The ALE descriptio...The dynamic problem of three-dimensional free surface is numerically studied in this paper. The ALE (Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler) kinematic description is introduced into the control equation system. The ALE description method is used to track free surface. Accurate formulations for calculating the normal vector on the free surface are presented. The discrete numerical equations by finite element method are developed by Galerkin weighted residual method. The boundary condition about free-surface tension is represented in the form of weak integration that can be computed by a differential geometry method derived in the present paper. The effect of contact angle is incorporated in the numerical algorithm. Furthermore, the numerical computations are performed and the comparison between computational and analytical results validated the effectiveness of the method. The results of this paper provide a fundamental understandings of the dynamics of liquid free surfaces, in which the surface tension and contact angle boundary conditions are taken into account. Finally, numerical simulation of largescale amplitude sloshing of liquid in a cylindrical container is performed and a numerical analysis of the effect of an annular ring-shaped rigid damping baffle on liquid sloshing oscillations in a cylindrical tank is also carried out.展开更多

Then it proposes a common Lyapunov function for convergence analysis of the piecewise-linear models and gives a simple sign condition. Generally,the Doppler caused by the velocity of the detector leads to distortion of the integrated profile of the X-ray pulsar,on the contrary,if the distortion can be used to measure the Doppler,then the velocity of ...Generally,the Doppler caused by the velocity of the detector leads to distortion of the integrated profile of the X-ray pulsar,on the contrary,if the distortion can be used to measure the Doppler,then the velocity of the detector is easy to be solved.In view of this,the correlation of the periodic error arise from the Doppler and the integrated profile was analyzed,then,based on the Poisson distribution model of the X-ray Pulsar,a new signal model and the concept of the profile entropy was defined.Furthermore,the directly cumulated profile of the signal was modeled with the Doppler as a parameter,and then the Doppler was solved via optimal method.Simultaneously,the performance of phase measurement based on this method was studded.The analysis shows that this method can get rid of the periodic error due to the discrete sampling,and can obtain continuous phase estimation.The experiment verification shows the consistency of the theory and the experiment.展开更多

A miniature wide-band HTSC bandpass filter is developed by the novel structure, which is fabricated on YBCO/LaAlO3/YBCO substrate with dimensions of 14.8×9.6 mm2. This filter is tested at 77 K, and the specifications are that the center frequency is 2230 MHz, the bandwidth is 455 MHz, and the best insertion loss is 0.14 dB in passband.展开更多
