow feed and lactating sow feed were randomly taken from different manufacturers for testing.[Result]The average contents of copper(Cu),iron(Fe),manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),magnesium(Mg),and vitamin D,(VD)in all kinds of feeds exceeded the Chinese feed additive standards.The contents of trace elements like Cu,Fe,Mn,and Zn were significantly higher than the standard additions.The contents of Cu,Fe,and Mn in piglet feeds were increased by 27.16 times,4.47 times and 24.27 times,respectively,and that of Zn was increased by 16.99 times;the ratio of Mg average addition amount to the standard addition was 4.18-5.38;the average contents of Ca and phosphorus(P)in feeds were lower than the standard additions,among which Ca decreased by 0.18%-0.44%,P decreased by 0.07%-0.32%,and the proportions of Ca and P were lower than the standard proportion except piglet feed;VD;addition in pig feeds was significantly higher than the standard addition,in which the content of creep feed was 20.76 times of the standard addition;the average addition of fluorine(F)was increased with the increase of age,and the highest was up to 20.06 mg/kg.[Conclusion]There is a great dfference in the addition of each element in pig feeds,and most of them are higher than the standard additions. 展开更多

In order to solve the problem of artificial generation and low efficiency of test sequences for zone controller (ZC), a model-based automatic generation method of test sequence is proposed. Firstly, the timed automata model is established based on function analysis of the zone controller, and the correctness of the model is verified by UPPAAL. Then by parsing the timed automata model files, state information and transition conditions can be extracted to generate test case sets. Finally, according to the serialization conditions of test cases, the test cases are serialized into test sequences by using the improved depth first search algorithm. A case, the ZC controls the train running within its jurisdiction, shows that the method is correct and can effectively improve the efficiency of test sequence generation. 展开更多

The space-air-ground integrated network(SAGIN)has gained widespread attention from academia and industry in recent years.It is widely applied in many practical fields such as global observation and mapping,intelligent transportation systems,and military missions.As an information carrier of air platforms,the deployment strategy of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is essential for communication systems’performance.In this paper,we discuss a UAV broadcast coverage strategy that can maximize energy efficiency(EE)under terrestrial users’requirements.Due to the non-convexity of this issue,conventional approaches often solve with heuristics algorithms or alternate optimization.To this end,we propose an iterative algorithm by optimizing trajectory and power allocation jointly.Firstly,we discrete the UAV trajectory into several stop points and propose a user grouping strategy based on the traveling salesman problem(TSP)to acquire the number of stop points and the optimization range.Then,we use the Dinkelbach method to dispose of the fractional form and transform the original problem into an iteratively solvable convex optimization problem by variable substitution and Taylor approximation.Numerical results validate our proposed solution and outperform the benchmark schemes in EE and mission completion time. 展开更多

[Results]MS + 0. 5 mg/L NAA + 2 mg/L BA + 20 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar was suitable for induction of stem segments of A. roxburghii; MS + 0. 5 mg/L NAA + 2 mg/L BA + 1 mg/L KT + 25 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar was most suitable for proliferation of cluster buds of A. roxburghii; MS + 1. 0 mg/L IBA + 1. 0 mg/L NAA + 1 g/L activated carbon + 50 g/L mashed banana + 25 g/L sucrose + 6 g/L agar was most suitable for rooting and seedling hardening of A. roxburghii; using peat soil: fine sand( 3∶ 1) as transplantation matrix,the survival rate was the highest. As the sixth generation network(6G)emerges,the Internet of remote things(IoRT)has become a critical issue.However,conventional terrestrial networks cannot meet the delay-sensitive data collection needs of IoRT networks,and the Space-Air-Ground integrated network(SAGIN)holds promise.We propose a novel setup that integrates non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)and wireless power transfer(WPT)to collect latency-sensitive data from IoRT networks.To extend the lifetime of devices,we aim to minimize the maximum energy consumption among all IoRT devices.Due to the coupling between variables,the resulting problem is non-convex.We first decouple the variables and split the original problem into four subproblems.Then,we propose an iterative algorithm to solve the corresponding subproblems based on successive convex approximation(SCA)techniques and slack variables.Finally,simulation results show that the NOMA strategy has a tremendous advantage over the OMA scheme in terms of network lifetime and energy efficiency,providing valuable insights. 展开更多

Rapid urbanization in mountainous coastal areas causes dramatic changes in land use and land cover(LUCC)for their geographic location.To understand changes in landscape trajectories in such regions,we examined temporal and spatial changes in urban landscapes in Shenzhen,China,a city that has undergone rapid urbanization in recent decades,and investigated the drivers of landscape pattern evolution at different scales from LUCC data from 1985,1995,2005,and 2015.The results show that the landscape of Shenzhen has changed dramatically over the 30 years from 1985 to 2015.The proportion of forest area decreased from 50.81%to 37.81%,while the proportion of construction land increased from 17.83%to 48.28%.The changes in the landscape patterns in Shenzhen were driven mainly by human activity.This study is one of the first to assess landscape dynamics of the rapid urbanization from the angle of mountainous coastal area,which plays an important role in the land use and city regulation of the global coastal mountains. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to increase the reproduction coefficient of Japanese honeysuckle(Lonicera japonica)to keep the character of optimal benign.[Methods]The young leaves of medicinal Japanese honeysuckle were selected as explants,and MS was used as the basic culture medium.Suitable culture concentrations and conditions were screened through different concentration gradients of growth regulators and cytokinin.[Results]As the concentration of 6-BA in the culture medium increased,the browning rate increased,and the browning phenomenon occurred earlier.On the contrary,a lower concentration of 6-BA was suitable for the differentiation and growth of young leaves,and the browning response was slow.However,if the cultivation time was too long and the materials were not transferred in a timely manner,browning would also occur.The optimal combination of levels was obtained through a 3×3 orthogonal experiment(three parallel groups for each of 6-BA and NAA).The culture conditions included a constant temperature of 26℃and light intensity of 1200 lx.The optimal medium for inducing callus proliferation was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;and the optimal medium for inducing bud differentiation was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis for accelerating the development of the honeysuckle industry. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to more systematically explore the traditional brewing process of roselle rice wine. [Methods] With local high-quality white glutinous rice and sun-dried roselle as raw materials for brewing rice wine, on the premise of extensive research on traditional rice wine technology in China, the addition amount of roselle extract, the addition amount of distiller’s yeast, the variation range of after-fermentation temperature and the starting time of after-fermentation were investigated. [Results] The best traditional processing and brewing parameters were the ratio of glutinous rice and roselle extract(mass to volume ratio) at about 1∶1.55, the addition amount of distiller’s yeast of 0.55%, and the fermentation temperature at 30 ℃, and the starting time at 72 h. The sensory quality of the high-quality roselle rice wine that was produced under the best brewing conditions was about(87.7±2.45) points. [Conclusions] A number of hygiene inspection technical indexes in the product all met the current relevant national safety standards in China, providing another technical research direction for the development of a variety of new green healthy beverage projects. 展开更多
