Two kinds of difunctionalized isosorbide derivatives containing norbornene groups were designed and synthesized by a facile one-step reaction under mild conditions.~1H NMR spectroscopy confirmed the chemical composition and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) revealed the distinct curing behaviors between conventional petroleum-based dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) and synthesized renewable isosorbided-based monomer(ISN). In contrast to DCPD, ISN was low viscous liquid at room temperature and had even higher reactivity to perform ring-opening metathesis polymerization(ROMP) in the presence of Grubbs' catalyst. Due to the presence of flexible and elastic Si–C long chains, the cured poly(ISN) thermosets not only had good mechanical properties but also exhibited much higher storage modulus at the rubbery state in comparison with traditional poly(DCPD). 展开更多

One novel difunctionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) derivative was designed and synthesized by a convenient method with high yield. 1H NMR and P'r-IR characterizations suggested that Michael addition reaction successfully took place between 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and aminopropylisobutyl POSS (POSS-NH2) under mild conditions, which finally formed bi(hydroxyethyl) ester-functionalized POSS derivatives (BH-POSS). Due to the similar functional groups and high reactivity, BH-POSS could be easily incorporated into the main-chain of biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyesters PBTL via in situ melt polycondensation to prepare corresponding degradable nanohybrids with high mechanical properties. 展开更多

Optimized Three-Stage Strategy of Orderly Management of File Stream in Network Printing Workflow

This paper proposed the optimized three-stage strategy of orderly management of file stream in network printing workflow. In first stage the customer preflight was added to the conventional prepress preflight, which set quick-type, general-type, stable-type and comprehensive-type preflight scheme for customers by investigating the possibility of occurrence of errors of various preflight entries and customer relevancy. Based on four types of preflight schemes, four customer preflight applications were created by using Pitstop Pro and Connector You. Customers can select one of the appropriate applications for quick preflight before delivering to reduce the probability of returning the files back for correction when errors occur in preflight. Second stage is printing enterprise prepress preflight,which proposed the concept of the prepress preflight tolerance. In addition, according to the different requirements of printing technology and quality, this paper established the prepress preflight scheme based on the printing enterprises’ tolerance for preflight error. Third stage is to manage the optimized sorting of prepress file stream. To achieve it, the SPT rule and the 0-1 programming model were adopted, time spend of preflight, printing process and post-press finishing was also taken into account.Moreover, Enfocus Switch software was applied to establish automated network printing workflow and complete the file stream sorting. Finally, the result of simulation analysis of the optimized strategy shows that the optimized three-stage strategy can effectively shorten the file processing time. 展开更多

Based on the reversible host-guest inclusion/exclusion of cyclodextrin-functionalized graphene oxide(GO-CD) and azobenzene-terminated polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(Azo-POSS), a novel kind of light-responsive nanocomposites GO-POSS was developed under mild condition. ~1H NMR, ET-IR,TG, TEM and UV-vis spectroscopy were conducted to characterize the chemical composition and photoresponsive performance of obtained GO-POSS nanocomposites. The results demonstrated that nanocagestructured POSS and nanosheet GO components in GO-POSS exhibited pronounced supra molecular assembly/disassembly behavior upon UV/vis irradiation. Moreover, GO-POSS nanocomposites showed good water dispersity and had remarkable impact on oxygen permeability of conventional PVA-coated films under varied light irradiation conditions, which would be valuable for developing smart gas barrier materials in packaging. 展开更多
