The results indicated high coefficients of variation for topsoil salinity over all the three samplings. The spatial structure of the salinity variability remained relatively stable with time. Kriged contour maps, drawn on the basis of spatial variance structure of the data, showed the spatial trend of the salinity distribution and revealed areas of consistently high or consistently low salinity, while a temporal stability map indicated stable and unstable regions. On the basis of the spatiotemporal characteristics, cluster analysis divided the site into three potential management zones, each with different characteristics that could have an impact on the way the field was managed. On the basis of the clearly defined management zones it was concluded that coastal saline land could be managed in a site-specific way.展开更多

In each of the two regions, we sampled 8 sites(4 managed and 4 unmanaged sites) within each of which we established 4 circular plots(1000 m^2) that were used to investigate woody species, while two micro-plots(1 m×1 m) were established in each 1000-m^2 plot to analyze herbaceous species. In each sample unit, we also extracted three soil samples(0–20 cm depth) for measuring soil properties. The results indicated that the interaction between region and conservational management significantly affected the percent of canopy cover of Persian oak(Quercus brantii Linddl), soil respiration, substrate-induced respiration, as well as beta and gamma diversities and turnover of plant species. The percent of oak canopy cover was positively correlated with soil silt, electrical conductivity, available potassium, and alpha diversity, whereas it was negatively correlated with plant turnover. In addition, plant turnover was positively related to available phosphorus, while nestedness of species was positively related to organic carbon and total nitrogen. According to these results, we concluded that physical, chemical, and biological characteristics of limited ecological niche generally influenced plant diversity. Also, this study demonstrated the major contribution of the beta diversity on gamma diversity, especially in semi-arid region, because of the higher heterogeneity of vegetation in this area.展开更多

It's no exception with government accounting. Since 1998, China's current budget accounting system has been acting as government accounting. Basically, it fulfilled the needs of relevant government accounting. The government accounting integrated with budget accounting. As time passes by, the current budget accounting can not meet the deepening globalization of the market economy nor the developing economic and political environment in terms of the definition of objectives, choices of basic accounting, offering of accounting information. In recent years, public finance reform, transformation of government functions, the public consciousness and other factors call for higher needs for the new government accounting. The current budget fails to provide enough government accounting information that the public need. In 2011, China started a pilot of performance management and performance budgeting in the country. The efficient use of public funds, the profits, and the effectiveness of public information draw more users' attention. 文摘This study aimed to investigate the interaction between regions with different climatic conditions(arid vs. semi-arid) and management(protected vs. unprotected) on the turnover and nestedness of vegetation in relation to physical, chemical and biological properties of soils in the Ilam Province of Iran. Also, this study demonstrated the major contribution of the beta diversity on gamma diversity, especially in semi-arid region, because of the higher heterogeneity of vegetation in this area.

文摘Tourism resources that span provincial boundaries in China play a pivotal role in regional development, yet effective governance poses persistent challenges. This study addresses this issue by constructing a comprehensive database of transboundary natural tourism resources(TNTR)through amalgamation of diverse data sources.Utilizing the Getis-Ord Gi^(*),kernel density estimation, and geographical detectors,we scrutinize the spatial patterns of TNTR,focusing on both named and unnamed entities, while exploring the influencing factors. Our findings reveal 7883 identified TNTR in China, with mountain tourism resources emerging as the predominant type.Among provinces,Hunan boasts the highest count, while Shanghai exhibits the lowest.Southern China demonstrates a pronounced clustering trend in TNTR distribution, with the spatial arrangement of biological landscapes appearing more random compared to geological and water landscapes.Western China, characterized by intricate terrain, exhibits fewer TNTR,concurrently unveiling a significant presence of unnamed natural tourism resources.Crucially, administrative segmentation influences TNTR development, generating disparities in regional goals, developmental stages and intensities, and management approaches. In response to these variations,we advocate for strengthening the naming of the unnamed transboundary tourism resources, constructing a geographic database of TNTR for government and establishing a collaborative management mechanism based on TNTR database. Our research contributes to elucidating the intricate landscape of TNTR,offering insights for tailored governance strategies in the realm of cross-provincial tourism resource management.

文摘Currently, the operational performance assessment system in the power market primarily focuses on power generation and electricity retail companies, lacking a system tailored to the operational characteristics of power generation/selling integrated companies. Therefore, this article proposes an assessment index system for assessing the operational performance of a power generation/selling integrated company, encompassing three dimensions:basic capacity, development potential, and external environment.A dynamic proportional adjustment coefficient is designed, along with a subjective and objective weighting model for assessment indexes based on a combined weightingmethod.Subsequently, the operational performance of an integrated company is assessed using extension theory. The results in the case study demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed dynamic proportional adjustment coefficient.
文摘Long-term exposure to high surface ozone(O_(3))concentrations,a complex oxidative atmospheric pollutant, can adversely impact human health.Based on O_(3)monitoring data from 261 cities worldwide in 2020,generalized additive model(GAM)and spatial data analysis(SDA)methods were applied in this study to quantitatively evaluate the spatiotemporal distribution of O_(3)concentration,exposure risk, and dominant meteorological factors. Results indicated that over 40%of the cities worldwide were exposed to harmful O_(3)concentration ranges(40-60μg/m^(3)),with most cities distributed in China and India. Moreover, significant seasonal variations in global O_(3)concentrations were observed, presenting as summer(45.6μg/m^(3))>spring(47.3μg/m^(3))>autumn(38.0μg/m^(3))>winter(33.6μg/m^(3)).Exposure analysis revealed that approximately 12.2%of the population in 261 cities were exposed to an environment with high O_(3)concentrations(80-160μg/m^(3)),with about 36.32 million people in major countries. Thus, the persistent increase in high O_(3)levels worldwide is a critical factor contributing to threats to human health.Furthermore,GAM results indicated temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed as primary determinants of O_(3)variability.The synergy of meteorological factors is critical for understanding O_(3)changes.Our findings are important for enforcing robust air quality policies and mitigating public risk.
文摘Taurine is a sulfur-containing,semi-essential amino acid that occurs naturally in the body.It alternates between inflammation and oxidative stress-mediated injury in various disease models. As part of its limiting functions, taurine also modulates endoplasmic reticulum stress,Ca^(2+)homeostasis,and neuronal activity at the molecular level.Taurine effectively protects against a number of neurological disorders, including stro ke,epilepsy, cerebral ischemia, memory dysfunction, and spinal cord injury.Although various therapies are available, effective management of these disorders remains a global challenge.Approximately 30 million people are affected worldwide. The design of taurine fo rmation co uld lead to potential drugs/supplements for the health maintenance and treatment of central nervous system disorders. The general neuroprotective effects of taurine and the various possible underlying mechanisms are discussed in this review. This article is a good resource for understanding the general effects of taurine on various diseases.Given the strong evidence for the neuropharmacological efficacy of taurine in various experimental paradigms,it is concluded that this molecule should be considered and further investigated as a potential candidate for neurotherapeutics, with emphasis on mechanism and clinical studies to determine efficacy.
